I recently purchased a Triumph Moto2 Daytona. Ive owned many motorcycles, but this was a dream purchase for me, the nicest vehicle of any kind Ive ever owned. The Woodlands had exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I am very happy with the purchase and with the staff. They were both helpful and engaging. I knew what I wanted and they helped make it happen without being pushy. Ive only had a chance to put a few hundred miles on it but so far both the bike and the dealership have exceeded expectations. This is the beginning of what will hopefully be a long term relationship.
I just service my motorcycle here. Just AWESOME people. great service and selection of motorcycle. The website is not updated. I drove 1.5 h for great service and people. Thank you
This place is great! I’ve experienced their dealership since opening day and they just keep getting better and better. I’ve never had an issue with any department (sales, parts, or service ), even as staff has changed, and that’s why I still go back to visit even though I’ve moved out of the area (plus it’s a nice road trip lol). Keep up the great work, guys!
I purchased a Bonneville T-120 from Amarillo,Texas and the service reps and finance manager Brian was amazing in helping me get all the paperwork taken care of and ensuring I was in the loop on everything that was going on. I love my bike and have already taken it on the road for a pretty good ride and so far so good!
I purchased a new Tiger 900 in February 2021. So far this vehicle has been a nightmare and this dealer is almost as bad as the product. After purchasing the vehicle it took the dealer three (3) days to get it ready for delivery. Since taking delivery and putting 4,200 miles on it I have had the following issues:- TSA fault errors displayed after shifting into 2nd after turning on the ignition. The GT 900 does not have a TSA (Triumph Shift Assist, quick shifter). Two week wait time for an appointment for the dealer to investigate- Scheduled break in service in advance and upon arrival was told they could not see me, next available appointment two weeks out- Within the first 10 days, on my first attempt to use the integrated USB connection under the seat, the connector came apart and fell into the under seat / rear fender assembly. I was told be the dealer l that they could take a look at this on the next available service opening about four (4) weeks later. To date, I have not received a call back to get this scheduled to be fixed.- Since the time of purchase the speedometer reads about 20% over actual. This is a frequently reported issues on both the Tiger 900 and the scrambler 1200 specific to one year, 2020. Neither the dealer nor Triumph USA have a fix, but they are aware of the problem and have no plans to work on a solution.- New for this month - the OCBAS system (Triumphs inertia abs and traction control system) goes into failure / disabled mode anytime more than about 75% throttle is used. Fortunately, they are going to try to look at this in another 3 weeks.- The internal mantainence odometer cannot be reset by the end user. So for the entire life of the vehicle I will have a flashing warning light and little orange wrench icon on the dashboard. I spoke with the dealer and Triumph USA and the only way to turn this off is to have the dealer do the maintenance. Keep in mind that any maintenance or service appointments take 3 to 5 weeks to get on the schedule.I have talked to Triumph USA about these items via the 1-800 number and was directly told to take it up with the dealer, Triumph USA does not care.
Best motorcycle buying experience I’ve ever had!!!! Great service, worked great with me on various purchasing options, explained everything very clearly and actually took the time to listen to me. What a nice change to have a group of professionals listen to the customer wanted, needs are and help me find exactly what I wanted. Won’t buy a motorcycle anywhere else.James Foley
Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Will helped me land on the motorcycle that was perfect for me. First time buyer and the entire process was smooth and painless. Sending anyone I can that way. ☺️👍
Came here this weekend to get my first bike, and let me tell you how easy the process was. Called Will Friday evening and worked out when I could come in. Then Saturday as soon as they opened will met us. In total spent 2 hours there (forgot my check book so it probably would of only been an hour) and was off with my bike. I will definitely be coming back here for my next bike.
Hello,Id like to recognize Will and Brandon for their time on attending the service for our fallen BMW Club Member, Joe.Both of them say a lot personally with their presence and put Premium as the place to go for BMW Motorcycle needs.Sincerely,FernandoPresident BMW Motorcycle Club of Houston
By far the best experience purchasing a vehicle or motorcycle I’ve ever had. Will Scales went over and beyond my expectations. They handled my financing approval over the phone and all I had to do is walk in and sign the paperwork. I traveled from Austin to buy my new 2020 BMW F850GS and there’s no doubt I’ll do it again when I buy my next bike!
