I love it because it has tons of self-checkouts. Not me people like that around here because they rather have somebody check out their stuff for some reason. But I have never had a problem with customer service or anyone for that matter there. Its the customers are really the issue.

Didnt have exactly what I needed but had a suitable substitute.

This Walmart Supercenter had everything. Shelves were stocked, store was very clean. Employees were friendly. They had Walmart Brand Ice Cream Biscuits & Jam flavor. That looked awesome. Ill have to check my.local Walmart. This Walmart is great to shop at!!

If you already have a cell service account, do NOT got here to buy a phone to add to your existing plan!! 2 hours in store, and STILL had to take it to the Verizon store to get it activated ! Staff was nice, but service was very poor.

Great place to shop for a poor man, about the only place left, the rich have closed down the poor man stores. There young people have bad attitudes, I guess they didnt have parents to teach them, its a grateful thing to have a job, even though Walmart is not the same as it was before the Dad died and everything was American made. Walmart bow down to the bunny, the mighty dollar. We should do whats right for our Country, mainly Put God First, our LORD Jesus Christ and everything else will fall in place, because we trusted in The Only God, our LORD Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. Any store that is the size of two football fields is alright with me. I was able to find most of the items we came for to clean our rather filthy hotel room and some water and snacks. We all went of in different directions and came back with an armful. The downside of this trip was most of the employees and shoppers did not have on a mask. Someone stated earlier COVID and its variants no no bounds. I had my mask and vaccine so, Im fine.

I dont mind that the store Is out of much needed items as I can go-to Ingles or Food Lion. What I do mind is chasing a handicap operated buggy while my sister sits in the car waiting on my return. Its a shame a handicap card is not required. I see FAT PEOPLE RIDING ALONG THE ISLES WITH THEIR CART FILLED WITH CAKES, PIES, ICE CREAM AND PIZZAS. No a single thing wrong with them except a need to get home faster without having to do the work to get there. Im overweight myself but I do the right thing out of respect for people who cant.

Went today. Store was clean. Seemed fully stocked! Loads of beautiful flowers available also this time of year!

The curbside pickup is such a dream its nice that you can pay for everything and all you have to do is just go pick it up and the people who load the groceries are very kind as well also a good idea to tip the loaders they work very hard

I just wish we could go back to the 24 hrs Walmart I know and love. It made my life so much easier.

I went needing something locked up in electronics. They had what I needed but no one seemed to have a key to unlock the display case. 30 minutes later and asking countless employees I got what I needed. By this time I was second in line to be waited on out of 6 shoppers and the clerk had no clue on how to handle the situation. Another shopper and I had to tell him the order guests were there. All he had to do is ask whos next in line.

I love Walmart in shelby. The Pharmacy goes above and beyond for you.

I dont whats going on here but the shelves are always empty, the freezers are always empty,nothing is in stock, even meats! This store has been going down hill for the last year.When you shop here everything is upset, upside down its horrible! They are stocking during the day and the employees dont care if they block the isles, forcing you to turn around go down another isle to shop on the other side of them. Shopping here is like shopping at a discount store like Freds, or Ollies. Lastly let me say many food prices are lower at other local food stores.

Not as much of a selection as Ive seen from other locations also staff not very knowledgeable or willing to be helpful or of service when needed. They rather do what their job is ( what their doing at that moment than go out of their way to helps customer find an item they are looking for

Not enough cashiers and the self checkout doesnt ever take cash or do cash back when you use your card. If you have to pay in cash you gotta stand in a long line in one of the very few registers with a cashier.

Better than the Gastonia Walmart but sometimes low on stock.

Seems to be low on a lot of items here lately. More than usual. Even before school started back. Also, in the baby section or the glass case for items that nursing mothers use or just other items in the locked case Walmart doesnt seem to be stocked in certain items lately. I go there pretty often Id say every 3-4 days and it takes forever to even get someone back there to simply open the glass case if Im lucky to get the person I asked for to do it besides having to ask someone else. Plus, on certain items, going online it states available at this Walmart it isnt available when there in person like stated on walmart.com

The people that bring the mobile orders out Im very very good order doing their own point all the time

I came here with the intention of getting just a simple table grill. By the end of this trip, I was buying a charcoal grill, various meats including beef, pork, and chicken, charcoal, potato salad, macaroni salad, and some bay leaves. It happens every time I come here.

