Well where do I start. So I got a charter arms altra lite 38 special for my girlfriend bday . Took it out to the range and went well .THAT TIME ! 2 TIMES later at the range not SO MUCH . SHOT 5 rounds and it started acting stupid. Next time it explodes in my girlfriend hand . She ok . Customers serve was excellent at first. Told me to send it back bla bla bla. And we did . A MONTH LATER gun was at ffl deal ready. Wrong !! Sent wrong color of what we wanted (hows that happen)🤔 SO we try to get in touch via email 🤣 what a joke . Called Customer service again got the same bla bla bla .FFL DEALER had a hard time too to send gun back so we could get new gun order and back . That took 2 week of bs . So as of today we went and gun was in and fulled out paper work and pay 50$ ( that shouldve been pay by charter arms! ) needless to say. Wont be buying another and I see y there guns r warranty for life . 2 months + of a big screw around. senserly NOT HAPPY!!! Gun at top is the first 1 .bottom is what they sent me . Smh !!!

I had a problem with some screws and a spring in a 38 special (was broke intentional by someone). Ordered the parts I needed and they were all in stock and they even showed me how to repair my firearm. Their customer service is second to none.
