Great place with good employees. It is quick in and quick checkout when you go here. Vitamins are easy to find here so if you need them this is the place to find them.

I was JUST told on the phone that I could pick up 1 of my meds that was ready yet after I made the trip ALL THE WAY there I was informed No NOW WAITING ON DR APPROVAL AGAIN. This is a sad day for people who really need their medicine & even have to go without for long periods of time & made to suffer until they decide you can have it. God bless their souls!!!!

My wife been told that she will get a call she came at 5:00pm come here at 6:40 and not even ready...... Here seated at 7:00pm and not call yet.... Just for a cream and pills..... Next prescription I better going to Walmart......

Pharmacist and staff are extremely rude! Was forced to wait 2 hours for a prescription and only one person in line in front of me. I realize that are many prescriptions to fill that are called in but with the amount of people standing around behind the counter it seems they could be much more efficient!

The lady checking me out today was extremely rude ! And didnt even give a friendly hello or nothing or apologize for my long wait . My one year old has better manners

The young girl with blue eyes at the pharmacy and the pharmacist with black hair male would not treat us. because we stood in line waiting for 30 minutes to be seen. She says we close at 6. we were in line since 5:30. After almost getting my vaccines she says it’s 10 after we can’t do his. We will never come back here! Terrible Service. I am appalled that we came as early as we could and a half hour waiting to be seen and was refused service! This is false advertisement it’s not the corner of happy and healthy. it’s the corner of we don’t care about our customers! we just want to clock out and go home. We were paying for travel Vaccinations in cash! I hope corporate can do something about this behavior soon or they will lose a lot of business. I have never had someone close the gate in my face at a retail store!

If I could give a 0, I would. If you care about your loved ones health, then STAY AWAY from this place. They are the most unorganized, unprofessional,lazest and rudest bunch of people you will ever deal with. My husband has stage 4 lung cancer and picked this pharmacy to use for all his prescriptions. Every month he has had problems with his medicines and on 1 every time for the past year although nothing has changed. If they have a problem with your script, dont expect a call in advance. This last time, Dr. sent electric script on a Monday, Script was due to be filled on Friday. Called to see if ready on Friday only to be told that the doctor didnt put a diagnostic code on script, the same script that this pharmacy has been filling for a year, and that they need a new prescription. Dr. is closed on Friday and this is not possible, So now my husband that is already suffering for chemo has to be without a prescription that he has been on for a year, for 2 days, till the Dr. opens on Monday, Had the pharmacist called on that Monday when script was sent, my husband would not be as sick right now. Instead they just put it to the side without any concideration because they didnt want to take the time to call and let someone know that there was a problem to begin with. Getting anything filled here is a pain in the A** and total inconvenience as it take over 4 hrs when you drop on off and sometimes upto a full day. As if people dont have enough to worry about in life! If you use this pharmacy be prepared to have a full day to get a script, if your that lucky, that most other pharmacies can fill with no problem in 30 min or less. Complete waist of time and money

Not even worthy of 1 star. That would be a great location for a pharmacy one day. Walgreens of Shelbyville is a joke.

If you have ANY other choice at all, go ANYWHERE else. This pharmacy is a joke. I used them for three years, spent a minimum of $200 monthly in their pharmacy alone and was constantly hassled, accused of trying to fill certain medications too early, and their approximate wait times are just to make themselves sound good, you can expect to wait at least two hours for any prescription. Their staff are EXTREMELY rude, if you call theyll place you on hold or hang up on you with no warning whatsoever and god forbid you ask for information that they dont deem necessary for you to have. Their lines are at least 5-10 people long any time you go in there and you can also expect them to mess your prescription up, repeatedly, and offer no apology. Even if you have to drive to another city, itll be worth it to not have to deal with this pharmacy. Im so thankful I was finally able to switch!

Staff, though extremely busy, and enduring abuse (and sometimes stupidity) from patients who expect them to violate both law and policies common to most pharmacies, are unfailingly courteous and professional. I usually leave marveling at their incredible patience. We are fortunate to have such a facility in our community. The fact that they are open 24 hours is just icing on the cake, and no, Im not related to anyone working there.

U can tell theres a shortage of good workers when you visit the pharmacy. Very rude and unprofessional. Front store clerks are wonderful!

