Fixed our cars chip in about 45 minutes for less than $60 in comparison satellite is around $140 if you dont go through your insurance. We chose to pay out of pocket just to make sure they didnt try to raise our insurance rates.

On September 24, 2018 Carolina Auto Glass replaced my windshield on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Three months later another rock cracked my windshield. I took it to Safelite whom had pointed out the damage previously done by Carolina Auto Glass. Pictures were taken prior to installing another new windshield. Contacted the company whom advised they have new ownership, but the same installers. They advised I should have noticed the damage. However, giving it was a rainy, cloudy day I did not look to see if any damaged was done by the company that has been in business 20 plus years and I have used previously. The staff I spoke to was not helpful and did not want to accept any responsibility for the damage done to my truck.
