I got a small u-haul truck rental from them and I told the guy this my first getting a u-haul give me the cheapest I can get because I got to pay some people to help me move and they charged me for insurance and for 30 miles so I paid $89. The u-haul got stuck in the yard because the ground was real soft and I gave them a heads up. I got it back the next day before 24 hours and I didn’t even go but 10 miles when they got the truck back. They charged me $5 to put gas back in it and it wasn’t even pass half a tank, he didn’t give me my money back for not going over 30 miles, and charged my card an extra $45 for having it the next day and I didn’t even have it for a whole 24 hours. The guy got over on me bad and I wouldn’t recommend getting a u-haul truck from them. All together they got me for $139.

Horrible. Was suppose to pick up uhaul at 9am. It is almost 10:30 and the guy who suppose to give us the keys hasent showed up yet. Lady at cashier is rude. I will never come here again.

Very rude people!! I stop in here quite often but today was my last!!I mistakenly thought i had not received the correct change, and the rude foreigner started getting loud with me and practically accused me of trying to take money..and he went as far as to open the drawer and began waving money in my face...I told him there was no need in him being so rude that I realize I had made a mistake. He continued with the rant of he knew what the amount of money i gave him..i told him he just lost business for i am in there buying things a lot..his reply was he didnt care.. Of course he doesnt care because my tax dollars are still supporting him.. Dont go to this store!! Very rude rude rude! If enough people stop shopping there I bet he would care then!

Very rude lady working Wednesday at 430 pm try telling her could not read meter on pump she just ignored me. After reading other reviews I see its normal for thAt place Guss buy somewhere else. Thanks Greg

Theyre always very nice when I go in. Never have a problem with them. Theyre a bit to the point, but I can relate since Ive been in their shoes...

They are giving counterfeit bills for change. I got a counterfeit $10 bill from them. Sure it came from them because all I had was a $20 bill.

The people are very rude!!!! They talk to people like they are beneath them...... just hateful attitudes!
