Took my vehicle there to see what was wrong with the a/c. First trip was a diagnosis what could be wrong. They said was completely out of freon and had to lie to the car what the outside temp was because the compressor wouldnt come on. Told take it home bring back in a couple of days to let dye run through. Second trip kept close to a month, said mechanic was trying to figure out what was wrong by you tubing and googling ( thats stuff I do not a mechanic) picked up took to Nissan in Shelbyville after 10 minutes of it being there they said compressor was bad and the was no way he could have put freon in since the compressor wasnt engaging. I would not recommend this place at all.

My car died on me at Burger King,,across from 2 repair shops that couldnt/ wouldnt help me get my car to them. Long story short I was able to contact Cassady Auto Works. They towed my car to their repair shop and did a wonderful repair job to my 03 Cadillaccts. I love the way my car run and perform after these guys replaced my starter and replaced my drive shaft. Good job guys,,thank u!!

Bill Cassidy is a fantastic mechanic. He is honest and reliable.I ran out of gas before calling him I had put about 5 gallons in it but it wouldnt start so thinking the fuel pump had went out I had my truck towed to his shop. When I went by the next day Bill informed me that it started right up and that he checked it out and everything was fine. I paid for the tow and drove away. I know several other mechanics that would have charged me 5 times what I paid and I would have been none the wiser. I will never go anywhere else to have any repairs done.

I havent ever personally delt with this business however the shop is clean and the name is known!

I currently am Working at Pizza Hut and i took my only car to Cassadys. Trusting them to fix it and have it back in a few weeks. Not exactly the case in this situation. I took my car there at the beginning my November. And 8 months later and a few customer that they let cut in front of me. Finally get my car back and now the steering is almost completely locked up. And not to mention when i left the office my sister law was in there still and heard all the trash they where talking about there paying customer. btw I paid $770. for a couple small fix that they didnt even do. They sent my car to the dealer ship for the fix. I hope this helps everyone make a better decision as to where they take there vehicle in Shelbyville.

I was looking for a repair shop and Cassiday was mentioned, heard good and bad but I figured I would give them a try. I should have done the work myself like I did 40K miles ago, but I had just gotten a cast off my right wrist.The thing that really pisses me off is that I called 2 times to speak with the owner, and give him a chance to discuss some issues and make it right, he chose NOT to return my calls over 5 days.Anyway, I am 63 on Social Security and spent Saturday fixing what was not right. I was charged over 700$ by Casaday. Plus I am out about another 100+$.BTW....their Repair Order/work invoice states NOTHING about a workmanship/labor warranty period, and verbal guarantees ARENT WORTH the paper theyre NOT written on. So I guess the second your front tires hit Cannon your on your own. At least that was my experience.

I took my car there today and they got it fixed up. As a single mom I’m always hesitant on things like mechanics I’ve never used but these guys were amazing. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that I was paying for something unnecessary. I have found my go to shop!

This place is overpriced and not worth it. Paid almost $700.00 just for them to tell me to hold down the gas pedal so my car will crank!!!Definitely a Rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend me this place to anyone.

I would not recommend anyone going to this shop. They will rip you off any chance they get. The mechanics are also very disrespectful.
