I had been trying to track down the new Suzuki DR-Z125L for months, with no luck. Finally I called up Sherman and they had one on the floor. Wayne (awesome dude and a pleasure to deal with) immediately got what was needed to place the bike on hold for me. I made an 8 hour round trip drive from Austin, just to get this bike lol... It was worth it. I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. I gave a few signatures, Wayne helped me load my bike in the truck, and I was on my way. If it wasnt for Wayne and Sherman Powersports, I would still be trying to locate this bike. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend dealing with the team over at Sherman.

If youre buying a motorcycle it may be good. But if youre having one worked on take it somewhere else. They do not listen to your request they do not communicate to you. And you only get half of what you ask for. After giving them a second chance I finally had to give up and go someplace else to finish. And they still charged an arm and a leg

They did a great job servicing my 2002 vtx and were very honest about not being able to work on my Ducati.

Brought in one of their product for full service and a few minor issues. Picked it up after 3 weeks (over $1,000.00), and now had 2 serious problems. Brought it back and they only fixed one of their issues. They big problem (loud grinding noise) is still waiting for their fix.

Do NOT bring your vehicle here for SERVICE, I think they can handle peddling parts, selling scooters, but they have no business advertising as a service business.Our vehicle sat for a week, without so much as a status, I called several times just to see what they found wrong, and got nothing but excuses and delays for several days, until my patience wore out.No thanks, waste of time and effort.Do your self a favor and stay away!

I was thoroughly impressed by his attentiveness to our business and has a sense of humour. He even went to bat for us with their finance department when my wife was quoted a lower price online. Lets face it you are buying Yamaha and could by it anywhere. I was quoted a price to get me in the door but another story when I got there. I was going to put in on my debit card and there was a 3% fee added to the price. I walked out the door. Wayne never mentioned this or I would have brought a check or cash had I known. There was no attempt to keep me there so what this really shows, is a total lack of customer respect. I drove an hour to get there and they could care less. Just not a professional company in my opinion. Wayne is a good upfront sales person but with us he was all show and no go. I am buying elsewhere tomorrow.

Salesman was nice but the company isnt. Tried to tell I needed over a $10,000 down payment with a good credit score. Then lied and said the Kawasaki military customer deal was based on credit when Kawasaki said is was just a military discount. They lie and they make fake approvals. Should have known when they took one guys money wouldnt give him his change I. A trailer then tried to tell him it would be 5 to 7 days for a response from a lender.

Had a really good experience buying my scooter from Sherman Powersports. Wayne, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process. I would recommend this place.

I bought a Ninja 400 from here. The whole experience was great. Wayne is a cool dude and all the other staff were friendly. Nobody was pushing me to buy expensive extras or gear. I really appreciate that. They also have a great selection of vehicles.

Sherman Powersports is locally owned by Brandon who does a fantastic job. I dealt with Wayne who stayed an hour late on a Friday to quote me since they were busy. He gave me the out the door price and stuck to it. Sadly, there was a nick on the seat when I went to get it and they said they’d order another seat. Obviously, the seat wasn’t going to be in for a few days. Since I had to come back a few days late to get my Suzuki GSX 250R, Brandon gave me a motorcycle cover for free to cover my time and some gas. He told me he just wanted to make things right. Wayne and Brandon apologized and said they ultimately wanted me to enjoy the buying process and be happy with my new ride. They told me to let them know if I had any future questions about my machine. I will recommend them.

Just horrible customer service in the service department. Took 3 weeks for what was suppose to take one day. I got a lot of “I will call you backs” with no calls. Had to show up to the shop just to get someone to actually talk to me and still couldn’t let me know any details. While I was in no rush for the work to be done it was just a waste of time. When I finally got the estimate for the repair it was just absurd. Over 7 grand in work on a bike that brand new goes for 3 to 4 grand. This place is a complete joke

Don’t ever take your stuff there to be worked on! They totally diagnosed my four wheeler wrong and charged me $220 for it. They told me it had piston slap and it needed a new top end so I paid them to diagnose that for me. After I paid them their $220 they ended up telling me it was knocking down in the crank and not in the top end anymore. I will never do business with them again and will continue to tell everyone to stay away. My four wheeler now has a hole in the motor because it blew after I let it run for 30 seconds when I got home with it.

The lack of communications between the sales reps here is awful. They only care about themselves and their sales. I had a motorcycle on hold and I was on my way to pick it up. They already knew I had arrangements to pick it up that day and they sold it anyway. Stay away from this dealer.

I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional sales environment. Selling used race bikes as “new demos”. Telling you one price on the phone then driving 2 hours to be told a higher price for a “new” bike. They said the demos were used by managers however the bars were bent, torn seat covers, trashed plastics, and a Loretta Lynn’s tag from being raced. All of that and still expecting to get retail. Hard pass. I’d drive to Houston before I bought a bike from here.

