I asked about expiration of diabetic test strips, was told all were a year or more so I ordered 3 boxes. When they werent shipped yet after 2 weeks I tried to cancel. Suddenly they were shipped. What came were (2) expiring in 6 months and (1) expiring in 9 months, and the boxes were damaged & shopworn. Then no one would answer calls or emails. Finally got my money back through the credit card but it wasnt easy. This is a 1-person operation that in my opinion cant be trusted. If I could Id give zero stars.

I have been ordering from this company for over two years without incident. However, I Ordered product over week ago. Generally receive items within 2-3 days. For whatever reason I never received product this time, but they charged my credit card. Never responded to my phone call or email inquiries requesting status either.I can’t tolerate bad customer service from anyone or a company.Done with them!!

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered diabetic test strips for my meter and was sent the wrong strips. The invoice clearly stated the correct order but the wrong product was sent.I called for 2 days and the phone was out of order so I sent a detailed email. When the phone came back into service I called at least 5 times over a week or so and left 3 detailed messages-No response-except an email from them asking me to give them a positive review! In my messages I made them aware of the mistake and that I had the product just as they sent-unopened in its original packaging. I gave up and stopped payment on my credit card.

I ordered online and got my order within 3 business days. The prices are also very reasonable. I have been dealing with Trusted Medical Supplies for about 2 years now, and am very happy with them

Prices are great! I ordered test strips but it has been over 2 weeks and I still havent received them yet. I sent email and left a message through phone but they did not respond. After I made a stop pay on my PayPal they sent a tracking number today. Well errors are possible but it still would have been nice to respond with an apology or send the item next day shipping.

OMG!. Made my order on the Thursday, before a major holiday. Received my order on Saturday, the day after a major holiday. Their Customer Service was exemplary. I dont think five stars is enough! Will be aquiring all my medical supply needs though this company. Thank you very much.

This company is unreliable and non-responsive. I ordered test strips and alcohol wipes; strips arrived, wipes didnt. I have called and left many messages but no one has responded. It has been almost a month and still nothing from them. I stopped payment on the order, more for the principle than the money.
