Awesome store!! So many boots, hats and super cute dresses to choose from!!

Great experience. Thankfully lots of choices since my feet are unique. Employees helped when needed but didnt pester us. First time boot buyer so wasnt expecting such a high price but signing up in advance for their newsletter got me a discount that helped. Then the points from the first purchase of boots through their rewards program got me money off to use to come back or online to get socks for cheap.

Bought a pair of boots about a month ago in Sherman, Texas. Paid $173.00 and was treated very nice in the store! First time I wore the boots out, every little bump on the boots left a scuff! My right boot is totally scuffed up from just driving where my boot had touched the brake petal!! Never have I ever had a pair of boots that scuff so easily!! No more Boot Barn Boots For Me!!!

As far as work boots go,, they dont always have much of what is on line which is frustrating. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well organized.

I am interested in going to this store at some point in the future

Ive shopped at the Boot Barn in Denver CO, love that store, my 1st pair of boots lasted me so long and I had so many compliments on them, I was there about 3 weeks ago and purchased 2 more pairs, I wear an 8 1/2 but usually wear a 9 in these boots, its well worth your time to stop in and look at there selection!!!!!

There verity of clothes was amazing. The service was amazing because a lady that worked there was able to walk me through how boots should fit, how to care for them, and a good pair for my price range.

I paid $150.00 for these Justin work boots and as you can see my right boot sole came off. The are glued on not sewn as advertised. I spent a additional $40, at a boot repair shop and afterb1 month of being glued back on it was back to duct tape. I had only been wearing them for 7 months when the sole started coming loose.Boot Barn or Justin Boot company wouldnt make good on these boots.

Well instead of helping me with finding something you claimed to have in store when I called isn’t a good way of business. The fact the employee would rather the customer leave as to do her job is not a good business model. I was in store for a hoodie and Montana silver ear rings for a gift but forget it! I’ve shopped multiple boot barn locations but it’s no longer on my list of stores to go to. Thank the Sherman store for this.

After years of my family shopping at Sherman, Texas location, I finally had a bad experience with customer service talking 20 minutes non-business related, only to tell me that the cowboy hat man would not be in till afternoon.Thursday October 31, 2019 - 10:20 - 10:40 a.m.

This boot barn is okay. The employees are helpful, but the store is super small and doesnt have a really good selection on boots. The store in Frisco has an amazing selection on boots.

This place has the worst service in town. If you want to be helped, go elsewhere. I will not return

As the name of the store implies, they carry plenty of boots with a ton of other clothing. Hats, gloves, blue jeans, dress shirts, and clothes for the kids. The employees are ready to help you locate anything you need and can help with suggestions and recommendations, as well. The store in conveniently located between Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight and Aldie grocery store, so its really easy to get a lot of shopping done without a lot of driving.

I have been in this store multiple times. Never once have the staff bothered to speak when we entered the store, never anyone on the floor to help. Terrible service. This was definitely the last visit

Love store....but customer service needs a lot of work....it is hard to get someone to help you....which should not be a problem when there was only three customers in the store.

Honestly the first time I’ve been in one, I like Sheplers or Cavenders better because they are bigger and more variety, but will return to Boot Barn if there aren’t any of those stores around since we travel. Wish they had better savings on their clothing, but I noticed not one person who worked there acknowledged me to see if I needed help when shopping. My husband couldn’t find any of his size in some of the jeans he wanted to try out, so we would have to order online, and that defeats the whole purpose of going in store. The employee at the counter when we checked out was really nice and their boots are a decent price since they do give good discounts on them,hence boot barn lol

Me and my husband were harassed hard core!! The worker followed us from the front of the store to the back of the store and was constantly staring at us. It made us so uncomfortable to the point that we had to leave. I will never come back to this store again because of this. Super unprofessional!
