Installer Howard was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job on our mudroom and bathroom flooring.

BEST AROUND SHELBY, youll kick yourself if you use anyone else! Mr. Norville replaced carpeting in 3 rooms and Vinyl flooring in another room in our home. We stopped at his store, had a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member help us choose the right carpet and flooring for our needs from a vast assortment of choices. Spoke to Mr. Norville to confirm our selections and schedule an installment date. And were pleasing surprised at the total cost of materials and labor. Mr. Norville came and tore out old carpet and flooring, cleaned up all old materials and installed new carpet and materials the same day. Answered any questions we had, informed us on care and treatment of new carpet and flooring and was extra polite and helpful.

Installers were on time. Cleaned up behind themselves. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend highly. 2 thumbs up.

Walter Norville Flooring is the best around. He takes his time and does everything he can possibly do to make your floors perfect. He is very professional, on time and his prices are great. We made our choice when we walked in their store. There was nothing in the way of pressure, no hurry-up-hurryup...just a down home, courteous, way of helping you get what you want. The price was more than fair...They came to install...again, couldnt ask for anything better!! All in all....just cant imagine a nicer place to do business....just the way it should be done!
