We were driving on I74 and our sunroof would not shut. It was 12:30, lunch time for most businesses.When we pulled up to the service drive, Kyle warmly greeted us. He asked Dave to help. Dave, the service manager, quickly jumped into action. He wrote a ticket, called for Jordan, and asked us to make ourselves comfortable. Jordan took our vehicle in the shop and within about 30 minutes returned with the sunroof back in its proper place.Their drop of the hat service was amazing.Thank you Dave and team for your kindness.

Took in my Cadillac for a busted head gasket repair job, no other mechanic in town would do this job due to its difficulty level. I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the Cadillac, also something other mechanics didnt want to mess with. Hubler worked with them, no hassle. Staff, worked mainly through Kyle, was extremely friendly and courteous. Kyle would update me on the levels of getting the job done.

I called and talked to Kyle on the phone and he was super helpful informing me on what services I needed preformed. When I arrived Kyle was not there but Kevin was eager to help. He checked in my car and and the techs got to work. About 3 hours later I received a phone call that my car was already done. This was much faster than the time quoted. When I received my car everything was as it should be.They even adjusted all my tire pressures and topped off all my fluids. Thank you for the great service. 10/10 would recommend.

Not happy with my last experience here today. Ive been bringing my car here for the past 3 years for EVERY oil change. Had them change 2 filters this time as well, air and cabin. I usually just do the oil change and tire rotation, usually its $48. With the two filter changes my total was $178!!!! Talk about a rip off! Paid more for the labor than the part itself! Also said on the receipt I declined tire rotation. I didnt decline, I wasnt even asked! I said to do as exactly as I have done in the past. On past records, it should show a tire rotation! Didnt get one this time though and didnt want to waste the energy on why it wasnt done. Also, Technician told me an hour wait, ended up being 2 hours. I wouldnt have even stayed if he had told me that from the beginning. The last 10 minutes, my car just sat there while they finished up paperwork. May have to find a new place. Ruined my mood for the day and my bank account, not to mention the anxiety this gave me. Usually theyre pretty good, but this last visit has me not wanting to go back. Next time, I will check prices before hand, thats my fault as well. Maybe you guys could do a better job of explaining costs to customers. I expected more than $48, but not $200, when filters are $25 bucks...

I dropped my certified used 2016 suburban off on Aug. 7 and picked it up on Sept 8th. It was there for warranty work on the engine. Poor communication and endless excuses as to why it was taking so long to be fixed. I fully understand that they are short staffed-- everybody is! This is the new norm. However, with the amount work that my vehicles engine needed, I dont think a simple phone call is to much to ask. I picked it up on 9/8 at 6pm only to have to make another trip out the on 9/9 at 8:45am because the check engine light came on along with a few more issues. More issues equaled more time that I would not have my vehicle. I just purchased it in mid March of this year from them. Sadly, the new issue wasnt  covered under my platinum warranty. Better communication this time however the amount that I was charged was insane. I picked my suburban up on 9/16. I asked to speak to the general manager regarding the bill but I was told he was unavailable  even though I saw him walk though the service area. Hubler had my vehicle for 40 days. Unacceptable!! Customer service can make or break a business. Will definitely be thinking twice before I go there again.

I was having car issues. I thought it was my battery. I had a auto shop in town check it said it was okay. Still having problems I called and made an appointment with Dave. My car died 2 times in the day before I could get there. Upon arriving Kyle was super helpful and listened to me when I told him all the issues I was having. He had me out of there within 45 minutes with the problem fixed! Everyone in thst building made me feel welcome! Even the amazing lady who took my payment! I will be returning! I get very nervous dealing with car troubles and everyone there made it a breeze!!

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and one of my center caps was lost. They claim they put them all back on but there is no way. I have aftermarket wheels and 1 new center is $60. Looks like I will be looking for new shop to get work done. The service manager acted like he wanted to make things right. He said he was going to talk to the parts manager and get a new one ordered. After over a week goes by I call and leave my name with the front desk and never received a call back. So I email Dave and again he said he would get with the parts manager. That was May 20th and I still have not heard back. I went ahead and just ordered a replacement myself. The customer service is not very good. I would have rather them told me there was nothing that they could do than tell me they were going to make things right and not follow up with me. Unfortunately customer service just is not a priority for most companies anymore.

