Nothing Fast about FASTSIGNS of Sherman.First requested a simple stripe for the hood of car. Was told no problem. They took the measurements and told me that they would send me a quote and a proof to approve. A week later and I still had not heard from them so I went back up to the store. Was told they didnt want to cut the stripe as they had a previous bad experience with a Camaro hood. A call would have been nice.Also requested a simple two word graphic. On that one they did send the quote and proof within a few days which a approved. Took three phone calls and two weeks before the graphic was ready. When a asked for the proof of the graphic not superimposed over my car, I was told that they would not send it as the graphic was copyrighted. The same graphic that I had already approved and paid for.If you need something quick, I wouldnt use FASTSIGNS. The graphic looks great but it took why longer than it should have.

I used Fastsigns for a stencil on a sign I was making for my new Child Care center. The people were great, the service was fast, and the quality was beyond my expectations! From the time I placed my order, to the time I was notified that it was complete, was less than three days. They also have a portal for customers to see the status of their order at any time. I ordered a 3-mil adhesive vinyl decal. Ive used other print shops, and FastSigns quality and turnaround is the best Ive seen, not to mention that the prices are reasonable. The customer portal is a lifesaver and is going to help make my business run smoother since I will be able to have re-printings done by submitting past orders that are in my portal. Also, the customers had a professional presentation, and the store was clean and nice. I cant say enough good things, and I cant think of anything that I would recommend be done differently. I was in a hurry, and called Alisa whom Id just worked with the week prior on a different project. The week prior she was so helpful, gave me great info. about how to make the document pop with better resolution, etc. She helped me figure out what I needed in less than 2 hours to make a beautiful selfie banner for a conference I was helping to host the next day. It wasnt that crazy a cost for my hurry, and it was done faster than she promised. I will be working with her again soon, and highly recommend Fastsigns.

FastSigns created a sign for our completed Adoption Center, and also a sign for our gate...which was No Trespassing, with some humor added. Their staff was professional, friendly, and helped us with our logo (which was in need of an upgrade). I was satisfied with pricing and the sign was completed FAST. Well do business with them in the future.

We were referred to Fast Signs by a family member. The experience was rocky at best. We supplied the graphics on a USB we wanted completed as car decals. It was told to us that we would get a quote early the next week. After 3 weeks we called and still no quote! We then started working with Chris Kokesh. He was helpful and our quote and graphics were done quickly. The quality of work was impeccable. The decals and stickers were priced well, and they were high quality. We would use them again for the quality of the work, but we would recommend asking to work directly with Chris. We are giving them 3 stars due to the time it took in the beginning, but the work was great when done. Even though they had hiccups they kept rectifying them quickly. If we did not have all the issues we would have given 5 stars for the work. I would still use them again...

Texoma Top Shelf E-Cig and Vape had Fast Signs install logo and hours on our door over three and a half years ago. The lettering still looks like the day it was installed. Now that we are opening another store we had Fast Signs do our name and hours on the door again. The lettering was initially 1/8in off. Todd (owner) brought this to my attention, and replaced it the following day. I recommend Fast Signs to anyone looking for this type of products! J.R. Neans

Fastsigns, no more like slowsigns. They take forever to do a simple job. All I wanted was some simple graphics I could put on the back glass of my truck. I finally got a proof a week later and I approved it. Then I waited another week and a half to get my 4 word graphics. Each time I spoke to a female at the front desk who looked very unprofessional. I went in there the first time and she had one color bright neon colored hair. Then when I went back she had another brightly colored hair. Not to mention the numerous earrings and nose rings. Not saying this is bad but you are supposed to be in a professional environment. Not a good first impression in my opiion. I have used other fastsigns in the Dallas area and they do not look like this. In my opinion this is very unprofessional. I wish I could leave zero stars. Needles to say I will not be going back to this place.

For the past 10 years (at least) I have done business with this FastSigns office in Sherman, Texas. Owner Todd Bass has built his business on a broad range of quality products, a creative design staff, and 5-star service. As a marketing consultant, my clients dont want to hear excuses about production and delivery issues. Working with the FastSigns team, I have been able to deliver each and every project on time and on budget. This week, Todd took a last minute trade show project and turned it over a weekend. It arrived at the show on time and exactly as ordered for my client. FastSigns is so much more than yard signs and banners. Their extensive product line meets a lot of needs.

Great service, easy to use and on time!

Fastsigns of Sherman is bad for small business. The service is absolutely terrible!. They have a “sister company” that does all their electrical work & installs. On one job, I was charged 4.5 hours of labor for 80 minutes worth of work. NTS is the company that’s used for installs, but it’s owned by the same person. When asked about charges, they will say that “it’s a separate company” & they don’t have access to their invoices. I was also told that labor hours include them driving over to your location or there’s labor minimum for each job. Its very convoluted.I also had a situation where they tried to charge me twice for ballasts they should have been under warranty when their technician told me he didn’t know if he wired it correctly. You must argue, complain and fight for them to adjust charges. They finally took off some these charges and reduced some of the hours, but then over billed on the next invoice.Overall, I had 4 sign projects done by Fastsigns over the past 2 years. Only 2 of the 4 jobs were done to my requirements, but no consideration was made on the next job. On each of the installs, I had to consistently follow up to get the signs installed. I made 30 plus calls and emails over these four jobs checking to see when the signs would be installed and their was always an excuse or they didn’t even know what was going on with their installs. I felt bad for the receptionist on several occasions because she was forced to make excuses for the account manager and the owner.. She told me they were focusing on their “bigger jobs” and that the owner was out of town. I also never met a representative from Fastsigns until after the third job. I spent a couple thousand dollars with them and the owner or account manager hadn’t even come to meet me. I had made multiple complaints and they either didn’t respond or just sent an email arguing and making excuses.On the final sign job, they never even sent a quote before they showed up for install. The overall attitude of the owner is arrogant and confrontational. I’ve noticed on other complaints that he likes to fight and argue. It seems to me that Fastsigns is run by an absentee owner and will only get involved when there a problem. I suggest staying away from this disorganized company!I run a small business and would never treat my customers this way!
