Premier is a world class operation, very easy to work with and top quality work. The Fuel 20” wheel and the 35x12.50 Fuel tires looks great on our 2020 Jeep Wangler. We had an issue with paint protection. Mike, the owner, offered to fix it, and he did as promised. He stands behind the work being done. Thank you for being an honest businessman. If we have needs in the future we will be back!

Not sure yet. Didnt get any work done because of equipment failure. But really nice guys. ....... Got the bed liner done a few days later, they did go the extra mile to get the job done. BUT, its only been three months and I already found rust through spots!!! WHAT??? I havent even had anything in the bed big enough or heavy enough to mess it up.

Just got another project done with several things involved. Decal to stereo to back up camera installation. As a return customer I highly recommend this company for your vehicle needs. I have been to his shop several times for various things to be done to my car and have always been treated very well. Michael has kept his shop open after hours because I work in Charlotte and do not get off till 4:30 p.m. Michael is very professional and does outstanding work and if it isnt right he will make it right. I cant speak highly enough of his work and his customer service. When it comes to the services he can provide, I will not be going anywhere else. It is not only that his work is top notch which it is, it is his prices that far better than competitors. He treats people the way they want/ need to be treated and understands that your only as good as the last job you did. Which keeps his work at the highest level. Highly recommend

I have a harley with a trike kit . Long story short wiring got messed up because when I had things replaced no one ever took out old wiring, equipment.2013 took it to a shop that specializes in audio wiring and explained what I wanted . When I went to pay I wanted to see what was done and the comment was you do not need what you want, we just cleaned up the wires .Another shop that basically caused the problem was where I had the radio system replaced, they put in a control that was not even compatible to Sirius, and the wiring kept getting worse from that time onSo Last September I decided to go a different way and took it to a motorcycle shop that was recommended, that i had talked to the owner 3 times before I even dropped it off, not going to say everything that happened year later that shop that changed owners twice managed to fry my radio, LED lights, horn, broke some parts that they hid and almost caused a fire, the wiring was that bad . The paint has been chipped and scratched.I had to figure out what was going on, and I was not going to take it back to the shop I just got it from, i ended up at Premiere Tinting.I knew Michael was going to work on it when he had time I would have been a year this September 20 that I had dropped it off.So yes I probably bugged them when I should not have. But Michael did exactly what he said he would.Their quality of work, honesty and the way they care about their customers, you dont find anymore.The only thing, a wire was taken off that should not have been but Michael said he will order it put it back on and I know he will.With the mess that was there I am surprised this was the only thing that got taken off by mistake.Without seeing the mess you would have no idea what he had to work withAny radio, lights that I might replace on my trike or jeep, tinting anything, i will come back here.Michael went of his way to get this right. He could have been like these other places, said, after I talked to them, researched their businesses, yes we can do what you want, only to make it even worse because apparently they had no clue what they were doing.

Best tint job Ive had done on any of my vehicles. Stayed late so I could pick up after work. Highly recommend, wont go anywhere else.
