The office is decorated to make you feel comfortable.I just want to thank, not only Dr. Young, the entire staff, for their patience and caring.I was a patient for MANY YEARS. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Hearing is such an important part of life, and they make the process of choosing hearing aids such an easy and satisfying experience. Very knowledgeable about the products they offer. They take all the time needed to help the patient make the best and informed decisions! Would recommend to anyone having hearing issues from slight to severe hearing loss.

The staff here are amazing. Very customer service oriented and great to work with. They listen and ask questions to make your visit worth your time and your hearing aids work for you and your lifestyle. Hearing aids are working great and I feel comfortable that they will for years to come.

Simply outstanding! I have never been to a more knowledgeable, helpful, or thorough audiologist. This is well worth driving to Shelby from time to time!Based on visits to other audiologists, I expected to have to replace my current hearing aids with newer technology to take care of the problems I was experiencing. I then discovered Real Ear Measurement (REM) testing, and found someone who knew about Dr. Young and her clinic.The clinic follows the best practice guidelines issued by the American Academy of Audiology, which include using REM testing. Sadly, not all audiologists or clinics do so.Through the extensive testing protocols they followed, they were able to make multiple adjustments and improvements to my hearing in various situations, and I am extremely happy!

Okay was very helpful but theyre hearing aids are extremely too expensive when youre hard of hearing it shouldnt be $5,000 to be able to buy a hearing aid which only lasts two years if that

The staff at Shelby Hearing Center is always accommodating and helpful when it comes to making sure I am getting everything I need when I am there. When I leave I feel well informed about how to get the most out of my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend SHC to friends and family who are experiencing hearing loss.

My mother is 93 years old and sees the audiologist on a regular basis. Dr. Young is so kind and patient that I felt compelled to write it down for others to see.
