Les has helped us out a few times and he’s always been professional, honest and informative! The first time we used him, we were even a little outside his service area, but he came out anyway. I called him today for no reason other than to take up his time. We’re thinking about replacing our current washer and dryer and I wanted his advice. I left a message and he could’ve easily put off calling me back or not returned my call, at all, but he called me back within 30min., diagnosed one of the problems we’ve been having with our dryer (an easy fix that I took care of immediately) and steered us in the right direction for new appliances. Nothing in it for him, but I appreciated it and he’ll always be our first call when our machines break down.👍

Saturday told me he would schedule me Monday and then Monday told me he was too busy and basically just didn’t need my business... :( claims he has been to my place before but that’s untrue and only trying to save his review. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Spends more time talking than working

I highly recommend this company. I have used Allen Appliance Repair twice now with very positive results both times. Mr Allen is very knowledgeable and his charges for service are reasonable and fair. Yesterday he exceeded my expectations again and showed up within a couple of hours of my initial call and stayed on the problem with my freezer until he was satisfied it would work like it should before leaving this saved me the aggravation of having to find a temporary place to save our entire freezer full of food. Again, I highly recommend Allen Appliance Repair if you need a good honest repairman.

My experience with Allen Appliance Repair has been nothing short of exemplary. On a previous occasion, based on google reviews, I called up Les and described an issue I was having with a washing machine. He was honest enough to explain that in this case it would be better for me to spend the money on a new one. So the next time I had a problem with a different washing machine, he was the first person I called. Not only did he come out on the same day (within just a few hours), he already had parts on hand for this model, and had the unit fixed within a very short time - less than an hour! I asked for several business cards, and Les will be my go-to guy for all appliance repairs in the future!

Les was wonderful! He came out on the same day we called and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a super reasonable price! My husband and I couldnt be more happy or thankful! Definitely the best appliance repair we have had to date and with the best service!

No answer during normal business hours.

Allen wouldnt work on my washing machine because it was in my pickup and not hooked up. It only took 10 minutes, a extension cord, an a water hose to hook it up. I dont think Allen wants to work.
