Ive been going here for about a month now and maeve and delaney are the absolutely most helpful and sweet people and always help me find a color I absolutely love!!

I purchased the Riot hair dye by Haley Williams and I’m in love!!

Came in not really sure what i needed, and the working lady (i believe her name was carrie) approached me asking if i needed help with anything. i was able to get everything i needed to dye my hair, and she even explained how to use the products correctly. I will definitely be coming back when i need to redye my hair.

I came into the store Monday to get a few hair products and I was so confused on what I needed but the minute I asked the girl with the rainbow hair what to get she automatically knew what to get me. My hair turned out fantastic and she was super sweet! She’s fast at her job and knew what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! Very helpful if I could give the store a 7 star rating just cause of her service I would for sure!

I went in trying to look for an acrylic nail applicator brush, they lady asked me if I needed anything I told her no thank you, she came back i was on the phone with my sister at this point because I was getting it for her I actually had a question that time. She answered it but after that she kept treating me and my friend like we were trying to steal, my friend had looked at a bottle of hair product decided she didn’t want it and the lady came back and made my friend show her where she placed the bottle back down, I then had questions about my hair and how to bleach it out properly and the way she kept treating us like we had done something wrong made me feel discouraged and not even wanna proceed with my hair. I’m just saying don’t judge a book by it’s cover. You never know what I have in my wallet/bank account. Very unprofessional probably will not be back! The other lady at the counter was very helpful it’s not her fault.

I came in to get toner as I just lightened my hair. I dont know much on this stuff but the girl with rainbow hair helped me figure everything out and get exactly what I needed. She was helpful and nice and the product worked out great. Will be coming back when I need to

Overall just bad customer service

The pretty girl with rainbow hair and cool tattoos was very helpful! She welcomed me into the store, and made sure I found what I was looking for. Great customer service, highly recommended!

I had made several attempts in over a week to call in an order for curb side pickup, no one answers the phone EVER!! I know they are open and drive by to see that employees are in fact there. I have called at all different times throughout the day. Finally after seven days of trying I just ordered online for delivery to home. Guess what, my order online came quickly surprisingly. This location has employees that are lazy, dont care, and refuse to do a simple job. All you have to do is answer the phone, take the order, put it in a bag, and bring it out to a car. Its not hard. Sallys I hope you see this and know this is whats hurting your business at this location. Time to fire the bad and hire better employees.

Everything was fine but I could barely hear the girl behind the counter when she said anything and had to repeatedly ask her to speak up, which was fairly annoying. Otherwise I had a pleasant experience here.

Amazing trip! Delaney is lovely, I don’t understand why anyone could be disappointed in her service, just because she’s quieter, since she’s so friendly and helpful.

My trip to Sallys was amazing all thanks to the girl with the colored hair!! She was so sweet and really knew what she was talking about!!

First time shopper and I was NOT impressed by the staff. I waited in my car for them to open and was the first customer in. Girl with rainbow hair did NOT greet me but I said hello to get her attention. I had to ask for her help as my hair stylist recommended a product for my purple hair. The product I asked for she told me to not buy it as it was for blondes who went purple. Little does she know my hair had been previously blonde. She barely talked above a whisper and showed me one product near register. I asked to see the other one and she reluctantly showed me. I grabbed each item that I thought would work because this girl was too anti social and unwilling to help. Worst customer service I have ever seen and I will NOT be coming back.

This place is pretty nice and had everything I needed for my hair but the girl behind the counter seemed very timid and I loved her rainbow hair, I just wish she was more friendly. Checking out was very awkward

I came to this store because I had heard good things but when I walked in, I wasnt greeted by the girl with colored hair at the counter and was ignored when I tried to ask where something was. Awful service (I dont know why Ive heard different) but once I did find what I needed I was happy with the product. Unfortunately, I will not be making a return visit.

Best customer service! I was shown immediately where the product I was looking for was, I got to renew my yearly membership for half-price (normally $5), and got two free products for doing so!!!( I also got a $5 off coupon!!!!). Who doesnt like to save money, get free stuff, and an amazing costumer service? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Worst customer service. The shelf was out of the color I wanted and the shipment was in open boxes on the floor. They told me to call back tomorrow because they wouldnt check the open boxes (my brand was in the top box) and told me I couldnt check either. Instead of working on that box or helping me find something else, the employees walked around talking about things they wished they could order.

Can not say enough about how thankful i am to have walked into Sallys Beauty and been politely Greeted. I happily spent almost $60 on my first trip, signed up for my membership, and learned so much. That trip has benefitted my business three fold in almost no time; so Thank you Gals, you will see me again!

I love going there. They have everything I need and the prices are very reasonable.

Best costumer service, Sunny Pierson and Phebe Eubanks were so helpful. My daughter is starting cosmetology school and we had a long list of thing she needed, they helped us when we didnt know what an item on the list was and if they didnt have it they told where we might find it.

Absolutely excellent, the young lady who helped me was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

The manger there was the greatest, she makes you feel welcome. She understands costumer sevice........YASSSSSSS. ..which is what we lack now in America
