Great, fast customer service and great deals Megan helped us out and we came to a great deal on a serta king sized mattress with the additional sheets king sized pillows bundle, and since it was over 999$ we also got the free adjustable base. Cant wait for delivery.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ok by staff I mean the small gal that appeared to be the only employee in the store at the time. She helped load the mattress and box springs I was picking up for my daughter.

Horrible! I purchased a mattress in the beginning of 2020. It was a plush mattress. Hardest thing I’ve ever slept on. Every time I would call about it, they would tell me it needs more time to be broken in. So we gave it more time. The mattress even dipped in the middle. Finally they ended up letting us replace the mattress. I purchased an even more expensive mattress that was also plush. I waited for a long time to call the store back, because I was trying to let it break in. Now, we’ve had it for 14 months, and it’s still hard as a rock. Please tell me it doesn’t take that long to break a mattress in!? I’ve called the store over and over again and they tell me they can’t do anything about it at all. I believe that they just don’t want to do anything. I just don’t understand, if they sell good mattresses, how have I gotten two terrible ones in a row?To be even remotely comfortable, I have to sleep on my side on the very edge of the bed (almost falling off the bed)where there is an extra layer of foam. How did I spend this much money on a mattress that is this horrible?The last time I called the store, the associate said they would have to get with the manager or district manager(?) and get back to me Monday. That was MONTHS ago.So yes, the customer service was good at the beginning, seemed very knowledgeable, but when I’m having problem after problem, they shove me off.So, I’ll be making monthly payments on a terrible terrible terrible mattress and sleeping on the couch until I can afford another mattress.I will most definitely be going elsewhere for a mattress when I finally pay this sad excuse of a mattress off.Thanks for nothing Mattress Firm. (Actually, thanks for the rock I sleep on, the aching hips, sore back, sore neck, tingling arms, and the no sleep I get.)

I recently moved here from a different state and my current credit card was not working because I had ordered a new one and Megan worked with me in order to try and sort out how to pay for the bed so that I could get my beds shipped to me in a timely manner since we have no beds right now. She was patient and kind. I was able to put part of the payment down right away and then come back the next day to finish paying off and still get the beds shipped in the same amount of time. She literally spent more than an hour and a 1/2 working with me and it was greatly appreciated. Even if the beds dont turn out to be perfect (sometimes it takes a bit to realize) the experience has been good enough for me to come back at a later time when it comes time to pick my daughters bed.

Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful to find the right mattress for me. Store was bright and inviting. It was very clean. I made a purchase, but the item was sold out. I was told my new mattress would be available in about 10 days. I decided to wait to get the mattress of my “dreams” instead of going through the process of selecting another.

Was needing a new mattress after 35 years, my daughter and her husband got theirs from there and said how good they were treated. The salesman was very nice. When I showed him a picture of the one I was looking for he said oh Im very sorry but that one is sold on line on the y. So he showed me 2 different ones he thought I would like and I thought one was perfect for me, exactly what I was looking for but didnt need the adjustable base. They are going to deliver it Mondayand I just cant wait!!!!! The best place I ever went to, to buy any type of furniture!!!!

Didnt get much assistance while looking, probably because we werent looking at high dollar items. We had purchased our bed about 2 years ago there and opened a credit card. We paid it off quickly and had not used card in while. They said our card was an older card and that the purchase we made today would only be 6 months interest free instead of 12 months. Services could have been better. Was not real pleased.

Our granddaughter needs a new mattress but the ones we were considering aren’t available to try in our local Mattress Firm. We went anyways so she could try similar firmness/plushness mattresses by the same manufacturers. We were greeted by Brianna and she was absolutely great to work with. We ended up ordering one and paying for it. After we left my granddaughter said she actually preferred a different one. She tried to tell me that in the store but between her being soft-spoken and wearing a COVID mask, I didn’t understand her. So we went back, again working with Brianna. Brianna was very understanding and quickly got us all squared away. This is the second purchase we’ve made from Mattress Firm. My wife and I bought a new mattress and adjustable base for ourselves 6 1/2 months ago and had a really good experience. I recommended Mattress Firm and I really recommend, if you’re at the Sherman, Texas Mattress Firm, ask for Brianna.

A+ ... We bought a new king bedroom suite. Looking for a matress we browsed online, but we are both touch it, feel it customers. Purple mattresses are in the sherman show room. We visited. The manager there Joe tried really hard to sell us on that first trip. However, we wanted comparison so we said thank you but not buying today. A month later, we had managed to find all the others, nectar, tuft and needle, cocoon, sealy, etc basically any hybrid mattress that had good reviews. We did decide that the purple 2 was the best value for what we were willing to spend.So we went back to see Joe. The mattress was on sale for 125 off normal price, purple controls their prices like HP does with ink. So it will be the same across the board no matter where you shop. But Joe still honored his original catch of trying get us to buy a month earlier and still gave us 2 free purple pillows. Which arent cheap either. Plus we had my Veterans Discount. So we got our mattress and pillows for just over 1800.00 with tax. Thats actually 74$ less than the sale price pre-tax. Thank you, Joe. An thank you for honoring your hard sell a month earlier. Bd

I had called earlier in the day and spoke to Meagan, she was very helpful and assured me that they had mattresses at my price point. I was needing a full size bed that would fit in my rv. I have fibromyalgia and when I sleep I have pressure points that really hurt me. We even talked about sheets and pillows too! We were able to find exactly what I needed!! Its very nice to be greeted right as you walk into a store, especially as a young adult. A lot of business owners pay no mind to me because I look younger, but an associate greeted me very politely here and made sure to answer all my questions. I didnt purchase anything during my visit but I left feeling informed about my options.

Thats because we are buying Temperpedic and Mattress Firm is selling out of them. We did find one we really like! :)
