Highly recommend this location over Conroe. Better people, much better service. They are actually very helpful and pleasant to be around.

I am giving it a 2 because the hair color product that I bought yesterday didnt not work. It was a waste of my money. The young lady that helped was great, it was the product. Dont buy this product! You can see for yourself in the pics. My roots still show and the plum purple its only a streak.

My wife loves this place..... and spends a fair amount of money here. But they have everything she wants and at reasonable prices.

This is by far the BEST store location to go to. The manager is WONDERFUL!! Everyone is so sweet and extremely knowledgable. Totally worth the drive to go to this location! Store is also very big and organized :)

Never had a bad experience at Sallys! The staff is so nice, my mom and I came in 10 minutes before close and the ladies didnt seem annoyed in the slightest. I apologized multiple times for coming in so late and they waved it off, saying not to worry about it. They also helped me pick out toner and developer, very nice staff!

Out of stock of a lot of products. Now charging for bags or you can carry your items out of the store without one. Out of receipt paper had to get emailed to me.

Excellent staff! This location is cleaner and better organized than most Sally BS locations and if you really have a question about products, ask for Leticia as she has worked in the industry for most of her career.I have been in the store when women with young children come in and don’t control them well. There are many things that can poison or injure in this type of business and it is very important that kids are not permitted to mess around with the products. Keeping a store like this organized for the ADULT clients is tough enough without kids randomly grabbing products and putting them down wherever. It is not a toy store and the staff are not daycare workers! They are there to assist ADULT clients with cosmetology products in a professional environment. (This apples to the lady in an earlier review who rudely and falsely stated that Leticia does not have children. I have met all of her kids and they are delightful, respectful and successful young adults).

Really nice staff. Even in stressful situations they were very kind. I’m always greeted and helped immediately. Wanda and kaylee are very helpful. They helped me with toning and finding a good conditioning treatment’

Great workers here and love products

Horrible horrible customer service. The two blonde girls working were super rude and had little remarks to say when they thought I couldn’t hear because I went in to grab two things before they closed. They even snapped there fingers at me. All because they wanted to hurry and go to stampede Houston. The conversation i had to listen to thinking to myself, good luck there!! Oh I’m sorry I’m taking five minutes to come in to your store at a time you’re actually still open and halting your plans to go drink and look for a guy who might temporarily want a horrible girl like you. Hopefully you get ready for tonight as you clearly don’t get ready for work. It’s a beauty store, look presentable!! I walked out at exactly eight and they were right behind me to lock that door. I totally understand wanting to get out after a long day but there’s no reason to be rude about it. Or snap your fingers at me while laughing at your customers!Btw my work hours don’t allow me more time to come in at any time of the day. I stopped on my way home. However maybe next time I’ll leave work early to drive to a store other than this and hopefully encounter a better customer service experience.

The sales personnel’s in this store are awesome. Friendly and always ready to help you around the store. I love to do my shopping here.

I like Sallys. Their employees are meh, especially this location. I just go and get what I want then leave. You gotta know what youre doing or at least know theres a learning curve to coloring your hair. Dont expect them to know.

This location is really well kept and clean. Staffs very helpful / respectful if u dont want help theyll leave u alokne if u would like help just ask and theyll give it there best although they dont know it all they know enough to help you out.

Super rude and antiprofessional lady named Leticia. She does not like kids in the store at all. She did not say any grettings to us, not even offer any help. This women harassed us, whatching us as if we were going to the store with intentions to steal. Worst experience ever. She is not there to help the customer at all. Its so sad because it use to be a good store with good employees, but not any more. Hopefully management take care of this ASAP. I am so sorry about other customers that has been in this horrible situation before with this lady. Be aware of a bad service if you shop with your kids.

I took my two year old with me to this store this afternoon, 1/11/19. No one greeted me or helped me find anything as I wandered the store. My son found some little box display and was carrying it around. Well, apparently that’s a big deal because that’s the only reason why anyone even came up to me. She snagged the box from him and STILL didn’t ask if I needed any help! I asked my questions anyway and she was rude. She was nice to the lady who checked out before me and then was rude when I checked out. It was my first time in this store...not coming back.

Im going to put just a star. I use to looooove this store until a worker was very rude with all my family.Her name is Leticia. Not a kind person at all, didnt ask us for any help since we got to the store and she insinuated that i was stealing because i had my 2 kids with me (1 year old and 3 years old) and yes, they were taking things but I mean, this is not my first time in a store as a mom. Apparently this woman dont have kids or she forgot how kids are 🙄..Not comming back..looking to talk with the manager of course.

The lady who helped me didn’t know what she was talking about at all. She said the bleach I bought with the toner would take out the orange in my hair and leave it platinum blonde but my hair is orange still after 2 treatments of the bleach 👎🏼

Sallys moved just over a month ago. It is in the same shopping center, but in a free-standing building across the parking lot from Pet Smart and TJMaxx.

It says they are open on Sunday but I went by 2 hours after they were supposed to be open and no one was there. It was still closed.

Used to have good people working here now the girls are rude, the little goth girl who worked there was so nice and they fired her on false accusations
