The manager at this store was so rude I may never go back again! She was completely unaware that customers were 10 Baskets deep AND her ONLY employee on a Saturday was very frustrated as well!!!😡

Lots of stuff..everythings a dollar!

This store is a mess. Boxes everywhere. Stuff all over the floor. They can not keep people. I dont know what is going on. They need someone to come in and help. I know an after hours stocker would do a lot of good. Someone needs to do nothing but straighten and stock. Months later and this place is still a disaster.

They had what I wanted in stock. They were quick in getting me checked out. And back to what I was doing. They guy who did the till was nice and did his jod as good or better than any other teller. He deserves more hours. Hes in Sheridan Wyoming and it was roughly 10:30 AM when he served me

I used to love shopping at the Dollar Tree in Sheridan, Wyoming. However, in the past year or so the cleanliness of the store and professionalism of the employees has a lot to be desired. Every time I go in the store, it is cluttered with freight still in boxes blocking many isles and shelving units limiting accessibility of merchandise throughout the entire store.. The shelves are half empty, it’s almost impossible to find popular items that I have purchased over and over in the past. There have been times I have been in the store where the checkout line is clear back in the isles, the cashier was paging for help and all the additional help was outside smoking. I am super disappointed at the state this store is in all the time anymore. I have really limited my shopping there, however, sometimes it is the only place in Sheridan to purchase certain things. I guess I am going to just have to plan ahead and either go to Billings or Casper or just order what I need on Amazon! So disappointed!

Not bad could have more selection

Very helpful and very patient at closing time I only get there once a month and I usually can only find a ride at the last minute . Usually just before closing. And the very kind making sure I have all my stuff.

I used love going here, either by myself to get some cheap food items or with a friend to look at all the cool little seasonal knick-knacks. After an employee very rudely told my friend and I that we had been there a while (after browsing for no more than HALF AN HOUR) and then made us show her the insides of our purses before we left I am sad to say I am never coming back. I have never felt so insulted in my LIFE.

The store is cluttered, boats are usually left out on the floor, and the shelves are generally bare. I dont expect much from a dollar tree but comparing this store and the family dollar across town, the former is abysmal.

Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Carried a case to front for me! Staff is polite and always friendly.

Typical dollar store, but the staff is kind and helpful and they have a refrigerator section with dairy and other perishable foodstuffs.

My wife LOVES the Dollar Tree she visits often always alot of stuff comes home
