Wonderful, friendly staff. Everyone from the salesman to the delivery guys went over and beyond to be sure we were taken care of! Our bed is beautiful and the mattress is very comfy! We love it! We also love the amazing deal we received on such a remarkable bed frame and mattress! I am a very satisfied customer and we will be returning if we ever need any more furniture! I bought a couch and a loveseat from them and they delivered it to me in Forest City. The guy (Im terrible with names, Im sorry) that sold it to me (the owner) and the other guy that has worked there a long time, (cant remember his name either, sry) was awesome and very accommodating to my needs. The very nice guy that works there even drove up here to fix my door for me and even hauled off a footboard I had in my yard that I could not get anyone to haul off. When I do business with anyone, I expect to be treated with respect and that is exactly what I got. They stood by their word and did everything they said they would do. They went above and beyond. Great furniture prices, cheaper than any furniture in a show room store, but the same quality. He carries popular brands like Ashley, etc. He will be helpful and easy to work with when arranging pick-up/deliveries. Delivery is included in his price on couches I know because we had one delivered this fall. They will even haul off the old couch if you need them too. He has lots of options so that you can try them all out before making a decision.

Hard to shop here with allk the furniture crammed in you get around to look at what you want to buy. You can sit on the furniture just cant recline any of it because its all too close. But the sales people were helpful when the werent answering the phone

Terrible experience. Dealt with a guy named Toby first who overpriced me on a reclining set and king sized bed set by 1000 dollars vs their online prices. Went back the next day and spoke to the manager who was very rude and acted like I did something wrong the minute I came in the door and asked to speak to someone else. I then told him what happened the day before which he disregarded. I left and will never go back. (Did I mention theres no prices on anything in the store?? Probably an attempt to overprice their furniture) Terrible service! Would leave zero stars if I could.

We got a great buy with a love seat and couch, but be sure and check out anything that comes in a box, bought bedroom set and it was poor quality and looked and the paint had chips that shows red under it ? The mirror for the dresser be had to be took back ( it came in a box ) it had bad places that where very noticeable, buyer be cautious !
