Great prices and a wide selection of items. The new checkout process where they scanned the items ahead of time made it quick and simple. The associates are friendly. I just wish they had more of a selection of single sheets of 12×12 cardstock. Be sure to check for coupons on the app.

I have started to come to this location since they closed down the one which was nearest me. The staff is fairly friendly, the girls are pretty helpful as well. The young guy, not so much since he literally sat talking to his friends (the conversation was clearly one of a personal nature) for a good 20 minutes..which is fine and dandy until you need help locating a specific item.I wish they had a larger pendant selection (hint hint.)Otherwise this is a fine location for basic supplies, they do have the realistic flowers at the location. The past location in Conroe and the one near memorial city mall is better.

Nice craft store. Overall for craft stores, Michaels is pricey compared to others. I read reviews online before buying and consider product availability before buying here.

Angela Edmund helped me in the framing department, and she was phenomenal! She really listened to what I was trying to accomplish with my framing, and was so patient and professional! Identifying a really effective framer is not easy. Well, I’ve now found one with Angela!!! Thank you so much!!!

My boss wanted 8 pictures reframed so I went in not knowing what exactly I wanted but I had a budget and Vedwa the frames manager helped me the whole way through and even kept me inside of the budget. She was so pleasant and so so helpful. Even helped me get all of the pictures (which were pretty big) into the store.The store manager Jeff also stepped in to help with measuring etc..It was such a smooth and great experience. If you need anything framed I recommend going to this store! Thank you again Vedwa!

Love this place for handcrafts and arts.

Typically lots to choose from though everything is a bit pricey and this location isnt always the best stocked.

Staff told me there was no Scrapbook material. Customer service was pleasant though.

Michael’s has everything you need for crafting. My grandchildren loved the summer arts program.The only criticism I have is they were not helpful to the children. I don’t believe they were trained well.

Well maintained and well stocked, this craft store had a great selection and I was able to get everything I needed. If you can catch some good sales you can get a great value too.

Its financially dangerous place because theres so many good things to buy. Found this gorgeous yarn and now I have 7 of them to make a blanket

I went today to the Shenandoah, Texas, location and was helped by a very sweet woman in the Custom Frame dept. She is the manager of the department and was working alone due to Covid-19. She went above and beyond to assist me and I was absolutely thrilled with her advice and expertise. I can not thank her enough and highly recommend her services! Michaels should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee.

My favorite craft store. I have spent alot of money here and still do. I love this location. They are so helpful and come up to me to ask if I need any assistance. Not the other way around. We can always call this store ahead of a visit for a special item and get it reserved. I have never been disappointed here. This very store is the reason I have the Michaels rewards card and do home projects. I wish I know if they participate in the Michaels grab bags and when. I had left my wallet at home which I lived right on 242 at the time. They had my basket until I got back. Loyalty to their loyal customers. I never have a problem with slowly pulling up the coupons and if I dont have my devices they have them no question asked. The best associates you can meet work here. Until I see otherwise this will always be my go to store. I know other Michaels exist and might have great customer service but why change now when I never had a bad experience at this one.

Workers are friendly. Very clean and organized store. Found all the art supplies and things i needed. Great place for all of your arts and crafts needs.

Michaels has a good selection on most items and they do offer sales and coupons, what they lack on is customer service. They never have enough staff. You can walk around forever looking for someone to ask a question about a product or inventory inquiry. When you finally do make your selections the checkout process can be frustrating. Its usually a long wait. It has gotten a little easier since their app has improved. You can get the coupons faster so that speeds up the checkout process for most people. The store is always neat and clean. The framing department does an excellent job. They take some time but it is worth it for the professional job you get.

I went in to get a photo box and some poster hangers. I asked if they sold tubes I could use to carry my posters in to a conference. The helpful woman clerk said they used to, then said come with me. We went back to the framing counter and she came out with a tube they get supplies shipped in. Just what I needed to protect the posters and free!

