I was on vacation and my son wanted a yeti cup personalized with him and his dog. That trip was in 2020. Here it is almost a year later. No cup. They said they mailed it. Still have no cup. Asked for a refund and still nothing. Won’t ever do business with them again

Dropped off something 2 weeks before I needed it. I called 2 days before I was to pick up, girl said machine was broke so they couldnt do it. I told them when I dropped off it was for my daughters wedding. She assured me it would be done.if I hadnt of called I would of never known. If she would if let me know I could of went somewhere else. But nit 2 days before the wedding!!! Im beyond upset and will not do business here ever again

They ruined a shirt with heat transfer and would not make it good. The owner refused to call me back. They still have my old shirt. I wont use them again.