I did not have Direct Dealings with this business, but I have been privileged to know their work. I bought my bike from someone that used their Service Departments talented professionals. The bike runs great! I have been enjoying riding my 1100 V Star Classic since this past Saturday (12/23/17), and yes in the cold as well. The sound from the pipes, good power to the engine while throttling and overall feel is simply great.

It started out to be what I thought was a good trade. They gave me a good price the first time I asked for a price. It was a good enough price that I agreed to it without any negotiating. They sent me an invoice and I called them with CC info. Put $2500 on the CC for them to hold the ski. Sent them a check for the balance and told them it’d be several days before I could pick it up.They called back after they had received the check and said that they had missed out on a $300 Yamaha rebate and that I would need to pay that before I could pick it up.I told them I was stopping payment on the check and that they needed to credit the CC back. It took them 2 days to credit my card.I would’ve paid $300 more for the ski but not when you do it after we have already agreed to a deal.

I have been coming to this dealership for years and let me say, the new owners have really stepped up the level of customer service. They have good pricing and were really easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend them in the future

I bought a 2019 Waverunner & 2 weeks later a 2019 MT-09 motorcycle. Wayne was my salesman, he was very knowledgeable about what he spoke about, and didnt promise things he could deliver. He gave me all the incentives he could from the factories, and made sure the transaction was smooth. He was able to have my bike delivered within a week, because I wanted a different color than what they had. My fiancé and I went in to look at and more than likely purchase a mule. The sales guy Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also spoke with a guy with long hair in the accessories who was also very helpful (I don’t recall his name). After all of that we started the finance process.The one star review is for the financing experience we had. It was taking an odd amount of time for the financial part to come. Wayne kept walking back into the office to see what was taking so long and he said the manager was just trying to work the numbers. After a while I noticed the manager had been on the phone for quite sometime so I started walking by his office a few times. I overheard the so called manager talking to someone on the phone on how to put together our deal. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to have a “manager” (we were told he’s the general manager and his name was Brandon) that doesn’t know to do make deals work finically. It makes you wonder how legitimate this establishment is. Outside of Wayne helping us, it seemed unorganized and unprofessional. How are you a general manager and you’re calling someone else to figure out how to do things. We waited a long time for the guy to get off the phone.We stopped coming here years ago but we heard this location had new owners/management and things had changed. It seems like it’s exactly the same considering no one knows what they are doing besides Wayne and the guy in accessories with long hair. It seems the so called general manager Brandon needs to find a new profession since he doesn’t know how to finance things (that’s what your business does) and makes customers wait quite a long time without coming out of his office to give us an update.

Not bad, kinda feels like a family run dealership, and they are one of the few dealerships that actually allow test-rides (even though I had to talk with them for almost an hour beforehand). However, the sales people and sales manager are REALLY, REALLY pushy. Only bought here because they price-matched a cheaper dealer in Dallas.

It was the last day to get my bike inspected before I got hit with a fee. Ish happens, and I was hustling to get it done after work. I went to the other powersports store on Texoma Parkway who looked at my bike and decided that the rear tire was too worn to be safe in the state of Texas despite my telling them that I had a new tire on order and had not reached the wear bars yet. I can understand following something to the nth degree but Im the one accepting all the risk so just help a guy out. No luck.Went down to Sherman Powersports, they didnt screw around and had me hooked up and ready to rock and even had a lower price on the $200 tire by almost $20 compared with Revzilla. Made it back in time to get everything sorted out. Solid guys and will definitely be a repeat customer.

But glad to have it back in running condition.First review:i gave a one star rating because it wont let me choose zero stars. The service department has had our sons motorcycle for 2 months!! Every week they say it will be ready by Monday or Tuesday For a simple carburetor tune up!!. 2-3 weeks ago they said it was ready... went to pick it up and it wouldnt start. So they said oops faulty parts were to blame, so we left it with them to put a new carburetor kit in it after we had already paid $608. They said it will be done by Monday or Tuesday yet again. This was 2-3 weeks ago. I call again today and am waiting for a call back to see if it is ready as they could not tell me while on the phone. I will keep yall updated.

I wrote a review about an experience I had a month ago. It was very unpleasant for me and an experience I do not wish to repeat.I was interested in a motorcycle at their store. They took $200 cash, that I was told was Good Faith money - it was to hold the bike while they looked for a bank to do my payments. I was told that if the deal didnt work out that I would get my money back. They found a firm. I didnt want to go through a firm due to high interest rates and I told them that I didnt want to go any further with it as a result. I asked for my money back and they refused by saying that it was store policy. I argued with them for many hours following the incident. Finally, after a days worth of arguing with them, they said they would refund my money.I received the money back in full but not without a lot of hassle and time on my part.At any rate, my experience was very unpleasant I will not do business with them in the future.

