Very friendly and respectful. I love the way theyll pull everything out and show all the pieces to you, let you hold them, and compare them before you make up your mind. Pretty much a zero return policy on most everything, so be sure you really want what you pick out cuz you cant exchange it or even return it at all. That goes with all smoke shops though.

Will sell you a faulty product exchange it with another faulty product that they assure you will work when charged just to end up screwing your out of $40 which is already overpriced for a Disposable cart. Shop literally anywhere else.

Store is fine for fluids but beware of buying tanks at this location as they sell defective tanks then try to pass it off as damage caused by the customer. Best of luck to your business I will continue shopping online and continue to feed the mechine that is killing sad businesss like yours.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great products and selection. Ive never left a High Life shop feeling like I had to settle for something. Its really the people that make this place so good though. The employees are always awesome. Absolutely no reason to even think about going anywhere else.

Nice people and good products. However, I bought a disposable vape yesterday, opened it in the store and tested but then it died within an hour of me leaving. Went back today to see if they would replace it and I was denied. Ive probably spent $100+ there in the last month or less but if $14 is that important to them then losing a regular customer must not be something they care about. I wont be buying from HL anymore, especially when I can get 5 of the Hyppe bars for less than $30 online.

Very helpful sales clerks. Both, the gentleman, and the young lady were very informed and guided me to the vast collection of tobacco related pipes and also to my other needs with other items. I felt very comfortable and noticed many items that I had purchased elsewhere for a lot less. They have a large collection 5 glass item.

Ive been buying my eliquids online for years but hate to wait for the post office to deliver so I decided to go to the only shop open on a Sunday. Never been in a shop before. Great experience! Staff knew exactly what I was looking for. And the price was fantastic! Yall got a customer for life!

I absolutely love this place oh, the prices are great, the people are wonderful. Theres only one thing that really seem to bother me a little bit. I recently broke the glass on the tank of my vape and I need a replacement glass I had a wonderful young woman with brown hair that help me. There was two things that bothers me about the whole situation. First off, the way she tried to measure the glass to see if it would fit kind of seem strange and she put the top of the glass tank on the actual mod and said thatll work just fine + 2 I recommended that I like Fruity or candy flavored juices and I was wondering if they had a special on anyting. She recommended a raspberry jam toast juice ( in my mind I thought sounded disgusting ) she insisted that I really try this flavor, as I was reading on the box they had different flavors and Im a fan of Apple. I asked about Apple flavor and she said that she was out of that but she had a lemon flavor that taste like lemon meringue pie. I went ahead and look at it and it was lemon toast. She kept pushing and pushing that I was not going to take the toast flavor in this Vape. I liked her Enthusiasm so I went ahead and gave her a chance. everything went good after that, until I got into the car and went ahead and tested the glass to make sure fit. At first it started leaking and then I was starting to panic but I went ahead and put new seals on my tank, and that fix the problem. But not the biggest problem. The Vape tasted like bread crumbs that you would pull out of a 10-year old toaster that nobody ever cleaned out. The bread taste is awful oh, and I wouldnt wish this Vape upon Hitler. Now, Im not going to let one experience will win the many other times of great experiences here. But for the love of God do not get that toast Vape. I would rather smoke toilet paper than the Vape juice but I have purchase today

I get suspicious looks from the staff when I walk in. Guess being 62 & walking with a cane is not thier typical customer. But Ive got a lifetime of experience with water pipes, as in bongs. They have all the fittings forhome-made pipes. Through my previous experiences I have come to prefer working with bamboo. Thier glass stems and bowles are perfect for my new bongs. Superb Corning Glass with lab grade ground fittings. Just wish they wouldnt treat me like an old man who wandered into the wrong store. Cheers, Jim

High-life is a great place to buy vapes, vape accessories, juices, water-pipes, pipes, and anything else you could possibly need. The staff are helpful and the store is clean. My favorite thing about the store is their massive selection. Anyway, Taylor was super helpful when I came in to stock up on juice. Couldnt decided between fruit or desserts. Ive been in a couple times but the dude with the long hair and beard is a complete jerk. Always has an attitude and seems rushed to get you out of the store. I have literally just taken my business to the Asheville store where the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention they have far more product to offer.

Love this place a lot, but the only real issue is how they try to shove stuff down your throat a lot. Oh? You want a $15 grinder? How about this cool, $80 one? Lmao. Other than that, cool people and cool selection. Its the only vape store I go to.

High Life was amazing! Makayla (spelling?) was especially great, my vape was broken and I knew nothing about any of it and she set me up with the perfect thing to help me kick smoking! The rest of the employees also helped in every way, I really appreciate High Life!

Went to buy a battery for my pen. Got one and figured it just needed charging. After charging it all night it still wouldnt turn on. Called about just exchanging it for another one and they would not stand behind their product because I didnt have a receipt for a $10 item. If this is the customer service they offer I would rather pay a little higher price. They just lost themselves a potentially good customer. Service like this and they will be shut down before you know it.

This is not a vape shop (says smoke shop in the name of course). They claim to be the largest seller of liquids on their billboards. They are more similar to a head shop (selling tobacco, pipes, etc). Far from the largest with a small selection of liquids. Liquids are often not stocked adequately and they like to stop selling brands and changing. They also sell re-wrapped batteries with very dangerous rating claims. We cant support anyone that does this. Buy authentic Sony, LG, etc batteries that are not re-wrapped and use the correct ratings. There is no such thing as an over 30A 18650. No one makes them. They dont exist. Please educate yourself. Search for Moochs professional battery tests. Widely accepted by the community as an authority on this subject.

This smoke shop does not stand behind their products. They are selling defective items and expecting the customer to return to the manufacturer saying they don’t get credit if they have to return it. Which is a flat out lie!!! They will not help rectify the situation just turn u away!!! We had purchased an item in Sunday night it was defective and wouldn’t work. Went back first thing Monday morning and they would not help even though the item was clearly defective by no fault of ours! We then went to a competitor and they spent time to help with the item. We have spent a lot of money with Highlife and we will never return. We DO NOT recommend them!!!

Great selection friendly staff and a large selection of glass pipes and vape products

Purchased 2 new coil for a new pod system that I had recently purchased there also. When I replaced the coil 1 of the 2 new coils was bad. It would not even register on the mod. I call the store the same day and was told by an employee to bring it back and it would be replaced. When I came back 2 days later I was told that because it had been opened it could not be replaced. How am I supposed to know its bad without opening it and trying to use it? I wont be returning. Its $5, you lost all my future business over a $5 coil.
