Friendly customer service. Found me the best price on my windshield. Reasonable scheduling and repair turn around time. Honest business. During a shortage of windshields when prices had inflated due to supply and demand they found a pre shortage stock and passed along the savings to me. I was really impressed as all other windshields offered were twice the price but they didnt gouge me. I wouldnt have known any better but they tested me well. I highly recommend this business because of this experience.

I brought my 2000 Buick La Sabre to them for front right passenger window. The window would not roll up. They SUPPOSEDLY INSPECTED my window and stated it had shattered and there were no replacement glass available for weeks. They had me pick up my car. I could check with them to see if any glass was available in the coming weeks. My son in King County checked and his local mechanic was able to find the glass and deliver within 24 hours. I drove up to King County, picked up the new glass and delivered the car to a local glass shop for installation. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from the glass shop that I was lied to by Advanced Glass, the glass was intact in the door. The regulator unit needed replacement. They replaced the regulator within 2 hours and my car again had 4 working windows. I gave the score a one 🌟- because there was no - 5 stars available. I would of been more happy if they told the truth and told me they are incompetent and dont know how to repair or replace side windows. I hope this helps others.

I called 4 different places to get a quote on my windshield replacement and Kurt came in $50 cheaper than my lowest quote and $150 cheaper than the highest. He got me in right away, had my truck done earlier than expected and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Advanced Glass.

These guys are really quick at repairing rock chips.👌 I had just gotten off of the freeway after a giant rock hit my windshield and scared the living daylights out of me. I think this was the biggest chip I had ever seen.😅 Luckily someone was available to fix it. Thank you so much for the prompt service, we are definitely recommending you to everyone we know. 👍

I stopped in today after work, just before they closed, for a rock chip repair. The gentleman behind the counter was very welcoming and called to a younger gentleman in the back to ask if he had time for a repair. He immediately came out and took my car in to fix it. It only took a few minutes, and the gentleman at the front desk entertained me with good conversation while I waited. Great service!! Rock chips are no fun, but if/when I get another one, I know where Ill be going!!

We came in for a new windshield. When we picked our vehicle up we found he had fixed our broken window and installed a brand new rearview mirror free of charge. This guy has respectable old school values that you just dont see anymore. He definitely has a new lifelong customer .

Call to get a quote for removal advise my name and business name he states hes not in the mood for a sales call ? (We are a local repair shop )Then I ask for pricing on a window removal he states he can not give one and I ask availability then he says we are just to busy. Does not give me a price or time available to schedule....We have been in business in Olympia for 37 years. This is now how I expected my phone call to schedule glass to go.

Brought in a simple single pane window frame with most of the glass broken out, they had the glass replaced in a few hours. Glad they had the glass I needed in stock! Definitely will be using them for any glass needs i have in the future.

I had my company truck in for a rear window replacement . He took payment up front and didnt call for three days. We tried to reach him, but could not. Finally when it was supposed to be Finished I was told to meet them at the shop where he stood me up. I had to call my customers the following business day and let them know they took the day off of work for no reason. Because the amount of customers already on the calendar, they were pushed back six weeks. All the guy had to do was CALL and let me know ahead of time, so our customers could have gone into work. From what I can tell they dont care if there actions have outside effects on other peoples business.