I just purchased a 2021 Indian roadmaster back in December. And Brian, Will, and Brandon at Woodland premium motorcycles went above and beyond being patient and helpful from start to finish. The friendly atmosphere made it very comfortable to be there. I went back to get the service performed on my bike after breaking mileage. Super nice people. Again Will, Brain, and Brandon I thank you for all your help.
Horrible customer service. I tried to get a motorcycle for my husband and had NO luck with the male salesmen getting back to me or helping me. But they were quick to help my husband. (Imagine that) Will not be doing business here ever. Went to Austin and had no problem!!! They treated me like every other customer there and had zero problems. Do not recommend this place if your a female.
Stay far far far away. This place sucks from the top down. Terrible ownership and even worse employees. This place only cares about selling bikes. Zero customer service. 2 years and nothing has changed. A TERRIBLE dealership that doesn’t deserve the BMW name. Also you CANNOT get service done here. They make no money and can’t afford good techs. Think I’m joking? Try to schedule a service. Go elsewhere.
Attractive bikes inside the showroom. Large quantity of bikes in side parking lot. No one interested in talking to the only customer shopping. Aparently pricing is a secret as is which bikes outside are for sale. Found out that the difference of bikes in the lot were all for the service department. Not going to lie, when there are more bikes needing work than are for sale and the sales staff isnt interested in selling, you might stay away. Reading positive new bike purchase reviews and wondering how that even happened. There are no shortage of shops and only so many customers. Best of luck.
Excellent experience with Will and the team. It was a fair and up front deal on my 2021 BMW with no BS, just the way I like it.I highly recommend the people, their service and the machines they sell!!!
Sooooooo let’s start off by saying that we live almost to Galveston and take our bikes here for everything because we TRUST the fine people at woodlands premium motorcycle dealership. Yes I said it, trust and dealership in the same sentence. This is the first dealership that I can actually say, they treat us like family and treat us fair. I haven’t been to a dealership in Houston that I can say that about.I bought my 2020 Indian challenger dark horse from them and it was the most seamless, low stress, and easy deal I’ve ever made in my entire life. There was no negotiations, no back and forth, no bullcrap, no excuse. I told them what I could do and they made it happen. If you’re reading this, please know that I don’t like doing reviews, I am 100 percent honest and you need to do yourself a favor and make the trip. No matter how far you live, they will treat you better than the rest!
Bought my first indian! The guys have been super helpful since I am shorter, I needed some modifications. They worked well with financing and negotiable prices. All were very professional, from the sales guy to financing to parts and accessories. Would highly recommend the place, people and the bike!
In January I went to Woodlands Premier Motorcycles just to LOOK. Before leaving I was making arrangements for my new Indian Scout Bobber to be delivered. 3 months later I realized I wanted a bagger and they worked with me to ease the pain of trading in my 3 month old for a new Challenger. The staff and ownership are fabulous. Everyone in there made this 65 year young woman feel like a part of their family. I feel like I’ve been coming there for YEARS. This is the only place I will EVER take my Indian Challenger. If you want to feel valued this is the dealership. No hard pressure BUT I will say this. They will make you an offer you can’t refuse. :)
It was a great experience working with Samantha and Will to get the deal done. They were very helpful and I have had a couple questions and they have been quick to set things straight.
Family friendly environment. Ask for Will to get the best deal
I had a pleasant experience from the beginning. Brian helped me from start to finish and it was quick and painless. Thank you!
My husband and I stopped by this location looking to get a Motorcycle and any staff members asked if we needed any help even for greeting us. So after 10 minutes we left. Thanks you saved me to spend money here. I’ll spend it to the HarleyD.
Very nice dealership! Easy access off Ed English Drive. Great selection of BMW, Triumph and Indian motorcycles! Huge used selection and periodic specials throughout. If a Slingshot is your thing...this is the place to go as well!! Accessories selection is great and the outstanding staff is knowledgeable and helpful in getting you on the ride of your choice. Always a pleasure visiting this location! The way buying motorcycles should be!!
Show room is laid out fantastic. Staff rocks very friendly and helpful. No pressure just great people.
