I have been going here for tires related services since the place next door really messed the lug nuts up on my wife’s car from putting them on too tight. So for the past year or more as needed I’ve been going to Sam’s consistently. The most previous time which was a couple days ago, I went to have some tires founded on a set of black wheels. I asked for fresh valve stems and was charged accordingly. After carful inspection of the wheels and tires I noticed that I did not receive new valve stems and the center caps to the wheels were beat on, resulting in dents and even paint loss. I am very disappointed in this level of work. I am aware that he has a different set of guys working in there now. I would suggest taking pictures of your wheels before you take them here so that it can be documented if damaged. Hope he straightens this out.

This place is a Rip off I took my car there and they said I had a leak in my radiator and all it was was my thermostat on the bottom side wasnt tight. bought a new thermostat works great now. They charge $469 to put radiator in. Take off the front of the car to put it in and did not put bolts back in the air intake or part of the frame for the front of the car And after they Replaced my radiator I had the exact same problem when I took it in there. Also had to bring it back for them to hook my horn backup. Just a very very terrible experience

I got my oil changed there on Friday 6/12/2020 and 2 days later my engine blew up and started On fire due to the car not having any oil in it. I had to buy oil and put it into my car myself just so that I could get it to there shop but on the way there my car started smoking really bad and then caught on fire. They are saying that it was not their fault because of where the fire happened. They were the last ones to touch my car and the car itself has been taken very good care of.

Dont do business with these JERKS! I got 2 tires from them and had to take them back TWICE to get balanced. When I returned the 2nd time the son of the owner accused me of switching the tires out and refused to do the balancing.