As a delivery driver to Walmart I give the receivers 2 thumbs up they get me in and out and everyone else that works there that I encounter they always have a smile on there faces and very polite.

Store was unclean and cluttered. Large#of items out of stock. Employees were rude and acted like assisting us was bothersome. Completely lost a photo order. Would not recommend and will not go back.

I get frustrated when I visit the Shelby, NC. store. I hate that the mask wearing, or the lack of wearing them properly by the white employees is a joke ot political issue. The virus does not care if youre black, white, latinx, asian, native American, or a blend of cultures. It does not care if youre young, middle-aged, or a senior (elderly).The results are the same: positive test, infected, sickness, hospital- emergency room to icu, to the morgue, and then in a cooler outside the funeral home.WHY DOES IT HAVE TO GET TO THAT POINT??? I dont want yo get sick, nor do I want to make anyone else sick. Thats why I wear a mask, just in case ... Common sense can and will save your life.You dont have to agree with me. Just put it on, so that we can see one another to have this disagreement!!!Do that much for me ... 👀

The store was neat and organized. Surprised to see a well maintained Walmart.

I found most things I needed. But they seriously need to stock their shelves.One of the things that burns me is when night crew or whoever leaves empty energy drink cans on the shelves. Not only can you find them in grocery aisles. Theyre also found in other departments as well.

Not enough working handicapped (riding) carts. 20% of what they do have are out of service. They allow young punks without any handicaps to use these carts.Couldnt find everything my wife and I need. Will need to shop at either Ingles or CVS to find the rest.

I love the store and the people that clean the shopping carts for us to have a safe shopping experience. The only thing is some customers dont wear mask and that disgusting because we all want to be safe.. they shouldnt let them SHOP . Customers and employees we want to be safe Please do something about it .Thank you!!

Like most other chain stores, it all depends.. Sometimes u breeze in & out w what u need & interact w good employees & sometimes not so much.. I do dislike that they cut the # of registers down to 1-2 late at night. Thats the ONLY time this stay-at-home-Mom of 2 babies under 2yrs & a 7yr old gets 2 shop! Also dislike that they only catch better deals from competitors on name brand items. 99% of what I buy is Equate, Great Value, etc. but appreciate any savings the program does catch & am generally happy overall, especially pricing most the time..

The Walmart chain is in need of quality help. They hardly ever have a knowledgeable person i. The departments. You can always find an employee but never one that can meet your needs. Its a joke. Come here when I have to never just to shop. I would rather pay more to get service.

Friendly helpful staff, its got pick up parking for ordering groceries and is really convenient.

I mostly use the pickup option which is always fast and the items the staff pick are usually good. Friendly pickup staff. Inside the store leaves a bit to be desired but again, its a Walmart.

Well my Walmart is super center experience up here actually it was great it wouldnt crowded I could actually see a lot of stuff that I like looking at and the customer service is great they help me find anything thats telling me if I need anything let him know that was right there they actually did help me find a few items too at the time but that is great and very nice I definitely go back

This store has to many outs. Ive worked for Walmart some years back in upper management and I am shocked at the overall appearance of this location.

Typically the same as all Walmart stores. I didnt get a whole lot of smiles when greeted at the register at check out but didnt get any thing that was really bad. I am kinda just putting it on the cashier I had she was probably just tired.

Store was clean. Found everything I needed. It was much better than the Forest city location. I will shop there again.

I was trying to return a few things and the lady said she could not deal with this right at the moment I would have to come back in 24 hrs it was going to be to much to return right now so I said cant you not take some of it back I need to get some gas the only reason I was having to return items was because my mom had a medical emergency and we were needing the gas and a few dollars to get to where she had to go for more medical tests and the lady said she had already denied it so she could not do it for 24hr to come back tomorrow she still had it rug up I said you have not declined it yet can see the manager than she push the button and said she was the manager I am still VERY SHOK LIKE OMG.!!!!!!!!!!

