Like others have mentioned, the employees need to work on their customer service skills. Prices are better than most. However if Im spending my money on bud itd be nice if the employees had better manners. Someone should contact the tribe & mention the lack of service skills they have here. If I go again, Im getting names and contacting the tribe.

Best prices in town. You can barely hear anything in the store and I feel that’s where a lot of these bad reviews are stewing from.But I was literally able to get my pain medication for 40% less than the competiting stores.Really makes you think why a disabled medical patient of 8 years is forced to pay so highly to refill his prescription. Cough cough talking about you governor inslee.They don’t have the biggest selection but what they do have makes the trip worth it.I will definitely be coming back. Especially if they start offering online pick up orders :)

Not sure why there are negative reviews of this place. I always stop here on my way up the canal. Amazing employees and affordable prices.

So there 50 dollar ounces have now gone to 60 and this ounce I bought today of blueberry dj short weighed out at 14.8 grams just alittle over half ounce.

I literally just had the worst customer service experience there. The product is really good don’t get me wrong but the bud tender I dealt with; Bianca was very rude. She didn’t greet me, or tell me to have a good day after I left. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. She also asked how can I help you but in a very snobby tone of voice. I will not be coming back here again.

I’ve visited this dispensary twice on my way to the beach & this last time, walked out without buying anything. The ‘tenders’ at this location are rude, they don’t answer your questions & that make you feel like an inconvenience. They may have great prices— but you get what you pay for. Weak weed & wack service.

I saw a review about possible discrimination to non tribe members, and Im here to attest to that. I was traveling through and stopped by only to get a earful of rude remarks so I left. Ive never been to a cannabis store with employees this rude. There are way better stores in Washington

Great customer service, I brought my elderly mom there and neither of us knew exactly what she needed. She described the issues and the young guy was very knowledgeable in helping her.

1. I called ahead a few minutes prior to them closing to inform them of coming from a Olympia, And I was only gonna be 2 minutes late after 10:00 p.m. He said its OK we hold the doors open till 1010. I Show up at Exactly 10:02 p.m. to all the lights off and the doors locked. So my major complaint is dont be telling people lies.and 2. You all need to consider staying open later on Friday nights and Saturday nights. that is coming from a customer from the South side of Olympia.

Horrible staff, horrible customer service, dont go! Walked in today and was treated horrible! Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them! I walked out and will never go back!!!!!!! Hope this place gets shut down

Great customer service, and I dont feel like Im talking to kids. Knowledgeable about the best type of products to help me with nerve and other pain issues. I refuse to shop anywhere else.Couple years later and I am now finding out that some of the hardware that I have gotten they no longer carry, leaking cartridges, wait and see.

Best cannabis shop in the area. I wont go to any other shop in Shelton. Everyone is friendly. They have the largest selection of any of the 3 shops near me. The prices cannot be beat. 2 main prices for a gram of oil. $20 and $25. There are a few other price points with oil, like $40, but its 95+%. I will drive out of my way to come here. I never leave unhappy. Drive the few extra miles. It is worth it!

I bought a battery and it was complete junk. It would not charge. They wont take it back since I dont have the receipt. They are the only ones that sell this brand. I even talked to the guy who sold it to me. He would not even try to do anything. AVOID THESE GUYS

Rude! I have been coming here for awhile, not the most helpful staff. But today took it to a whole new level! To have a punk kid tell Me I must have gotten gas on my hands then touched my weed?!? Not my 1st day! Ive been smoking since before you were born, and I smoke a lot, so you just lost a good customer, and my friends business. Bad business for sure.

Then I walked up to the counter. The young guy there says rude out of nowhere. Im sorry, am I being rude? But if I am, then be a man and say something to my face. The woman who was my budtender was also not very pleasant. But I just came here to get some pot. Not to make friends. But I still manage to be respectful. Ive came to this place off and on over the last year and a half because its close to my house. Its never been my favorite place to get pot. Usually I go to 420 West or TJs in Shelton. I will not be going to Elevation anymore. Its been one too many negative experiences there, and their selection SUCKS!!

Went in to exchange a defective melo pod for the first time after buying about 6 of them per week for months and I did not have my receipt. They would not exhange it even though it was the same salesman who remembered me from the previous day. There were weeks when they were not giving out receipts because the printer was down, but they could not help me. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

We drive half an hour to come to this shop. Every time we come in we are met with a friendly, knowledgeable, HELPFUL staff and tremendous product. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great service, good selection. After traveling to the other shops around me, this place is the only shop with a variety of oils around the Shelton/Grapeview area without heading into Olympia. Has drive-through service too.Only downfall is you have to run into snobby/ rude / impatient casino customers just touring through the shop.

First and last time i will buy here. Sold me two cartridges. Both leaked oil out of the tip. I took back with my receipt. wouldnt help me in anyway. I will never spend money heee again. 420 west is the best place within 20 miles of shelton.

Terrible customer service, wouldnt let me choose a gram of oil out of the strains I was looking to make sure its not all over the packaging or all up in the lid. There bud tenders dont know anything about the strains that are in the store. All the employees there are cashiers, just hurry up and buy and get out of there store will never be shopping there again. ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

Too expensive! Right down hwy 101 you can find 420 West for all your cannabis needs. If you are not going to 420 West or 420 Carpenter then you are paying way too much for lesser product.
