I went in this morning to do an Amazon return, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! They asked me if this was my first time doing an Amazon return, and helped walk me through the process, it was so quick and painless. I appreciated them taking the time to explain how it works and when my order will be returned. I will definitely continue to come here for more shipping in the future!

I came in the other day to return a sweater that did not fit well. I was a bit confused coming into to the store as I did not know exactly what I needed. However, as soon as I came in I was greeted by a lovely young man, Justin. He explained to me everything I needed and answered all my questions. He was very quick and I was in and out within minutes. The next time I need to make a return I will not hesitate to return to this location. It was a pleasant and quick experience. I have moved around a lot and been to other ups locations in the state. The workers had very poor customer service. Often not being attentive and unhelpful. However, the Shelton location gave me hope for ups stores with their great customer service. I recommend anyone to come here for all there package needs!!!

Charged me over 16 dollars for a priority mail document shipment. Postal website says the same shipment should only cost 7.95. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off. I will be telling everyone about this!

Spoke with someone named john on the phone, he was very rude and dismissive when I had a simple question. Wouldnt even let me finish my sentences before interrupting me without even knowing what I was talking about. Would not recommend.

The heavy set, balding, twitching disgusting waste of a space who works there treated me like I was some kind of disease. Telling me to stand behind the blue line then trying to steal 2.00 from me to print a label that I can do at the library for free. I ended up going to a friends house and printing it and had him tape it for free so I got the last laugh!The freaks should be kept in the back away from the paying customers! Maybe put some blue tape down so they know not to cross into the public eyes.Thanks for the free tape fatty.

I have been to this ups store couple of times. Very patient and helpful staff. Its a small store but its well organized.

I finally gave up my P.O box at the post office because the access hours were limited and inconvenient and the post office will not accept packages. UPS boxes are accessible to customers 24/7 and theyll accept packages for customers which is a great service if you travel and dont want packages left on your doorstep. The UPS store will send an email alert to let you know its there for pickup.Ive been a customer at this location since it opened. Jim and the staff always go the extra mile to deliver friendly, excellent service.

I recently shipped off a package and was told it would cost $13 to ship, I went to pay and it came to $20 for handling. it would have been nice to know the actual price of shipping. I also have tracking on my package but after several days they are either not actually tracking my package or have not sent it out as all I get is no information available. It is half the cost at the post office and the tracking is always available on a timely basis.

I have give a thumbs up for this store! Was there this morning before work to drop off a package so I arrived 10 mins before store open hour, and the gentlemen must had saw me parking, he went up to my car and tell me I can come in if I want to because he has the store opened already, I mean wow, it was totally unexpected! Simple kind acts but I doubt Id go the extra step myself. Thanks again!

Always reliable. Before moving cross country I used to use this UPS as my printer. I could email what I needed printed and get an email when it was time to pick it up. At one point I had three endeavors going on at a time and Jim always had a smile on his face when I came in.

Owner/Manager stated package to UK would cost $500.00 to be shipped. I replied stated it should cost no more than $80. Owner/ Manager is obviously not too knowledgeable on shipping. Ended up sending item via USPS for $74.55.I highly recommend this UPS Store if you like to throw away your hard earned money.

I dont know the point of putting insurance on a package when you dont honor it. I had extra insurance on a package sent from your location that was totally damaged. You refused to honor it or give me my money back .UPS shipping is too expensive. I will not use you again. Totally disatisfied. I wouldnt even give you one star but it wouldnt post without it

A poster on CitySearch gave this store 1 star because their package to too long to get delivered. You cant fault the store. Every package gets pick up around 6 p.m. From that point its on UPS not the independent store owner. I find their service to be outstanding and use them many times throughout the year.

Went in there tonight (7/31) and needed documents notarized. Was told the Notary had left for the day but would return tomorrow. Three people working there (one in front and two standing in the back) and none of them were a Notary? I sense pure laziness. Dont advertise Notary services if one will not be on hand when I need one or at least post the hours online! I needed these documents done today not tomorrow!!!Youre only getting two stars because the heavy set kid with glasses apologized to me (no name tag so I dont have a name) If it wasnt for him it would be a one.

The old bald guy with the crustache needs to just retire already or do something else with his miserable life! I swear this man has some sort of mental illness. Its not old age, its much worse than that, Im talking some full on bipolar disorder. If hes not having an attitude with me hes giving it to another customer. Then with the flick of a switch hes laughing it up and having a great time with the next. His stories are also dragged out and not interesting!! I dont want to hear about you being a master diver 20 years ago or your running days. What I do want is to just drop off my item, get my receipt and get out! By the way even though it doesnt expire you shouldnt continue telling people youre a master diver unless you have refreshed your knowledge through PADI ReACTIVATE or Scuba review classes.He also takes advantage of his customers. Ive seen him time and time again tell not only myself but others their packages need to be re-packed or that my mailer is not in good enough condition to ship and I will have to purchase a new one. Excuse after excuse with this man. I also dont like to be told you are doing me a courtesy by taping my box shut. I am doing you a courtesy as is everyone else by coming into your store and dealing with a miserable person such as yourself!This review is way overdue and everyone needs to know exactly what type of person you will be dealing with when you enter this store and have the unfortunate luck of being his next victim, I mean customer. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else unless you want to leave with less money in your pocket and less time in your life.

Hated this place. The bald old white guy is a racist. clearly UPS needs to re orient the staff. There was an Asian guy who asked about a tampered equipment and then this bald guy directly raged and told his staff mates to keep quiet and he will handle the situation. the bald guy wont even listen to the asian guy who was there trying to explain what happened to his package nicely. This bald guy just mocked and clearly didnt have the intention to even listen and help the Asian guy.i then later talked to the asian guy. and the asian guy wasnt even there to argue but just to ask what is the procedure when things like tampering of item happens.i just hate racist people and that old bald guy clearly is. i wish i knew his name, or i would have posted it.

Their sign and website says open at 8 AM. I pull up at 8:13 AM and they are not open. Bad business. They employees that open up on time.