Such a great experience! This is the place to go if you want to deal with a professional motorcycle dealer with tons of bikes and a beautiful showroom. Everyone involved from Sales to Finance were great! I drove from San Antonio to Houston to purchase from these guys. They got the deal done and I am more than happy with my terms, how I was treated and of course my bike! I will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade!
Friendly staff. Nice bikes. Service department is meh...
Great folks to dial with, I support the 100%
The best Motorcycle dealership experience I have ever had hands down! Even though they are dealing with a warranty issue they had no problem treating me like a real person! I cant thank them enough for restoring my faith in the Indian Dealer chain! My first service experience at an Indian dealer close to my home was pathetic at best and these guys excelled way beyond my expectations! Every single associate was eager and willing to make sure I was happy while waiting. Truly an A+ experience!
Very friendly and helpful people. If you need need experts and good customer service. This is the spot
My wife & I recently purchased a 2020 Indian Cheiftan Darkhorse from This dealer. They worked out a deal to good to pass up, Staff was knowledgeable and helpful I Would highly recommend them!
Superb service and courtesy! I highly recommend this business!
Great help during the sales cycle, bike delivery could have been better. Attention to detail and assumption that everything is new for the first time buyer was not there. Theyve promised some adjustments that was not done and gas tank was empty, i had to rush to the gas station. Nothing major but we felt left a side.
This is the best BMW motored dealership I have ever had. The salesman Cory and finance manager Brianna worked with me based on my budget and concerns. Great staff in this dealership that will work with you to beat anyone elses price. They are awesome enough that the words cant explain. I rode the bike over 1k+ miles in matter of 2 weeks and NO DEFECTIONS at all. Go get a BMW motorcycle from them and you will experience the awesomeness when you ride it on the road. When you are ready to check out your future BMW motorcycles, make sure you got Cory and Brianna in your TEAM~~!! Ride safe!!
Nice shop and knowledgeable people, as they should be. They were nice to squeeze me in for service, and they did a good job as far as I can tell. But I cant get over the $750 for the sissy bar...I want OEM parts and was in a jam due to a ride. Poor planning by me, but dayum thats some serious markup..finding these all day for ~$500 online. Wish I had time for this option.
What a great team, honest people than work hard to get you the best products and deals. Brian welcomed us and was helpful, honest and made the process of getting a new bike so much easy.
Lots of BMWs and Triumphs
Not much of an Indian shop, very little in inventory of bikes and apparel was sadly disappointed. Came in to grab an Indian shirt as I do from cities I travel to. Nothing, clearly focused on other makes
I have bought 2 Chieftains and my son has bought 1 Dark Horse and 1 Chieftain from this dealership, and both of us had excellent experiences. Yesterday I took my bike in for both tires to be changed. The experience was not pleasant. I slept on it, and called the owners to inform them of what made the experience so unpleasant. Shane re-assured me this would be a learning experience for them and they would communicate that to their team. He graciously backed up what he said with other other measures. I can now see why their reviews are so positive. Great place to purchase and service your bike.
2 weeks before they can even look at my bike and since its not running I can only bring it in when they are ready to work on it!!!!!!!
Great buying experience. Thanks to Melissa, Brian and the team for making the experience quick, fair and painless. Traded my Ducati Multi for a S1000RR.
Best customer service EVER!!!
Picked up a new scrambler from WPM. Will, Brian, and Trisha took great care of me and made my trade in seamless. Normally I walk in with more education than the sales manager on what I am buying but not today! Will breathes bikes and was able to inform me a great deal in addition to my research and made the purchase that much more informed. I would definitely recommend WPM for your next next purchase.
Alex has been a great salesman, I’ve been to this location several times to look at the selection and try to find the bike for me. Alex has kept me updated and always lets me know when they have new stock or a bike come in that I may be looking for. All around a great guy. Good selection and a nice store as well.
This place was really helpful on getting me my dream bike I wanted an r1250 RS forever. Great customer service great experience I would highly recommend them
Great place! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Thanks for the help with getting started with my new BMW 1250 GSA! What a great steal!
I purchased a slightly used bike from this dealership. After some riding I noticed an issue with the fuel pump. The shop stood by the bike and made the repairs at no cost to me...something they didnt have to do. They are a great group of people who take pride in what they do. I would buy here again without hesitation...not something I can say for other places I have purchased motorcycles from in the past.
