Always thought this was a decent gas station in Shelby, but for quite a while now they say they cannot take Mickey Mart gift cards. They just shrug and say theres nothing to do about it. Not sure what to do with my gift card now.

Kind and polite staff, and all the convenience items you could want. They get busy sometimes and there may be a wait but they have always been good to me.

The worse management staff I have ever came across. Not sure who this manager was talking about but she was being very unprofessional and inappropriate. This has been the second time I have been in this particular store and have walked in on a conversation with this specific manager. I will not be returning.

Most of the associates have horrible customer service skills and you can tell they dont care. Half the time their out of inventory. Multiple times the credit/debit system is not working correctly so Id go to the next station and it would work fine. My experiences here have been disappointing. Wont give them anymore chances. Hoping the new valero will be ran like a real business should be.

I find the associates here to be very friendly I love this place