I set an appointment to view a vehicle. I drove 1 1/2 hours to do this. They sold it before I got there. There was no phone call to let me know. total waste of my time. Ive talked to other dealers, and thats unheard of. If someone is coming from out of town they pull the vehicle. I would have settled for a phone call. POOR customer service!!

I have to say every expectation of the purchasing experience from this dealership was far exceeded. Todd Green went well beyond just selling me a new truck, having paid cash for most everything for the last 20+ years i had no credit and to make it a little more complicated i was in the middle of changing banks. Took 11 days for me to get every thing together on my end but Todd was amazing working with me on every thing from giving me a ride to helping me setup the on-star and showing me how to work all the kool gadgets. Couldnt not ask for better service just not possible!Want to thank Pat Ayers in the parts department for helping me order some nice accessories and giving me some really good ideas on other products. Took my truck in for oil change and they left the oil plug loose oil.filter was leaking and when i called to tell them about it kevin is the guy i talked to was like what do u want me to do about it i was like fix it and it could have cost u alot of money for when the motor blew up they need to have the techs.to watch what they r doing and not being in a big hurry to get them in and out

I bought a certified 2015 Serra truck from this place! The air conditioner didnt work and before I could drive it home it needed an oil change! Who certified it! The same dimwitted ahole who I cussed out because theyve had it in there shop for 4 business days! 6 hours to change a condenser is ridiculous! Stay away from this place!

I came here to buy my first car here 2 years ago and was told I had to buy a certain car for it to work out. A Ford Fiesta. Didnt really like the car cause it was too small, but was promised that I could come back in 8 months to trade it back in.. well that was a no go.. lied about that, I had also had a co signer, so found out that I didnt really have to buy this car, I could have had one that I would have been more happy with and fit our family better. Just left there again because they said to bring money down, and we can get you into a new equinox because of the large rebate it carried to offset the negative equity they put me in and again was lied to cause they said no, completely a waste of time coming here. Will never buy from here again.

I had been taking my 2018 Chevy Silverado for oil changes. On my 3rd oil change I was told I had a nail in my tire. Service guy notified me of nail in outer tire and that it could not be repaired because of safety reasons and needed replaced for approximately $270 . I took my truck to a tire dealer in Shelbyville and they found small carpet tack in tire that was only about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch long and had not even punctured tire it was just stuck in tread . Truthfulness and honesty goes a long way with me and I will never go back to dealership for anything !

I found a vehicle matching my needs at an out of town Chevrolet Dealer. My son suggested I call his friend working for your dealership to help me secure the vehicle. Although he wasnt able to get that particular choice, he searched and quickly found a comparable vehicle out of State. I expected to have to wait at least a week for transport however within one day my vehicle was on its way here. It took less than an hour to get through the necessary paperwork and after some basic function overview, I was on my way with a brand new Suburban. My sincere thanks for the high level of service and follow through. It is much appreciated!

Dropped my truck off Monday was told it would be a couple of days. On Friday 4 days later no call from the dealership I called. Was told they didnt know what was wrong hopefully they would know something Monday. A few hours later got a call to come & get my truck they didnt know what was wrong with it. Did a little research on line found a lot of the same complaints with same results dont know what is wrong with it. This will be my last GM product.

The sales person that I had help me was awesome. Tyler was his name, but when it came to the finance guy Gene it just fell apart. He did not even try to deal with me at all. he just pushed out a price and payment on me and asked me to sign on the line. I know that I have credit problems, but what he was offering would have made it impossible to do !! The next day when I returned the car that he was pushing on me and said that i have found a better deal he just assumed it was a buy here pay here place.Im happy to say that i got a much better deal somewhere else (Ray Skillman GMC) My credit will get better now with out me going poor first.

Over 900 bucks was the Quote to fix a part that is supposed to last over 100k plus miles. The Coil had a broken snapped off Sparkplug on a car with 38k miles. Local 3 shops all quoted under 250 to fix had done for 1/4 the price. Crooked is not even close. Both cars have bought from them now have been nothing but problem childs and everything is conviently not covered by the warranty that they sold me for gobs of money.

