Very nice place to shop if you need help theyre glad to help you they even will ask you if they walk by may I help you find something and most of the time if you tell him yes they stop what theyre doing and take time to go look for your product even if its not in their section they will find someone to help you or go to the next section and help you highly recommend them

I called order squirrel corn the lady on the phone was so nice. Went to the store paid for the corn. She told me to wait in my car and they brought it out to me. So nice to have store employees who are so nice to me. Thanks

Earlier, I contacted this store and talked with the manager regarding the flag on top of the building being placed at Half Mass. Today is 2021 08 27. Yesterday our bothers and sisters were attacked and to show RESPECT and HONOR for those who lost their lives! AMERICA SOLUTES THEM AND WE LOWERS OUR FLAGS to show our RESPECT! I am a current shopper at Rual King. I am a Veteran myself. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am at this company because of the way the Manger Reacted towards placing the Flag where it Belongs! I would like to see change! If anyone regarding this issue would like to contact me regarding this please do so……. Later on around 1800 I drive by and The Flag Is Still where it was when I first called… 😞 Just Goes to show this world isn’t what it use to be. My hard earned money will no longer be used at this facility. For I cannot/will not support these actions.

My Honda self propelled mower stop working so took it there to have it work on three week ago got it back in a week and only cost me 50 dollars the dud name Cory said he had to put a belt on took it home try to mow couple days later after it quit raining didnt work so took it back in he said had to put a new belt on it work perfect now four days later pick it back up try to mow today after work it mowed three strips then quit working called them in they said bring it back in him him look at it again hmmm nope taking it somewhere else I need to get my yard down its been way to long now I will never take anything there again that place is a joke if there was a zero star I would of give them that.

Very organized, very friendly and helpful employees. Forgot an item at checkout and cashiers recommendation was perfect. The item was stocked outside of the store so I was able to grab it on the way to the car.

Occasionally, the stocking job seems a little unorganized with certain items. Everything else is fine. I love Rural 👑. But i wish they did lumber. Only one other place in town for that....Builders Hardware, and theyre a little expensive.

Secret time. Car batteries, come here seriously its cheap, their generous with the replacement policy, they even buy old batteries from people like you and me.They also have a wide variety of nuts & bolts properly sized and cut (unlike some other imported junk) anything to keep your farm equipment or car in good shape. (Oil filters are dirt cheap here)

The Shelbyville store is much cleaner and organized than the Greenwood store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The best place to find unusual stuff.

Im a fan. They have a huge selection of flower and vegetable plants in spring at reasonable prices. They carry food and equipment to care for pets and livestock - hell, they carry some livestock. All sorts of chickens and rabbits. Tools, food, cleaning supplies, clothes, boots. Whats not to love?

Ive almost decided to live in this store! Im visiting from Texas, and Ive been here more times than any other place in town. They are out of some things, but still have most of what Ive needed. Staff is friendly and helpful.

What a mess. Disorganized and some bare shelves. The plants looked uncared for and unimportant to management. The employees ignore you unless you seek out their assistance. I found one thing and the cashier had difficulty ringing it up. She at least, was sweet and pleasant about it. She was the one small ray of sunshine in the place. But I didnt give up totally on R.King and decided to give it another try. I drove to Greensburg. What a difference!! Night and day difference. Pleasant staff that spoke as I came near and checked on my needs. Clean, organized and stocked. Shelbyville step up and take note. Greensburg isnt too far and well worth the drive for a more pleasant experience.

My favorite store. Would buy everything here if I could, to avoid the 53 percent owned by Mainland Bank of China Walmart that has everything else RK doesnt carry.

Getting the small negative out of the way, their parking lot is in desperate need of repair. I hit a pothole that jarred my car bigtime. As far as the important stuff, the aisles were clear product was stocked. And let me say staff goes above and beyond. I had Michelle wait on me. She knew that store like the back of her hand telling me exactly where to go. As far as friendly, she made me feel like family before it was over. Highly recommend this store.

Price on shelf different than registers price. They make it good, it just waste my time waiting them to verify their mistake.

This place has everything from A to Z. The clothing section has doubled its inventory offering well made items at reasonable prices. I always find what need here.

Mostly good, but this time saw some rain boots that were 25% off, got to the register and it didnt show the deduction in price...cashier and I walked back to the boots to look, yes the sign was there but had actually expired January 16! Here it is February 5th! I didnt get the discount ! Guess thats my fault for not pushing the issue.

Almost always has what Im looking for! A nice selection of usable items other stores sometimes dont have. It just seems to need a good cleaning to me.

Had a lot of areas that had little to nothing on the shelves but I figures thats due to covid-19. Otherwise it was clean and staff was friendly and helpful

Evertime I go, I find I have to go somewhere else to get the parts I need for the project I am working on. There is usually a place for the part (common) plumbing or farm related equipment repair parts, the spots are just empty.

They were quick to help me and I always find what I want (even tho sometimes I shouldnt buy it but the temptation hits 😂)