Brandon in parts is great! He has helped when he did not have to. You can tell the guy cares about other riders. Took his time to find a part I ended buying elsewhere but came back to buy more because of him. Doug in service was great too! Trust the guys with your ride and you cant go wrong. Absolutely terrible experience with many mistakes.1. It all started when I took my bike to the shop for them to inspect it and give me a quote on what they thought was wrong with it. I took it in on a Saturday, as the weekend is the only days of the week that I have time to take it in and was told it would be ready by Wednesday the next week. I specifically told them to figure out what was wrong and get me a quote, and I would let them know if they needed to fix it after. I also made sure to say if it was something simple Id do it myself. So the next Thursday rolls around and I still havent received a call so I decided to call them to check on the status of my bike. Once they finally picked up, I was told That bike doesnt seem to be in our system. Are you sure you brought it here? After explaining to them exactly what my bike looked like the guys exact response was Oh! The blue and black bike. That one has been sitting at the back of the shop all week and no one knew how it got here.....2. They finally told me to give them the till the weekend and I would be able to pick it up Saturday. Saturday I gave them a call and was told, Our mechanic is out for the weekend, so it will probably be next Tuesday that we get done with it. Since I dont own a truck, I had already spoke to my father about borrowing his truck and was at his house ready to go pick it up when they finally told me this. Keep in mind, they only told me this when I called them, they didnt call me...3. The next Tuesday rolls around and I decide to give them a call because they were supposed to be done at this point. The guy picks up the phone and tells me it is almost done and will be ready for pick up by Thursday. I told him that I wouldnt have time to get it until Saturday so it was fine, but then he proceeds to tell me that the mechanics worked on it for half an hour before deciding Your bike has too many aftermarket modifications and our mechanics dont feel comfortable working on it. So then I was told I was going to be charged for the half hour of servicing to my bike, even though I specifically told them to first get me a quote, and then I would let them know where to go from there. After debating that I had never told them to work on the bike, I finally got the charge dropped off and only paid for the inspection on the bike. Which ultimately was them telling me they didnt even know what it was because I had aftermarket parts.All in all, was a terrible waste of money, time, and effort. Would not recommend this place to anyone if the problem seems to be anything more extravagant than a flat tire. And even then I wouldnt recommend this place. Hope this helps anyone reading in making their decision on where to service their bike at.

I purchased a brand new 2016 Kawasaki Teryx 4 a couple of weeks ago. Love the sales, parts, and finance department. Service department called me to remind me of the important first service, they were very courteous. The owner is so jolly, he sent me some expensive chocolates via mail. Brandon and Willy hooked me up with mud tires. The other dealers I called refused to sell me a 16 and tried to force me into a 2015 because they wanted to pocket the rebates. Two thumbs up, love these guys!

Let me start by saying I had been here before the new ownership and the place sucked but I came in the other day to look at getting a new 2017 yz250f. I ended up doing the paper work to get financing,while waiting met most of the staff, owner and family. These were all very humble and nice people that truly love bikes and the sport of racing. Everyone was also very helpful and friendly. The process was easy and when I thought I wasnt going to get approved they mentioned to me my options and I ended up get the bike and credit for extra parts like a exhaust system and new riding boots. There prices are competitive with online prices or even cheaper which blew me away. As for the bike I couldnt be happier. Truly a cool place I suggest everyone to go visit them.

Minus 5 stars ! Called about a Honda foreman they had listed on their web site . Salesman said can you come by today and I said yes . The add said the original cost was 2599.00 but was on sale for 1499.00 . So I asked if that was out the door price and he said he would he would have to check with his boss. Thats when everything changed, came back and said the battery was dead and he had to go to meeting and would find out about the total after the meeting and would call me back, never did then someone else tells me that other people had called about it also and they were going to have to call the owner and check with him, turns out it was on consignment and that he would have the salesman call me back that he was in the shop or somewhere . Never did. Called and talked to Manager a lot of help he was, told me the internet guy had put the wrong price . And I could only buy it for 2599.00. They obviously got a lot of calls then decided to change price . I would never deal with people that lie and cheat honest working people . New owner or not this place is a rip off !

Glad I went here to get my last ATV. Staff has been helpful, and the service guys actually listen when I have had issues and or repairs.

Charged $110 an hour to change my motorcycle rear tire. And I purchased tire there . Although I like Brandon. Kudos to you sir. I dont appreciate being ripped off.