I was very pleased with the motorcycle buying experience. Everyone (sales, finance, parts, service) was easy going and I never felt pressured. If you are a veteran be sure to ask about the veteran discount when buying a motorcycle.
Large selection of nice bikes. Full service maintain.
Mike and all there always make you feel like family . They always make you feel like your top priority. They arent pushy and try to work in your budget. The best thing about them is they are honest and make sure your comfortable and safe. I highly recommend them to any caliber of rider. From new to old they make sure to try and meet every need. From test rides to bike knowledge.
Its a nice place. Super cool bikes. The tall fellow with the beard in the back working on the motorcycles is a hunk. I would definitely go by there more if they had him working shirtless. He makes my pants get tight. I recommend this dealership.
I wanted to share my experience of BETRAYAL with Woodlands Premium Motorcycles. I found a motorcycle I wanted to buy on their website. Looking for months, I was finally excited to find what I was looking for. It was in the middle of the night when I found the bike online so I sent a series of emails to the dealership expressing my desire for the bike. The next day comes and I get no response to my emails so I call the dealership and get ahold of a guy named Austin. I told him that this bike is exactly what I had looking for and that it would be my first motorcycle and that I wanted it. I was at work until mid afternoon that day and told Austin this. It was made very clear that I wanted the bike and was coming that same afternoon. I offered to put money down over the phone...Austin said it wouldnt be necessary if I would come down that afternoon and close on the bike and fill the paperwork out. I called 2 more times and let Austin know that I worked out financing through my bank and I would be driving to the dealership as soon as I got off work. He said sounds great we will see you when you get here. After a nearly 2 HOUR DRIVE to the dealership I arrive to see the motorcycle Im going to buy pulled up in front of the dealership. As I walk up and Im looking at the bike some man walks up to me and tells me the bike is sold and his son just bought the motorcycle...I walk in the dealership and Austin approaches me and walks outside to talk to a guy who gets on MY MOTORCYCLE AND DRIVES OFF!...Austin then enters the dealership and shakes my hand and plays ignorant and asks what motorcycle I came up there for... I said, The one that just drove off! Apparently Brian, the sales manager, knew I was on my way to come buy the bike but didnt give a damn according to Austin and sold the bike to someone else. It is a shame the bike I wanted was at a dealership that has a POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS AND AFTER SELLING A BIKE OUT FROM UNDER ME! AND HAVING ME DRIVE 2 HRS TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A LIE!VERY UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP!!! DECEITFUL!!! ILL NEVER ASSOCIATE WITH THEM AGAIN!!! THEY ARENT GETTING MY BUSINESS!!!
Purchased a motorcycle here in October 2019 and while it is a fine motorcycle I have not received the real license plate or title as of March 2020. I have called and shown up nearly every week begging for at least my plate and I keep getting the run around the bike was financed through performance finance there in house group and was payed off the following month. Ive spoken to others that bought a bike in November 2019 and financed the same way I did and they got there plate the following month. Everytime I call I keep getting told oh we havent processed you yet and we are a bit behind but we are working on it, yea right.
I was selling them a bike and (long story) had lost the keys to it. They allowed me to leave the bike at the dealership for multiple days until I was able to get a locksmith out there to make new keys. They were VERY accommodating and easy to work with. Jake and Will were good to discuss bikes and everything with, while Shane seemed somewhat brash and not as inviting. While we werent able to come to an agreement on price, I would absolutely come back to this place to look at purchasing a bike when I am back in the market for one.
This place is awesome. I am a new rider, and I live 60 miles from this dealership. They had the bike I wanted and I was able to set up most of the sale over the phone. When I arrived, everything was prepared for signing. The transaction took 10 minutes, and the terms were exactly what we discussed on the phone. The staff were very helpful and the selection of gear at the store was very good. I was able to get all of my riding attire when I picked up the bike.I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a bike or a slingshot.
A very humble staff and one of the best experiences Ive had at a dealership makes you feel at home just all around good people and will recommend anybody that wants to buy an Indian motorcycle to go there.