We have then the price we would spend a month. They got the price a little less for us. My daughter is very happy with the purchase. Im glad they didnt try to pressure us into something else. UPDATE: Made an appointment to go back and get my windshield fixed that was supposed to be under warranty per the service department who looked at it, also ordered floor mats and was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Took my truck the night before and couldnt work Friday because they had my truck, they called me at 9:30am saying they had to replace my windshield and it wasnt under warranty because it couldnt be repaired. Was put on the spot because they already had my truck and I didnt have time to call and get quotes, still didnt have the floor mats after 2 weeks and nobody had a clue about them at all. Been waiting over 2 weeks from a call back from the service manager that I called and talked to and he said he was giving me some of my money back from the windshield since I was told it was coved under warranty and then had to pay over $300 for it, still havent heard back from him about anything.Took my truck in to get a tire fixed and was under warranty, waited an hour because it was a new girl and the guy didnt want to help her even though he wasnt doing anything! Very disrespectful when he is doing that in front of customers that are waiting on their vehicle. Parts guy was very rude and didnt want to help or answer questions!

Do not take your car here! If you are married just know your wife will be talked down as if she knows nothing. We have an issue with our Equinox. I regularly work in our vehicles but this issue is a recall by GM. They refuse to even look at it when she took it in because she “doesn’t know what she is talking about”. Yes there is another issue that is there too and we know that but this recall issue we’ve already spent $100s getting small issues fixed because of; now to be treated like this. What a shame in today’s age.

Went there to purchase a car for the mom of my granddaughter on 11/10/2018. Was a beautiful vehicle but less than 12 hours after purchase we discover the thermostat was not working to throw heat. Them we get a call on our way home that it died on her and the baby on the way to her home. So there is at few issues. So NO I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.!

I purchased my car at this dealership, the sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the finance department made the purchase easy, they even work with my bank. Have been back to dealership to service my vehicle, service personnel are friendly and efficient. My wait was short, nice modern new dealership, I opted for their deluxe car wash with my service, for only $10 my vehicle was returned very clean! I will definitely return to do business here, and recommend them highly!

Shopping for a car and stopped in at Shelbyville where I met Steve G. By far the most trustworthy and upfront car salesman Ive met to date. They dont have a car yet that I am going to purchase, but I will wait until they have one in inventory and then purchase from Steve because after having been to multiple other dealerships in Indy, Id rather wait for Steve to get a car I want than to deal with any other dealer. Hubler has a great salesperson in Steve G. and anyone looking to trade or buy a car should run not walk to speak with him.

High quality and rapid work (+5 stars), lacking customer service (-1 star). The repair center quickly found the issue with my vehicle, ordered the parts, and fixed it all under warranty quicker than the quoted timeframe. The only improvement I would suggest for management: remind your employees that none of the customers coming in for car repairs will be happy - so an impatient secretary or condescending repair worker can quickly sever the chance of repeat business.

Your staff was uncaring and rude to us when we were stranded there. Then to top it off, they botched the repair job which left the car breaking down again after picking it up from your dealership. Come to find out, your mechanic put the right part on, but did it in such a haphazard way that the part needed replaced a second time.

I have resisted posting this review for almost a month, but I think it needs to be known. Sadly, they are the only Chevy dealership in town, luckily not the only one close by. Drive by this lot. Do not stop, just head up 74 to anywhere else. My daughter went there to buy a new car, she was working with a young man named Camedon Wheatly. Not only did he try to push her into a more expensive car that she told him she couldn’t afford, he asked my husband to commit fraud! He told him that for her to have a cosigner he would need to say he lived at the same address as her and sign paperwork saying that was the case. Any company who will allow their employees to do that, should be ashamed and fined. Do not buy here, if they are not above board with this type of thing, what else are they doing wrong?

Used t be a loyal customer, however, the service dept. has really went south. I have taken all of my vehicles here for service. I had been complaining about a check engine light on my truck for almost a year, every time I have taken it in, they cant find anything. I finally took it to another dealer and they found the issue and repaired it. I reported this issue back to the general manager of the location and of course, the standard excuses came out. There is always 2 sides to the story, however I feel I have reported the issue multiple times, before the warranty expired as well as during oil changes, tire rotations etc.. and of course there is not proper documentation on my issue.I will never do business with Hubler group again. Sandman Brothers in Shelbyville is my new dealer of choice.