Store was a bit disorganized but in their defense it was right before a winter storm was forecasted to hit. Parking lot was clean and carts were available in the store.

First of all there was a lot of empty spaces on a lot of shelves. Associates in the store tried to be very helpful in finding things for me. Heres my major complaint however. If I wanted to be a cashier I would get a paid job as a cashier. There were two regular registers open this morning. Everything else was self checkout. Both of the checkout lines with actual cashiers were backed up into the clothing section. As I stood in line I called customer service at the store to question why this is the way. I was told I dont know but Ill see what I can find out. I continue to stand in line. No other registers were ever opened. This is inexcusable Walmart. You are a company that makes billions of dollars a year. People dont want to do self checkout. Open some registers please!

It was excellent. Had help from one associate telling me where something was actually showed me. Always quality what I get there. I take my time shopping it look for a good deal on something we able to cook0

I only have one complaint with my Wal-Mart store . They dont ever keep my furbabies treats stocked . She loves Golden Rewards ( sweet potato DUCK Wrapped treats ) and also their (DUCK Jerky treats) . They never have them in stock . Ive mentioned it several times but still not listening .😔

Good assortment of items and for the most part clean. My only issue was the womans bathrooms. One was out of service, 2 didnt lock, which only left one working properly. Other than that, I wouldve given a 5 star

Your typical walmart super store. Everything you would expect to find. Plus they have 2 clearance isles of storewide products now.

Store changes inside to much. Prices were ok. Not enough checkouts working. Store not as clean as it use to be.

They need cashiers desperately..Two employees were comparing becuz a few other employees didnt come to work. They only had 4 lanes open and the lines were very long. I felt bad for the cashiers becuz they were all older ladies.

Lines Were too long and takes forever to check out. Need more registers opened up.

It would be nice if when you ask an employee where an item is they actually know. Asked 3 employees where an item was and no one knew. 1st employee was in lawn and garden didnt know what I talking about so he sent me to hardware. 2nd employee didnt know what I was talking about and the 3rd employee sent me back to lawn and garden. I was hunting a flag pole kit w/ flag that you can attach to a banister on your front porch. Finally gave up and went to Lowes. It was in their lawn and garden. Purchased at Lowes and went happy.

Place has really gone down hill lately, service is not great, salad bar not par like it use to be. Cant find a waitress to service you, but sure are there in a hurry to get your check and tip.. Need to do better, this is the 3rd time in a row

They got 35 registers and only have 3 open... They need to do better thats the only problem.

My granddaughter favorite store. I dont like the fact that I have to scan my own groceries. (self checkout sucks) I already work 12 hours then I have to work another 15 or 30 minutes. They need to open up more registers and get rid of the self checkouts. I hate it. I go in walmart twice per month. Unless my granddaughter want to go. I love the prices of food. Thats why I gave 5 stars

Whoever is ordering needs to order probably twice the stock on the empty shelves or if the stock is in the back work your backstock before you order. common sense for your grocery manager.

Im a trucker and though there r no truck parking signs Ive found that as long as u stay to the perimeter of the lot they dont enforce it. Thats such a blessing to in smaller towns were truck parking can be scarce. We as truckers appreciate that. And we reciprocate that by making sure not to leave a mess or blocking any pedestrians. Definitely a truck friendly location. 👍👍👍💯💯💯

For a store that was so freaked out over covid with all of the government guidelines youd think they would clean the rafters or find where all that dust is coming from. If I stay in there for more than 30 minutes my sinuss are dripping and I discovered that its the same with a mask! employees complained of it too for years past.

That new spicy chicken is great the pickles on it are sssssssooooooo freaking good

This store was the most unclean walmart I have been in.

Buyer Beware! They do not honor the Hypertough warranty. Led shop light had a 5 year replacement warranty. Instructions clearly stated to return it to the place of purchase with proof of purchase and it would be replaced free of charge. The light lasted 1 year and 10 months. Took it with receipt to Wal-mart and was told warranty was only good for 90 days and I would have to contact the manufacture. Not what it says on the product! Threw it in the trash. Money wasted. Going to Harbor Freight.

Too crowded in the parents on the outside is dirty Walmart needs to step it up