This place is a joke. I called in my refill, said it would be ready at 4:30. I come in at 7 and they said that nothing has been filled. Ive been sitting here for an hour and I asked if it was ready and the response is, Nobody has refilled it. I would understand if it was a controlled substance, but its LEXAPRO !!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Horrible pharmacy every one of the ladies except Lupe need to be retrained on people skills .. communication sucks changed pharmacies and no problems now they deserve less then one star...

Spent hours designed a blanket on their website. As soon as I hit add to cart and signed in, it took me to the homepage and said Sorry, something went wrong. Please try the homepage again. I went to my saved works and the blanket was nowhere to be found. Going to order it from somewhere else now. Not going to waste my time with their horrible website anymore.

This place is crazy. First experience with them they kept getting my daughter mixed up with someone else an I had to sit in the line for an hour just for them to tell me it wasnt ready. Definitely switching elsewhere.

I sat at the drive- thru for 10 minutes. Not a single person in line. One of the pharmacy workers walked past the window and still ignored me. The other worker .and the pharmacist were playing on their cell phones. I had to call in the store and speak to a manager to get service. They are slow and very rude. I will never get another prescription filled there. Just ridiculous. We have been waiting almost 45 mins. Not a single person here at the pharmacy waiting other than us.

There are some good deals at the store, and the store cashiers are really polite and helpful; the pharmacy is baadddd..... the photo department is also pretty bad.

The pharmacy tech says we need to move bc we cant wait to get meds filled but the car to the left and right of us waited and nothing was said to them.

Used to be the best pharmacy but here in the past few months scripts are never ready on time.

3 hour wait to fill my prescription plus an additional 45 minutes to check out. The drive through is a joke, it seems they allow people to sit and wait for their prescription to be filled while the cars waiting in line just need to pick up. This has happened the last three times I have used them. Going somewhere else after years of using them.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the history of shelbyville. “We never got your prescription” over and over after literally driving back to the doctor to have it “sent in” multiple times. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Been a long time user of this pharmacy for years...need to switch. Every month it has been something different and I keep being told that it has been corrected and low and behold...it never is. They dont fill all prescriptions at once and say they never got it hmm, it was all done online at the same time or sent over at the same time from the doctors office. When you go in, they are short, rude, and completely useless. Bette is the only one that knows what she is doing over there and is the only one that is nice. CVS across the street is looking like a much nicer option.

Actually... CVS is a 24 hour pharmacy, right across the street. I switched from there after many years because they have some of the dumbest people Iver ever encountered in my life working in the pharmacy Walgreens has some as well, but the better ones are consistently at Walgreens, in my experience.

This is the worst pharmacy in Shelbyville they are always out of my medicine every month and completely lost my prescription a couple of times when you call they are rude if you even get through to talk to someone or they’ll just hang up on you they’re is one guy in the pharmacy who is actually nice and tries to help you but the rest of the staff is horrible apparently they don’t care if they have any customers or not I’m done with this place after several years and several rude employees I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated!!

I am in the process of back surgery and am getring scripts from my surgeon n pcp the lady phamamacist not only is extremely rude for nk reason but dug into my tencare and refused my script then actually wrote on it and put a date tha ts not even acurate def chsnging my pharmacy until they fire her......and now months later the same lady made up a story as to why she wont fill any narcotics saying she hasnt since april however in june and july they did ive never had any discriminate against me all because i had surgery and am on medicine not to mention she was loud and my 12 year old got upset because of her attitude shes not suit to work with people and instead of calling to tell me she wouldnt fill it she made me wait an hour then yelled it loud enough for everyone to hear.. i woulsnt recommend this place for anything xvs and rite aid are very friendly and fast

A three hour wait to put twenty pills in a bottle at 10:30 PM. If they had more than one fing person working it wouldnt take so long. What a joke. Do they care NO. Because they are the only 24hr pharmacy in the area. Open 24 hrs, wait 24 hrs. BS

Employees are slow and rude. Most of the time there are not enough on duty. Pharmacists are getting to be the same way. Management is the same way. They turn a deaf ear to all complaints

Called and asked if they had something and was told yes. Got there and was told no. Pretty frustrating.

Pharmacy is terrible! I have had horrible experiences here the past few months. Spending hours waiting on my medicine and extremely rude, unprofessional customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
