In the case of this repair, I already expected the cause when I took my GMC Sierra to Parkway Buick/GMC on Monday afternoon. Even though it was after 1:00pm when I arrived at the dealership, the Service Agent had my vehicle in the shop within 15 minutes, and my suspicion of a defective battery was verified shortly after.The battery was replaced, and a brake fluid flush, recommended by GM, was performed. The entire process took a little less than 2.5 hours, and all computer reporting issues that I had been experienced, were resolved. I have used the vehicle multiple times this week since the repair, and have experienced no further problems.

Very quick response to my inquiry on a used 2018 GMC Yukon Denali. They really reached out to me and helped facilitate me purchasing this vehicle. I Farm &Ranch and I’m also our County Magistrate Judge in southwestern Kansas. It is over eight hours to get to Sherman Texas. I was very impressed that they would meet me halfway on a Saturday. Overall experience was just great and very pleasant! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I just wished they were a little bit closer to home and I would use them even more often!👍😊

I was extremely disappointed with the integrity and practices of this dealership. I arrived with financing lined up, but was told they could only finance in-house (of course, they were happy to set me up with their finance department at almost twice the interest rate).Secondly, the salesman promised that they would take care of a scuff on the bumper of the pre-owned vehicle I purchased (of course, they couldnt do it on the day of purchase because the body shop was booked). He had me sign a no promises form just so you can take it home today, but gave me his word that they would take it in for the repair free of charge. This is on me. I should have known not to sign that form, but took them at their word on good faith.I called back about 2 weeks later to set up the body repair, and spoke to the same salesman. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and suggested that the repair would be expensive. When I called him on it, he finally came clean and admitted that he had made that deal. I never heard back from him again despite repeated phone calls.I will not use this dealership again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a vehicle. As soon as you sign on the line, you are no longer important to them.

Courteous, professional and efficient care. The customer care reps take care of everything from logging in to notification when work is completed. I have always maintained my vehicles at recommended service intervals but but historically I have not had service done at dealerships but in this case I make an exception. I highly recommend this dealership from sales to service.

May 31 2021, I purchased a Dodge Journey through Brock Rohn. I had been working with Brock Rohn for about a week. I had very specific criteria on what I was looking for in a 3 row SUV and a deadline to purchase it. Brock was able to secure a vehicle within a week of us initially speaking. I have been purchasing vehicles for 18 years and he is by far the best car salesman I have ever interacted with. Brock took time out of his day to show me all the specs of the vehicle including the electronics and how to fold the seats. I will definitely return again to purchase another vehicle from him. I greatly appreciate that Brocks customer service was more than just about making the sale. Brock even took time to deliver the vehicle to me.I worked remotely with Brock on securing the sale of the vehicle. On May 31 when I went in to finalize the purchase, I was directed by someone at the dealership to work with Joey on closing the purchase (Brock was with other customers at the time I went in). Joey knew nothing about the vehicle and could not even figure out how to fold the seats or explain to the car fax. Joey also lacked knowledge on navigating the electronic system for signing documentation. I am fairly certain that the service center knew more about how to work this vehicle than Joey did. He tried to pressure me into opting for gap insurance on the vehicle as well even though I was not financing it. If it had not been for Brocks superior customer service, I would have walked away. Joey is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with. After the delivery, I expressed my concerns with Brock and he made sure to connect me with Joe, the sales manager. Brock made sure that Justin (GM) called me as well. My concerns may have fallen on managerial deaf ears, but they did not go unheard by Brock.I will be sending all of my family and friends to Parkway Buick GMC to see Brock to purchase their future vehicles.

I recently purchased a Jeep after talking to Ricky and Mike. I started talking to Ricky via text message/email. He was very thorough and responsive. The process was flawless. He was very professional and understanding with my situation as I was out of town while purchasing the vehicle. I came in to the dealership and met Mike. He was awesome. He made sure I understood everything I was signing. He was very knowledgeable about jeeps and his passion about his own jeeps was amazing. He took time to show me how to use the 4WD and talked me through the features. It was very welcoming and helped me understand what I was buying. It’s my first Jeep and his advice was very helpful. Bailey fueled my car while I was waiting and took extra care to make sure that my car was pulled around to the front to avoid the ice while getting in. There was a winter storm recently in Houston and I had just got into Sherman an hour before picking up my Jeep, I mentioned in passing i was a travel nurse and food delivery was the only real access I had to food at the time. I was worried about being able to get anything since most stores and restaurants were closed. Before I left the “office mom”, I don’t remember her name but she’s great, offered me food to take with me. They treated me like family and really made sure that I was okay. Great people and even greater service. Highly recommended. Very good people.

I spoke with 5 different people throughout the process, the secretary, the salesman, the manager, the used car manager and the finance man. Everyone was amazing. The other sales associates also greeted me and offered drinks while I was waiting. The young man who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable even though he said he hadn’t been doing the job very long. The whole process was very quick and easy. True example of spin the tail to make a sale dealership. Purchased a truck, was promised it’ll be delivered in 2 weeks, I padded another week just to be safe. Turns out it got delivered 7 weeks later.Since the sale was complete, they could care less. The salesman was no where to be found and these guys were making one excuse after another. It’s coming tonight, it’s coming tomorrow to it arrives three and a half weeks after the promised date. When the vehicle arrived, it had a bunch of things that it WASN’T supposed to have. When I pointed it out, they said bring it to them and they’ll take care of it. Really don’t have the time to be fooled again. Clearly they got paid for it so they had the upper hand and what I wanted didn’t really matter.

Our experience was great from the initial phone call for an appointment to picking up the car. This is my mothers car and at 85, she needs to know her car is in great shape. The service writer was diligent about checking on the tire monitor and that was much appreciated. While the car was in for an oil change and a tire monitor, other items were looked at and checked into. We live in the country so it was really nice to have the best car wash that Terrain has had in a year or so. Thank you, Parkway Service
