Went to p/u script. 8 vehicles in line, went inside, about 7 people in line. Middle register sent quickly so I didnt have to wait more than 3-4 mins. Very busy otherwise.

The cashier that waited on me was friendly. They texted me when my order was ready. I downloaded the CVS app, created an account, and signed up for emails to receive discounts on photos.You can place an order from your mobile phone using the app and pick it up inside the store.

Great selection and friendly service

The employees are always friendly. We are greeted every time we come in. The store is always clean. The pharmacy is very helpful. Every now & then I have to wait when getting a prescription filled, but I hardly ever have to wait more than 15 mins. Bathrooms are always clean as well.

Got my flu shot here, great experience. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Friendly staff.

Called in prescription two hours ahead. Stopped in to pick it up. Simple antibiotic not ready. Taking almost an hour to fill. Lines not clearly marked. They watch you wait and put you at the back of the other line. Worst pharmacy service ever!!!

I have used cvs hear in shelbyville for years to all but some of the girls at the drive though is so rude you would think they was. Having to pay for it I dont like tuff people if they dont like thier job .move on dont be hateful.

CVS has a huge selection of vitamins staff helpful and there is huge selection of cremes and lotions for face and body.

The couponers raid this store and the staff cant keep up with restocking items, theres a lot of empty shelves constantly.. The staff is nice though.

I switched to cvs from walgreens hoping for better pharmacy service after being with walgreens for many years, however Im new in town and neither one of these pharmacies are any good. I will be searching elsewhere.

The light brown girl that works there makes me melt. 😍

Been having trouble for 3 months at Walgreens with my medication and insurance paying the people in the pharmacy are so rude and under trained on people skills.went to cvs and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed and meds were filled.. great attitude prices are high on non medical stuff but overall I give the pharmacy 5 stars

My experience with a woman by the name of Ricki and a colored woman, which whom I did not get a name,was at the least a poor experience. The two acted as if they did not want to be at work, they clearly were not helpful. Both were bitter and for no reason. I question if the woman by the name of Ricki even bathed before work. Apperence matched attitude and work ethic.. poor.

I have been on the phone for about an hour now. Called twice. Stayed on hold because I work night shift and I didnt want to fall asleep before talking to them. I then called up front and he said they were very busy and all he could do is transfer me back to pharmacy. He put me back on hold, I waited then finally someone picked up the line only to be hung up. Im still waiting...this is ridiculous! You are busy enough to have someone on hold for an hour??!!! Hate to say it but I may have to go back to Walgreens!!

Great one stop shop for health and beauty. Sales are great especially in conjunction to a coupon.

I was treated like a criminal over some sinus meds...Ive never bought any in my life, Priscilla the Pharmacist had me wait while she waited on other customers for over an hour .... she then said i reached my limit with a smirk on her face. When I called corporate they confirmed what I told her. That ive never bought any in my life...and they told her that ....I made a complaint ...so if you like being judged and being treated like a 2nd rated American, this is where you need to shop. As for me and my family, we will never shop here again.For all the horse show people, please shop somewhere else. My uncle and I, who own horses, were treated like junkies.....and read there other reviews ...... They suck

The pharmacy staff is lacking. They send you a message saying your medicine is ready but when you arrive they tell you it isnt ready after all and ask for 10 more minutes. Then you wait about 8 and go back and they say hold on and fill the medicine in front of you and then ask for more time because the pharmacist has to check it( I get that the protocol is for pharmacist to check).when I advised that I waited there abouts the ten minutes she changes her story and says no I said ten to fifteen. I tell her no I will wait where I am.Then they tell me that I can not wait in line because they need to serve others. What about my service that you failed at? The only reason I came to the store was because you sent a text saying the medicine was ready. All of this could have been avoided had they not sent the text.

My name is Glenda Odom and I tried to get my grandson medicine filled today 09/11/2019The pharmacy had the prescription and only filled one of his meds. I live in the country and its hard for me to get to town especially when I just left. I signed up through the app and it wouldnt let me add my grandson. I will be transferring my families needs somewhere else

Did not stock a common pain medication that I needed following surgery????

They never call you when a script is ready or refill scripts when they are due you wait on the phone forever and their prices are high they dont even try to work with you

Pharmacy staff are impersonal, seem jaded as if youre just a number here. Will likely change my pharmacy after today.

Only giving one star because I have to. Dont fill your prescriptions here unless you have to. There is ALWAYS an issue when I go to pick up medicine here. We have been shorted pills and the medicine is never ready when it is suppose to be not to mention the unfriendly employees.

BEWARE!!!!...NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO AT ALL...go to another pharmacy
