Oh I love you they had some of the best motorcycles they had the CR 50s and CR 80125s the CR 250s that own up they had the CBR 600 6 00 and they had all kinds of stuff the four wheeler The four track 300exis they had a lot so much to use from I can spend all day in there and the customer service is great it is very nice and friendly they help me bring my payment down on the four wheeler I was buying and they did a great job and Im looking forward to going back and taking my son with me he would love especially a little motorcycles and that young customer service woman she was so nice so good looking too but it was a great place its definitely a good experience

So far Ive purchased a winch and wheels and tires from here and i drive a long way . The Best Staff !!!! Well worth the trip. This will be my place to shop from now on. Thanks again to Scott Beam

I found the bike I wanted at Honda of Shelby and drove up from Columbia, SC to buy it. Scott took the time to answer all of my questions about the bike and gave me pointers on how to maintain and service it going forward. Darren was also very helpful and treated my wife and I like family. Finally, Amanda handled all of the paperwork and gave me pointers on how to transfer the title in SC. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service I received from all of them. They even called me the next day to make sure I got back home without any problems.

Just a great bunch of people at Honda of Shelby. I was greeted with friendly people who made our experience a great memory. They knew I was driving quite a ways so they gave me a bottom line up front which was honored to the penny upon my arrival. I couldnt be happier with my experience. I bought a new Honda Grom in Incredible Green. On top of everything I just mentioned, there was absolutely no dealer fee. I was shocked, wow. It was confirmed on the bill of sale. The bike was immediately brought into service for inspection and prep and I was on my way in no time. Thanks guys and gals at Honda of Shelby, hope to see you again one day.

Very happy with the people here. Nice and friendly. I got a 2017 Rancher on sale few months ago and am very happy with it. They give you free stuff. I got 3 tee shirts a flag and a full tank of gas. Way better than the Yamaha dealership in Lowell.

If only every dealership was like Honda Motorcycles of Shelby. These guys sold me a great almost new bike at a fair price and shot very straight with me the whole way. Bought a brand new 2013 dirt bike from them... Vehicle wouldnt start.... bogs down...took vehicle to another Honda dealer the I trust. come to find out, they put non stockparts on my supposed BRAND NEW dirt bike and never told me. They put non stock pilot jets in it because they couldnt figure out why it wasnt starting before I purchased it. Ended up clogging pilot jets. Had to spend $350.00 somewhere else to get my brand new bike to actually run. I should have known when I purchased the bike something was wrong when they handed me a new spark plug upon picking up the vehicle.I do not recommend this dealer for anything!!! I would rather pay out of my pocket on a brand new bike (that ive had less than 1 month) to get repaired by someone i can trust and KNOW they are doing the right repairs... then to take it back to them to TRY to repair it for free....seeing as they sold it to me with non stock parts on the bike anyway.If I could give zero starz, I would!!!

We called the shop on a Saturday with a tire loosing air on a motorcycle they said they could fix the tire if we could take it off. When we were able to get there they had five open lifts and they told us since it was a harley they wouldnt take it off and would not let us use a tool to take one bolt loose to remove it ourself so we had to leave and was stranded on the side of the interstate 90 miles from home...Bad service Bad company practice I would not recommend any motorcyclist to do business with these people

They want to charge different prices for the same job. Went a week before they charged me one price and went a week later wanted to charge another price for the same job, uhm.

Have all atv needs

Ordered parts on 6/21/2016 they said they would call when the parts came in. Never heard from them. I called on 7/12/2016. Waited 5 min on the phone for him to come back and tell me the parts are there and have been sitting there.I do not call this good customer service. I am in the middle of restoring a Honda 750 Magna. I will not go back to Honda of Shelby after I get my parts, I will go else where.GWRRA, you are wrong, this is not the place to go for service on my goldwing.