My boyfriend: Rey Guerra, purchased his bike S100R from them last August and has nothing but great service from them. He wants to thank Kevin in service for always helping out and doing an exceptional job making sure his bike is up to par. We would both highly recommend this dealership. Also, they are always doing some fun family promotions to get you and your family out for the night.
Had a pleasant 180 mile round-trip Saturday morning ride recently to visit WPM. What a great dealership with some beautiful machines and great folks! After meeting Shayne I left with the impression that he is just an all around nice guy.... not just sales guy nice but just the genuine real deal. And while I left without buying a motorcycle I could not have been more impressed with the dealership which is truly top-shelf.Matt Rayburn
These guys are super nice but service department is always backed up. The two times I tried to get service couldn’t be seen for like 10 days doesn’t work for me I ride almost daily. Simple tire fix can’t be done same day strikes me as a bit odd. Had to go to motorcycle unlimited for same day service.
Such a beautiful dealership! Had to check out this new place when I saw they had a workshop on long ride prepping. Still learning, but Im really excited to get out and ride soon. Jason the GM was very helpful and the whole place runs like a well oiled machine. Get there early for the breakfast by Diana the ops manager. Great friendly place.
I always have a great experience here, even though I did not purchase my bike here. They not only have a great slection of bikes but also have a good selection of clothing, helmets, gloves and accessories.Kevin, David and Josh are always very helpful, knowledgeable in each of their respective roles Service, parts and Sales. BMW, Indian of the Woodlands is the best dealership experience I have ever had, motorcycles or carsThey welcome you, listen to you and truly want to help you, even if you dont purchase anything. I have had both my bikes serviced here and they were completed on time, and issue free when I picked them up.BMW Indian Slingshot of the Woodlands is a great place for you and your bike !!
Had a great experience purchasing my Triumph T120 from Woodlands Premium Motorcycles. Will is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions plus some.I was in and out under an hour and was treated like family the whole time.A+!
Absolutely the easiest experience at a motorcycle dealer. I met everyone in the shop and everyone was inviting and friendly. Made purchasing and trading in easy. Love my new/used scout bobber. I would recommend them to my friends and will be buying another Indian from them later down the road.
Highly recommend this dealership. Huge selection of bikes, friendly and helpful staff and amazing prices. Huge shoutout to Austin, Trisha. Austin is very knowledgable and will get you on the bike thats best for you, and Trisha will get you that perfect financing. Couldnt be happier with my experience there
I edited my earlier response to change my rating. The dealership and I had our differences when purchasing my new BMW. I am changing my rating from 1 star to four because even though my experience wasnt the best the dealership did reach out to me to discuss my experience. Even though I dont agree with everything we discussed, I do praise and respect a dealership that will reach out and try to resolve an issue. I will consider trying them again if the need arises. Thankyou Woodlands for contacting me and hearing me out. I hope we both walked away with a better understanding of what happened and where we stand.
My husband and I called this dealer late afternoon yesterday (Friday) to confirm that a particular bike (BMW K1600 GT) was still available so we wouldnt drive 3 hours (6 hrs both ways) for nothing and we were ensured it is availabe. We drove out here this morning to find out that someone else put a deposit on the bike yesterday so it wasnt available to purchase. 6 hours driving for nothing. Thank you Austin!
Purchased my Indian Chieftain here. All salesmen and management were very professional. I live an hour and half away but will keep coming back due to their high levels of service!
Had the big bore kit installed in my Vintage. I was promised 3 days completion- never heard anything different - so I had a friend give me the 75 minute ride from extreme west Houston only to discover that the bike was not completed. The service manager, Kevin, didnt bother to notify me, assuming that I wanted to interrupt my work day and trek to the Woodlands for nothing. Now Im stuck with his location, so I returned the bike after 500 miles for the check up / service. I brought the bike in the day Kevin scheduled for this service as well as a sensor issue that began malfunctioning after the big bore installation. TEN DAYS later it was looked at FOR THE FIRST TIME. During those ten days, even though I was very specific, I did not receive a SINGLE phone call to update the bikes status. Since it is likely I have to wait for the part beyond those ten days it is even more aggravating that the bike was not even looked at ( had it been diagnosed on schedule - their schedule - maybe some of those ten days could have used to procure the needed part ). Currently it is two weeks for an oil change and a sensor diagnosis with no end in site. Still have not ever received a status update phone call from Kevin. The tragedy is - I came this incredibly inconvenient distance based on a recommendation and some existing dissatisfaction with my former ( AND FUTURE ) Indian dealership. My decision to patronize the Woodlands Indian has become a very regrettable choice and one I will not repeat when I finally get clear of their utter lack of professionalism. Further - I will certainly warn any Indian owners of what they can expectfrom this location.
