After hitting debris on I-64 I needed a quick fix for an odd size tire (I usually have to order them and wait a day). One call to Shelby Tire and they had one in stock! New or Used, these guys are great. In and out in 20 minutes.

Ive done business with these guys I guess since they opened in their current location on US-60.I trust Hubie with all my maintenance issues with my vehicle(s).His staff is always very helpful and Ive always been very satisfied with their work, pricing, and willingness to get me in and out.

Was highly recommended to come here by a friend. Came in for an inspection and an oil change. Picked up my truck and was told something was wrong with my driver side mirror and that they went ahead and fixed it for me. They duct taped it back on... A few hours later, the mirror and just fallen off. After looking at it, it was apparent that it had clearly been broken off at the shop. Had to DIY and drill some holes and put it back on, myself. Dont know if this was a unique situation, but this really soured an otherwise quick, and efficient experience. I dont think Ill be returning and I dont know that I can recommend them. I would have loved to rate them higher, but this was really ridiculous and unprofessional.

Called and was told $30 to mount and balance a set of used tires. When I got there was told it was a mistake and wanted to charge me $50. I do not like to be lied to, it was your mistake. Ill take my business to Tire Discounters for $40 and have great customer service. This place failed horribly in treating the customer right, I will not do business here again or would I recommend it.

Charged my girlfriends grandfather 500$ to replace brake lines. Told gratherfsther I cut all the lines when I drove the car up there said they were going to replace all the lines under the car due to rust they only replaced the 2 brake lines that were damaged. We paid 500$ for everything to be replaced and all that was replaced was the 2 40$ brake lines. Never taking a car vack there again.
