Dont bother making an appointment. Had a 9:00 AM appointment, its now 9:55 and car hasnt been touched. All I need is oil change and tire rotation. I should have known it would be a bad deal as soon as I realized it was associated with Hubler. This service is gross. Service desk area a ghost town. Lots of stories being told in the shop area. Beard pulling my uncle would say.

Great service. Less and an hour in and out for an impromptu oil change. Mike was great - friendly on the phone, in person and let me know what other issues my car had going on. 38$ for an oil change, and also learned through the free inspection I needed a tire. After looking at it myself realized there was a nail broken off in in - could have been a major issue going to Florida with the kids. Glad this was pointed out. I would definitely reccomend Hubler Ford Service Lane over any other place in Shelbyville. Quick, efficient, friendly- and they actually do what they are supposed to do. Thanks again Mike!
