My niece had a battery problem. I am not a. mechanic and her car was in the garage. After almost an hour of an inept uncle, we finally removed the battery and I drove to AutoZone, Sherman. I walked in and one of the young clerks noticed my burden, took the battery, checked it, told me it was virtually dead, quickly replaced it, carried it to the car, and put i in the trunk. It took 20 minutes for the Pro at AutoZone and almost 2 hours for the non-pro to install. Thank you, Auto Zone

Was desperate for a battery for my car as it kept dying when I turned the car off.They had the battery in stock BUT was told they would NOT install the battery in my car!

They were helpful with my business, however if you want to feel safe doing business here I would not recommend visiting this location. Only one employee was wearing a mask incorrectly, the rest were running around the store unmasked. Customers were not encouraged to wear a mask by employees and as I was in line someone came in completely unmasked. This is very frustrating given our current circumstances with this virus, this is also completely unprofessional and unacceptable! I am high risk and if I contract this virus because of some poor and lazy business practice because of these folks shame on them!!!!

Needed a new low beam headlight for my car. So, I checked the process out on YouTube and decided that I could perform the change out myself. Went to AutoZone, told them my year, make, and model and they sold me a headlight. I then went home and tried to install it. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. I had to return to the store and obtain the correct headlight. They did so quickly and efficiently and I was on my way back home in a few minutes. The replacement works fine.I’ve used this auto parts store several times over the last 6 months and they’ve always had the part I needed in stock. This was the first time an error was made. I’ll still use them the next time I need auto parts.

Joshua did a great job helping me out today! Not only did he install my windshield wipers and explain to me the details of topping off my coolant... He also gave me some Nifty advice for keeping my windshield wipers from freezing to my windshield while up North this coming week.

I was from out of town and although they were extremely busy they fixed my problem at no charge. I was so grateful I purchased the seat covers Id been putting off for a long time. Good people, you just have to have patience as they are extremely busy.

Thought I was gonna have to pay over $50 for a fuel and reservoir cap @ the dealership but the guys @ Auto Zone took care of me for less than $35. These guys rock*^!🤙👉✋👍👊🤓

Good and courteous service, knew their systems and policy. Doing an oil change and they ordered the air filter they didnt have and put the oil and oil filter I needed on hold. Did all this over the phone in less than ten minutes, all I gave him was the make model year and liters of my car and he was able to pull up the specifics needed on his systems pretty fast. Everything I expect from AutoZone with no wasted time.

The two guys who work the counter here are blatantly lazy and openly rude. I went in with my girlfriend during the torrential downpours today. Neither one of them turned to look at us/greet us. We walk up to the older gent and ask him about a serpentine belt and he looked offended that we interrupted his extremely important discussion he was in with his coworker about boats. Jokingly, we asked them if either one of them could help us put it on in the rain. You have never heard someone answer so fast! Not on that car Miss the old days when people would just help ya and not complain the whole time...

Our experience at Auto Zone has always been a good one. However the service we recieved in Gainesville Texas was above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. Especially so close to closing time. The young man, I think his name was Charles, was beyond helpful and really saved us on our drive home.

Went to get a bulb for my back blinker and the manager was completely rude I may have not known exactly what type of bulb led etc I needed but they way he acted towards me was very unprofessional. I have been an Autozone customer for years but not anymore I will be going to Advance Auto.

Jack with his ac claim is a cry baby. Its a parts store not a shop. They sale you parts which they do well. You cant be mad bc they dont want you to try to sue them saying they messed up your ac system. There are many reasons an ac system doesnt work. The pressure switch, low Freon, bad clutch, or another bad component in the system. If you are sure it was only Freon then you must have the knowledge right? You fix it, if you cant, take it to a shop. There job is to sell competent people parts and offer advice. They do this well.
