Made appt for 4 wheeler to be serviced and valves checked. The appointment was for a Saturday. They said you can bring it in earliar in the week and we might be able to get it done. Dropped off on Tuesday and got a phone call the next day at 1130 telling me the 4 wheeler was all done and ready. Very fast reliable service with a great crew to match. Thank you!!

A few years ago I called ahead to see if they had a ramp to offload my motorcycle out of my truck, even though i wasnt a regular they were totally cool with letting me do so. Simple things like that go a long way and now we stop in every year we are back in Sheridan area and get our ORTV stickers or branded merchandise. This last trip i had my side by side regular service done before we went on our vacation to the big horns. Had a little issue with the regulator sticking and stopped in to make sure everything was ok to keep operating and thsy were very knowledgeable and helpful. If i didnt live 8 hours away i would be buying my macines there.

Recently purchased a Polaris Sportsman 850 SP with a Polaris Glacier plow. Arrived in time for the first snow. Everything is performing flawlessly. I will work my ATV hard this winter plowing snow, but come next summer I will be riding trails in the mountain. Thanks Peak!!!

I purchased a new Polaris 570 ATV in late 2018. Unfortunately I was hurt in an accident which limited my ability to ride the machine for a year. I also somehow lost my title following my accident and the office ladies went to work and managed to get me another title through Polaris which took a lot of work. They were nothing but helpful. On calling for my free service checkup and oil change in June 2020 management immediately scheduled me in. They were courteous and helpful and I will gladly go back to them for a new purchase or service. Al Winters .

My visit was to return an item. Upon receiveing my refund and after obtaining information as to where I could go for street bike info. and parts I found the visit was very use full . The staff professional.

The women working were super unfriendly and not very helpful :( I was pretty disappointed I brought my daughter in for a new helmet asked if they had youth sizes they said no I asked if they thought a womens small would fit. The one lady handed us q smqll and walked off. The blonde girl behaved like we were a complete bother to her. The gentlemqn in there was very friendly however.

---OPEN LETTER TO PEAK POWERSPORTS---I preface this as a group statement, myself and 11 others got together to write this review. This has been a long time coming and should have made this a while ago - We have been a long time customer of Peak Powersports and before that with Big Horn Power Sports, and I have to comment on the management. When it was Big Horn Power Sports it was mediocre at best (With Earl), now with Peak Powersports it got better at first but now its atrocious (With Matt).The day to day folks there are usually great, I want to point out in particular the sales people there Randy and Nicole, those two are always friendly and can answer our questions. The front counter girl was good as well (cant recall her name). The service and parts department used to be great as well, a couple of guys that unfortunately dont work there anymore (Tim/Vince) really knew their stuff and would go out of their way to help. Where did they go?Now when I go in there is the new people who just seem to be young and not experienced. Thats not necessary their fault but you gotta know your business if you want our business. When I go in now it seems there is always a new face working there, why cant you keep good people working there? On my last visit I was informed that two mechanics had just left as well. Turnover in this place is rampant and the only thing we can point to is management. Now we all agree we just ask Randy or Nicole for help.Ive spoken to Matt on a few occasions and he always seems very knowledgeable, but arrogant and cocky. One of our wifes wont even come to the store anymore, he made her very uncomfortable with his remarks. She said he overheard him tell another employee he was sick of talking to us because they never buy, but have plenty of questions and its wasting his time. Spending that kind of money for an item is a big decision for us, Im not apologizing for asking questions and taking our time. I personally get better answers when I speak to Randy anyways. I have asked Matt who the owner is and I got mixed answers, one answer was he was the owner and the second time I asked I got it was a group of people - which is it Matt? I also know Matt runs/owns Midas in Sheridan and I have never been a customer there but, from what I hear its about on par with Peak Powersports, heavy turnover, piss poor management, and usually decent work.I hope someone reads this that is an owner the people of Sheridan want them to succeed but they obviously need new a new manager. How can the turnover be so much and the owners/manager not be held responsible? Are the owners blind to good people leaving? How can a manager speak about customers this way? Back this summer I heard Peak Powersports had a racing Razor - and Matt was the driver. I was interested in this and when I asked about it I learned they where participating in very few local races, and that most of the races where in the Nevada desert. How can you be a owner of a business, a manager of another, and a driver of a race car several states away? Wont something take a hit somewhere?We want people to know that we want a change and we want good people in the store to help us. We want Peak Powersports here in Sheridan, but we want change. We feel we have given Matt plenty of chances, but it hasnt gotten better ----OWNERS whomever you are - we are counting on you to make changes!

Bought a brand new RZR 900 Trail from them 3 weeks ago, took it in for a recall and break-in oil change and when I came to pick it up they didnt charge me for the oil change and said we got it this time. I got out to look at the oil filter, they didnt even touch it! I will not have my rzr serviced there ever again. They are liars! An extremely disappointing experience! I will be putting a word in to Polaris because I know if I was them I would not let a dealership represent my product like that. A terrible way to run a business! Handos would of never done such thing!
