Over all services not terrible. Price wise they are out of there mind want to charge me 3 to 4 thousands for a 5.7 vortec head job. New heads cost 8 hundred brand new and 600 for rebuilt. So I asked how much to replace whole motor they told me 7 to 8 thousand my motor only cost 2000 new with new heads and valve covers. So I told them never mind due to me being able to do my self just didnt have the time, but to top it off took off with my car and smelled antifreeze so pulled over to a streaming car opened the hood hole in hose spraying and pcv valve off air cleaner was just handing there and stuff was still zip tied out of way kicking hoses. I herd good things about the guy more good than bad, but as for my experience wont ever take my car back there once they found out I knew exactly what I was talking about things changed a little bit.

After dealing with the “Gold Standard” of all repair shops.... the “Stealership” left a bad taste in my mouth! We asked some of our friends and family to recommend someplace local to take our Ford Excursion to. Hudson Car Care Inc. was unanimously the place for us. From first pulling up to the business, I was impressed!! We were greeted and treated like good friends, they listened to our concerns, stayed in contact with us on updates and suggestions of repairs. Ultimately came in well under what was originally quoted for the repair. We left with a healthy running vehicle and subsequently plan on returning to have the other vehicles in our garage serviced. I continue to use Hudson Car Care for all of my automotive maintenance needs. My experience has been that if a problem arises they make it right instantly. It is difficult sometimes to find a shop that stands behind their work and refuses to do work that is not necessary. Hudson Car Care is totally honest, reliable and dedicated to great customer service. Dave and his staff are fantastic. They are service oriented and very knowledgeable. I have taken all of my vehicles to Hudson car care over the years and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Additionally, their are times when I have gone in without a prior appointment for an oil change and they have worked me in. The service is the best. Their mechanics are very good at what they do. The prices are reasonable. Their integrity is above reproach. They will always give it to you straight and never sell you something you dont need. What more could you ask? If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I would bring any of by vehicles to Dave for service. Very honest and timely. I have a 17 year old Ford pickup that is my daily driver and it has to be kept in good working condition. When it developed a noise that sounded serious to me I took it to Dave and his crew to diagnose and repair. Finding the source of the noise was a challenge but Dave kept looking. We finally found it was a failing front wheel bearing. In the process of finding the source of the noise they also found that the brakes were almost critically worn. So after 2 days in the shop I was back on the road feeling safe and well treated . Thanks!

I recently had a clutch replaced, a tune up and a bunch of oil leaks fixed by Transmissions Plus and I believe they did excellent work. This was my first experience with them; they proved not just competent but highly trustworthy (they went out of there way to make sure I was charged a very fair price). I plan on being a long term customer and would recommend this place to anyone.

The service is beyond excellent! All the guys went above and beyond to figure out the problem. There is no such thing as quiting if the problem continues to exist. They didnt push me off to another garage. They stuck with it...figured the problem out! Now it runs better than ever! I wouldnt take my 05 Mustang to anyone else! They got it figured out!

Had a rv. Dodge van worked on. Had problems with the parts that they put in. Brought it back to the shop. They made sure that the parts were replaced. They were so get working with us. As far as we are concerned 5 stars is not enough.

Our cars check engine light started flashing so we had it towed to Hudson car care and they took care of it right away. Never had such great service from a mechanic before. Ive always been unlucky in that the place Ive gone to isnt on top of it like this place was or took forever for a special part to come in but not here! They got us home same day with our vehicle driving better than ever. Their place looked very busy and it was also a Friday but that didnt affect their outstanding service. I dont know about pricing but it wasnt a whole engine rebuild so were happy to spend what we did since we worried it was going to be worse than it ended up being. Nice people and trustworthy as well. We will be back if theres any future trouble with our vehicles and highly recommend them.

I have a 87 Chevy 1ton dully that had a really bad shack when I applied the brakes. They determined there was a problem with the rear drums. The truck now stops without feeling like going down a really bad dirt road. I will have them do further work on my vehicles.

I dont even know where to begin...Ive know the Hudsons since about 2002 and Dave has always been an honest upfront guy and straight shooter, Im 35 years old and own and operate my own business so I have limited time with for the past 4 years and Dave and his guys have done all the work on my vehicles (my dad who isnt very internet savvy has been going to Dave since it was Transmissions plus and thats a long time ago) I have nothing but respect for these guys and what they do and just got done doing a HUGE diesel job with them and I know for a fact that these guys poured there heart and soul into my job...this wasnt your normal job by any means and we upgraded parts and added this and that to get to where I wanted to be at on my build and #1 for me was is his Diesel Tech Davey was in my truck like it was his own #2 Shop rates are what they are but they were more then fair #3 The shop manager Keith kept constant contact with giving me updates with what was going on and #4...The truck runs absolutely amazing...there we a couple little issues (as they come with any custom build and tearing the cab of a truck off) and it was always taken care of promptly as this is the Truck that pulls all my equiptment and they know how important this vehicle is to me...I honestly cant say enough good things about these guysThanks Again Dave&Robin, Keith, Jacob, David Z., Ricky and TimJamie WorkmanWorkman Contracting LLC
