Cant brag enough about Texoma Bike works. Rushed in at 5:20 with a tire issue, and they got me out before closing time. Marshall and John helped fix a rim issue and select the new tire that fit my riding best. Awesome place and unlike everywhere else Ive been obviously didnt take days, weeks, or months to get my bike out.

We came to this bike shop as complete beginners looking to purchase couples bikes for family rides. The owners were incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and even delivered our bikes to our house because we don’t have a way to transport them yet. Thank you for the experience to allow us to make memories riding bikes as a family together.

If there were 10 more stars I would put 10 stars!! The young man that talked to me and my 9 year old son, explained what was wrong with the bike, and made sure my son knew he would make sure I got fixed right!! I will go here for bike needs as he grows up!!!

Recently picked up my bike only to find its not fixed after two weeks if waiting! My brakes squeak so bad and it rides ruff!! So disappointed a waste of $93.00

Big thank you to Ms. Pat who walked my grandson through the process of how to effectively change his bike tire. She showed him how to read the size requirements for the right tube and the trick to mounting it on. She got it mounted in store for him and walked through how to remount it on his bike. We really appreciate that extra helping hand to teach a young man. We’ll definitely be back to this shop and recommend them in the Texhoma region.

Charlie knows this review is justified.I needed a list of items for a road bike and a mountain bike that also needed a repair on a wheel, so thought I’d do the nice thing and support local. First walked into the store June 14th and ordereda full set of cables for a mountain bikeA full set of cables for a road bikeA pair of road bike tires and 3 tubes with puncture sealer.Assortment of boltsSram 9 speed chain for the road bikeRear mountain bike wheel repairDue to personal reasons of the store (that I wont list here) the repair on the free hub to the mountain bike wheel would be a little over a week.I was told roughly $200 for all the above and it was indicated the puncture sealer wouldn’t be charged for due to the size of the first order. The parts were ordered and on the day of collection there were no cables for either bike and the repair to the wheel wasn’t on the receipt. AND I’m billed for the puncture sealer but ok. This total so far, was $154.77A week later, I return for the cables and SOME of the cables for the road bike are in, none for the mountain bike. This is over another $35 but again….ok.Now…. It gets interesting. Second ride on the new tires with puncture sealer, I’m stuck on the side of the road with the tiniest (and I mean minuscule of thorns) and I have a clear greasy liquid that looks like water coming out of the tube. What ever was used as puncture sealer didn’t work, I was billed for it, and it took longer to clean off the brakes, wheel & inside of the tire than it did to have that 25 mile ride. Which incidentally the same happened a week later. Tiny puncture equaled a flat.Due to the personal reasons mentioned above for the store, I give them leeway on the wheel and give a month before I call about the mountain bike wheel and cables. Cables not ordered, wheel not repaired. Says he had to send the wheel to the machinist to remove the free hub which he did the day before. Also had no real comment when I mentioned the sealer. I leave it another week, make a phone call, his wife answers, says the wheel was sent yesterday. (im thinking that doesn’t add up but ok)Leave it two more weeks call back, the wheel is damaged by the machinist AND still not fixed.. just sitting there with a tag on it. No hub has been ordered. Says it will be another week.After 7.5 weeks (August 10th) I call in to collect my wheel repaired or not and take it to Mckinney. For them to think its ok for a new customer to receive this lack service, this lack of communication and tell them a repair will take just over a week when after 7.5 weeks its not done, and the wheel is in a worst state then when I dropped it off to me is appalling and I don’t know how this store stays in business.They have a sign on the door saying “The Internet wont fix your bike” Well, it wont get fixed at this store either.Charlie… you KNOW this review is justified.*****And edited 8/20/219*****.Purchased a whole new wheel. To rub salt in the wounds, the only thing transferred from the old wheel was the tube, tire and brake disk. After putting it all back together there was a rub in the brakes. Long story short, my brake disk had a spot of weld on it that I had to grind off after taking the wheel apart again. This was the part of the wheel they didn’t even need to service. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this store.

Great job. Helped us on the spot, using a salvaged part, fix my sons mtb so we could get back to Erwin. Mismatched shifters but he likes the new one better. Better than new. Running several months now. Thank you.

Had them order some new parts for my bicycle, and when they arrived, they had already installed them for me for free and gave me some tips in case I had to ever do it myself. Great customer service, nice prices, and they have a really great in-store selection to choose from, no matter what youre looking for. Definitely the best place around for any bicycle needs.

I went in to just buy a new innertube for my sons bike and the guy had the darn thing put together and filling with air before we were done with introductions. Great little place.

I enjoyed the visit so much that I stayed for over an hour. Very helpful and answered all of my questions about road biking. I’ll be back.
