Would you like to invite complete strangers into your home to clean your rug? Only to find out that they are actually selling a 2000 dollar vacuum and wont be doing what they said. Oh and by the way, if you buy their vacuum youll really be helping the sales people out to go on a special vacation and they will get 500 dollars in commission. As I as having an off day, I bought this vacuum and I decided I wanted to return it, well guess what... no one answers this phone number. I had to over night a cancellation of contract form. And the sales person didnt even call before coming to retrieve the vacuum. Needless to say, he was not allowed in my house. He even handed out my husbands personal information to complete strangers and weve been hearing from them for days. This company tried to guilt me for returning a vacuum that they could no longer sell as new. No one is going to guilt for realizing I made a mistake and cancelling a contract within my legal rights. ABSOLUTELY an unprofessional group of sales people.

A rep from the company knocked on our door introducing himself and the Kirby product he was selling. We live in a secured building that clearly states no soliciting. In the beginning of the demonstration the rep was pleasant, took his time to explain the product and even cleaned an area rug as well as the mattress. The product was impressive. After the demonstration the rep wanted to close the deal. The large purchase price was not something that would be made without discussing with my fiancée. At that point the owner came in to offer an exclusive deal. Once again. Not going to make a decision right then and there. With that, the rep asked where he could rinse out the “bucket” from the large amount of dirt/dust that was collected. He was shown where the bathroom is, and he rinsed the “bucket” in the tub. Had no problem with that. The problem is that he left ALL the dirt in the tub. He then left the premises with an attitude because no deal was had. The product is amazing. Not their employees. Unless you like cleaning up mud in your tub…keep your door closed.

Wow, i am completely shocked by the reviews on here. i personally had a whole different experience. i had a nice lady come knock on my door offering a free cleaning for my rug but only would be able to do one room. i was off so i didnt mind. i scheduled the time at a time where my daughter would be up so they wouldnt wake her. two men came back one being a manager. he was very nice and was giving me information about the vacuum & what it does & such. during the cleaning, i was embarrassed by how much dirt they were lifting off my carpet but i have kids so what do you really expect? what mostly got me was the amount of dirt they sucked off my mattress! the price had me a little nervous but the demonstrator was able to call the manager & get me a monthly plan! i spend $60 on a night out weekly! i could definitely manage $60/mo on keeping my house clean for my kiddies!

RTS and Associates is the place to be! I have been working here full time for over 5 years and and its become my second home. Everyday we promote hardwork, positivity, and promotion. All the mangement staff is very friendly and informative and if you have any questions they are super helpful.

Very professional people and awesome vaccum

RTS and Associates puts up (and then leaves up) signs in my neighborhood advertising jobs based on income. What exactly they are selling I do not know, and I do not care to know. Ive already called them and asked them to remove their signs. My call went to voicemail and I have not heard back.