I recommend coming here only if you know what you want specifically and you need it now. My only experience was awful. I only required five items, however no one was available to assist customers. Just two employees at the front registers and one employee at the frames department. After around thirty minutes of walking around I waited in line to ask about where something was and was not given a clear direction to it as well as it being something different than what I had asked for. After looking for this item I still couldnt find it. I decided at the forty minute mark to give up and order it all on Amazon prime so it comes in at the same time. They lost my business for life. Why own a brick and mortar if you throw away the benefits of it.

Great place to find crafting ideas and supplies.

Two issues that prevent me from giving this 5 stars:1. Poor selection of EVA foam. They at least have sheets thicker than 2mm, unlike Joann, but their largest sheets are 9x12. Still better than nothing though.2. I ordered online for in-store pickup and the employees at the pickup area seemed confused about the whole thing as if I was the first person to ever do it. They had to go looking for my order and it took way longer than it should have considering it was a pretty small order.

This was a very well-stocked Michael. It had lots of great options and spacious Isles. Items are easy to find and they had everything that we were looking for. Parking was easy and they have great handicap parking accessible in front. We would definitely go back there again. We drove a couple hours out of our way just to go to Michaels.

Love this place! I really enjoy their jewelry section! I have bought so many pendants from here and I always get compliments on my necklaces. I also love their decor. They have a lot of cupons and different special deals on their receipts also which keeps me coming back.

I called Michaels to inquire about music box parts. The young lady that I spoke to couldnt be bothered to find out if the store carried what I needed. Actually her response was.....I really dont know.Great job. Keep up that can do attitude.I wouldnt have given any stars but they wont accept your post without a star.

Seems like they are quite often short-staffed so expect a long line at checkout and if you need help finding something or have any questions, good luck! They seem to always have a now hiring sign up, so hopefully if they can get enough staff, things will get better.Their selection of items is great and everything does seem to stay stocked pretty well.

Great customer service and had what I wanted

Custom framing done right! My wife and I have trusted Michaels to frame artwork, diplomas, memorabilia, family photos and more. Each project custom-crafted and proudly displayed in our home. We dont trust anyone else.

This was an amazing experience found everything I needed for wedding tutus.

Good coupons and deals. This location was smaller than the one Ive typically shopped at but i was very impressed with the organization and layout of the store. Store associates were helpful and curtious.

Went there this sunday afternoon, a slow paced day. It was difficult to find an assistant to help me locate contact paper and clear tape, when I did spot an employee, I asked for help he just kept walking away like he had more important issues to take care of than help a customer in need. I still couldn’t find what I needed (I never shop at Michael’s; I’m unaware where items are placed and located) so I was able to track the same employee, I asked him again and he said “keep looking, it’s located in the aisle I just told you not too long ago.” I took a deep breath, I grab the clear tape that I found and another 10 minutes went by just to check out, only one cashier and 5 people on line. That’s unacceptable, next time I’ll just go to Office Depot.

There should be better customer service. I think only cashiers work there. Never seen anyone walk around ask if anyone needs help.

Not many options for gold frames

Easy return process, although check out lines can be very long. Employees are great at helping me find the right product for what I need.

Always have problems with this store and their staff. They can’t tell you where you anything is at, and refused to do returns. Will never come back to this awful place again.

Great place for crafts especially if you catch things on sale

Its a great place for crafters, but their art supplies have dwindled over the years.

Store Manager told me during my last visit that they have no clear directions from corporate on how to enforce the current mask policy, therefore they are chosing not to. If you value your health and safety avoid this store.

Had to go here because Hobby Lobby does NOT have online pickup items in store capabilities. Had my order for my sis ready for pickup when I arrived. The team member missed an item on the order, and mustve figured the one item in bag was all the order. Not looking at the order sheet, she had me sign for it. I looked at order sheet, and asked where the other items were. She then got the remaining items. Shouldve READ the order sheet to MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS were there. Some items, as she learned, CANNOT FIT IN A LITTLE BAG! This is another reason I wished Hobby Lobby WOULD GET PICKUP IN STORE online ordering, and not ship only!!!!!!

Well, I get excited in Michaels walking thru the doors. Watching the workers busy as beavers hustling here and there. Everyone asks if the can if help you find something. The store is clean, with bright finished ceilings. And shelves typically filled to the brim. People like me with OCD & poor will power can enter Michaels for 2 items and leave with a dozen.