I started with a good experience speaking with a nice young gentleman salesman. I asked to test drive a BMW S1000 S and the salesman referred me to the GM who I understand is the wife of the owner. I expressed that I am a real buyer but was looking to really purchase in a few months... I was denied a test ride. Maybe she didn’t see me and my buddy ride up on our Ducati 959 and BMW K1200, respectfully... maybe she thought we were hoodlums looking for some kicks. Either way I felt we were judged and turned away. I admit I likely would not have purchased on the spot but have definitely would have gone back and purchased In reciprocation for a good customer service experience. I highly recommend another dealer.PL
Must have had my cloak of invisibility on last week! Went there with the intention of getting information about a new Indian Scout. Much to my dismay I walked in, I walked around and looked at several bikes but never got a hello or a can I help you from a single person. Either these folks are just really laid-back or I didnt look like I was worth their time. Good luck!
I just bought a beautiful Indian Scout from these guys....AWESOME service from the whole team great selections on bikes and apparel. They made me feel right at home...I will recommend them to my friends and family. They made it worth my time to drive (ride) all the way up from sugar land.
My husband and I went to shop around at this dealership and we were really impressed. They really treat their customers well even if youre just looking around! And the food! OMG, so delicious! Their customer appreciation events really make you want to come back for more! Really nice staff and very respectful!
Filled out form for financing had half of the money of the price of bike that they was asking didnt even have decently to call me back and let me knw they sold it or ask me if Im interested in another bike
I was passing through this area needing a service done and Woodlands Premium managed to find some time to get it done for me. While there I wandered around their spacious showroom, chatting with service, parts and sales employees Everyone seemed knowledgeable, happy to be there and very pleasant. They performed the service I requested at a very fair price and Im very confident it was done properly. I look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks for helping a transient motorcyclist out.
Im bike shopping right now and this dealership is top notch. When all other dealerships wouldnt even give me the time of day, this one not only gave me a warm welcome, werent pushy at all and even offered a test ride of any bike! This is a first for me!If you want to be treated well and look at some pretty bikes, dont hesitate to make a trip down!
These people at this deanship go out of their way to make sure you have a excellent ride. I have bought a BMW F700 GS and Indian Scout. Cant wait to get the last one. This dealership is not like any other they are friends! You want an excellent deal go see them. Everyone who works there makes sure your welcome and cared for!! You will make a big mistake if you dont! Always makes you feel welcome never push you! they will work with your budget! Im a mess but they always take care of me! Its amazing how many great reviews The others just were not listening or maybe they just had a bad day their loss!
Just purchased a 2016 R1200R. My first BMW and the bike is absolutely fantastic. Matt was extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. Never any high pressure sales tactics (much appreciated) and the entire staff was very easy to work with and more than willing to help. Highly recommend you give these folks a chance to earn your business.
By far one of the best experiences Ive had at a motorcycle dealership! The staff is always friendly and they are really cool folks to deal with. Will thanks again!
Traded in my 2006 R1200GS Adv for a 2016 R1200GS Adv, got an honest deal that I feel like was good deal for both me and them. Nice thing was that at no time did I ever feel like I was being sold something during my new bike purchase. Nicest and easiest vehicle purchase experience Ive ever had. Hope to have them here in The Woodlands for a long time to come.
You will not find a better motorcycle dealership in the Houston area.I have dealt with Mancuso and Gulf Coast BMW and both times got the wrong end of the stick.I purchased the second cheapest bike that was offered at Woodlands Premium Motorcycles and they provided the service I thought was only reserved for the big ticket customers. Their communication, professionalism, and reliability are second to none.
Very nice service and positive attitude from these boys. Come visit and buy a bike or two. Thank You Brian, Austin,Parker
BMW-Woodlands is a bright and spacious store with a large selection of BMW and Indian motorcycles. The courteous staff is easily approachable and eager to help with any questions. Being a long time owner of BMW motorcycles I was surprised how much I was attracted to the Indian Springfield. I didnt think about a test ride but one was promptly offered and away I went. Its a wonderful bike and amazingly easy to toss about for a cruiser. But it was the GS that called me so off I went on a GS for a test ride. Test rides are offered on any of the bikes, as it should be. I had to have it. Ive always bought used motorcycles from individuals so this was my first experience dealing with a dealer. I expected low balling trade-in coupled with manufactures retail pricing. Well, I was surprised! A very fair price for my used BMW and a great price on the new one.I couldnt be happier with my choice and Im thrilled to have a dealer on the north side of Houston.Highly Recommended!
Great place to deal with very customer friendly!
Brought my Slingshot in for service and Kevin was able to take care of me very quickly and without issues even though I had not purchased from them. All of the staff that I encountered was very friendly and quick to ask if I needed help. Would strongly recommend them and will continue to visit them for my service visits. Thanks Kevin!
This place helped me discover that I have super powers, specifically the power of Invisibility! The last three times i visited everybody acted as if they couldnt see me, by the fourth time I was certain I had become invisible. Not sure if my powers are on demand or if they only work at this location.
Had the bike I wanted with no b.s. Will, Shane, and James were great. Installed my pipes before I picked the bike up knowing they were booked full. My Scout Sixty with Rinehart pipes is awesome.
Wow really impressed with the dealership. Came in today and they was short staffed because of some unforeseen circumstances but still able to provide quality customer service. Went beyond my expectations of explaining the motorcycle features and how/when to service them even talked to parts about accessories and he explained thing very well. After today I’m a informed buyer knowing what. I want I wasn’t pressured by any one to buy today they just explained everything could do for me today I declined as I was going through my credit union. If you go in knowing nothing about the brand and features they will take care of you.
I want an Indian! I like this place because of the no pressure salesman they have there. Went there to purchase apparel. Nice people. Will visit again to get my baby
They have a sign at the door “required you to wear a face mask” no one inside from the sales stuff had a mask on, very Weird !
Traded in a 2014 Indian Chieftain on a new 2016 Indian Springfield. In the beginning I didnt think they would be able to make a good enough deal to make it happen but to my surprise when the final figures when put in front of me it showed they wanted to sell me that Springfield. These people are top notch and will do everything in their power to make the deal work and earn your business.
Great selection, salesman werent overly pushy.
Went to the dealership to see an Indian Scout and met Matt B. After my 3rd visit and several conversations I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of a gorgeous red Indian Springfield. Great knowledgeable staff that helped me with my every question and need. I give the staff and the bike 5 stars! See you soon for my first service.
Stopped by this place simply to look at the new bikes. The staff I met were friendly and love talking motorcycles. I respected that they werent overtly pushy and took the time to have genuine conversation.
I purchased a new 2016 BMW K1600 GT from these FINE fokes! It was the best motorcycle shopping experience I have ever had. Very little negotiating and a very fair price.I highly recommend Jason, Shane, and the rest of the BMW Woodlands family - fine folks.
Friendliest dealership I have ever been to!! Austin and Brian are wonderful!! Would recommend to everyoneNow I have to decide which motorcycle to get!!
Top notch people there.1st, they delivered my bike nearly 60 miles to my home, policy is 30 miles max. HUGE help there.2nd, they forgot to send the manual & spare key with the delivery guys, so the finance manager, Belinda, dropped it off at my work, 20 miles away, on her own time, at night with her children just so Id have something to read while stuck at work(I work in a hospital 48 hours straight). That was cool.3rd, best price & no silly back and forth nonsense.I think this place is better than most because of the staff being young & hungry for your business. My brother bought an Indian from them & referred me to them, > 1 hour away. Good call. I went ahead & bought new Klim gear, good stuff but a little pricey.01/2019 EDIT: I got stuck on a muddy trail in Sam Houston National Forest last week & called everyone I knew. Nobody was available; so I called Jake at Woodlands Premium Motorcycles. He sent someone to recover me & the bike at no charge (of course I tipped the guy). Great group of young people there.
