This is one of my favorite stores in the area. I always get the best customer service every single time I go into the store. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I can’t find something they will go above and beyond to see if another store has it. I highly recommend them.

The young man that was working tonight is always so pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and patient as I ask a bunch of questions. Tonight they did not have what we were looking for but he sent me somewhere else that might. Such great customer service!!! He makes it worth coming back.

Called on the phone to make sure we could go in the store. That said yes, limit 5 in store at one time. We went to store my son picked out a few games. When he went to pay for them he was informed they could not accept cash only card. We drove all that way for nothing register was locked.☹️

This store alone has changed my view of GameStop from negative to positive. Its rare to find people who are so genuinely invested into what theyre selling at retail stores, and the two people Ive dealt with here were super friendly and helpful and knew all about the game I was buying. Theyve been able to quickly answer any questions me or my friends have had. The store is clean and well organized. Ill happily come back to buy games and plushes.

Came in here tonight to look around and see what cool Xbox One X systems they had, plus some games I am looking forward to playing on a different platform. Matthew was very patient and knowledgeable with the answers to my questions. I am fixing to remodel my game room from PC to Xbox since I havent played on that platform since 2014. I look forward to coming in a week or so to buy some great stuff. Thank you for making my visit worth it. I have been in some Gamestops where i will not go back too.

Knowledgeable and generally friendly staff in a store that felt slightly cramped. They really do know their stuff. Would give 5 stars, but both times in recent memory that I have been to GameStop have been after getting frustrated that no one would answer the phone when I called the store (at least 5 tries over an hour) to ask inventory status before wasting the fuel to drive there.

Its the Christmas season and it is busy everywhere. That being said, there were 6 to 7 employees working Saturday December 15th, and watching them play around like kids with keys to the candy store instead of helping their customers, I was actually embarrassed for 1 or 2 of the employees that were actually working at the registers. When my wife asked Tyler how much an unmarked item was, his response was, whatever it rings up, we cant put price tags on everyting, or we would be putting tags on everything all day.There was more issues concerning this particular employee at checkout, but the bottom line is, I am very glad that this is NOT my home town GameStop. Also it feels weird to give one of my favorite businesses to shop at my first negative review.

We have been here a couple times and have had good customer service both time. They have a order online/pick up in store option which is what we do and makes shopping easier.

Ive gotta say that this is the best GameStop that I have ever been to. And, Ive been to plenty. I have never had any problems with customer service. Every time that I go in there, Im always greeted with, Hi! Welcome to GameStop! Anything we can help you with today? The workers are friendly and reliable. If I have a question, I always get an answer from them without any problems. Ive been going to this GameStop for about... 8 years, I believe. If this GameStop had horrible service and a lot of problems, then I wouldnt have stayed with this store. I wouldve changed to a different location. But, I never have because this one blows others out of the water. So, all in all, this GameStop is a 5/5 and the customer service is a 10/10. I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about. They mustve went to a different one and got the towns mixed up. Anyways, thank you, GameStop of Sherman, for all that you have done for me and helped me with. Have a wonderful week.

Got 2 games here at this store, got home tried to download to my xbox and nope neither would download each had its own problem one with a scratch ring all the way around from the cleaning machine Im guessing and the other had a crack around the edge about 1/8 of an inch. Went to Durant store and traded them out. It would have been a little less disappointing if maybe one had a scratch but both games?

I come to this store if Im not able to get what Im looking for at the GameXchange store or Wal-Mart or any other store that carries electronics or game systems and accessories. And if no one else has it, then this store usually does which works out great but its usually more expensive than the other places. But Im willing to pay more since its hard to find. But for other things I always check GameXchange first. The employees are all super nice and friendly and are very helpful with any questions or issues Im having. And the service is usually great Im able to get what Im looking for and leave within a matter of just a few minutes and not have to wait in a long line of people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something that nobody seems to have.

Terrible customer service skills, uninformed employees dont know when a release date is, whats in their inventory, when a new shipment is expected, or how to use their computer to figure it out. Yes fallout 4 releases on the tenth, no I didnt pre-order, if I did why would I be asking when you were going to get more copies in? No Im not coming back at midnight to ask. This store is probably worthy of a 1* but Ill give it some slack being in a small town.

As a regular customer to this gamestop I can say that the atmosphere has changed alot since it first opened. Everyone who works there is really nice and personable. Great customer service, and they make sure u get exactly what u want and leave the store happy. Itd the only place I get my games from and will continue to do so.

Idk what all these people have against this gamestop but they ARE ALL LYING, I have gone to this gamestop for 3 years now and have never had one problem with customer service or anything. If they didnt know an answer they found someone who did and helped me out. They are nice and have always treated me with respect. They were well-informed and always kept me informed of release dates and information about my account, etc. Matt and the guys are the hardest working and nicest people who always take care of their customers. So please ignore the bad things these people are saying and hear me out as well as trust me when I say how great of a place it is. I appreciate all they do and hope more people take the time to give them the credit they deserve.-AJX

The WORST costumer service even imaginable, and special thank you to (315287 employee number) Rebecca for lying about the mistake you made. I just want everyone to know my family and I go to game stop all the time because my younger brother probably like most twelve year old boys loves video games. So Saturday with his christmas money my family went into game stop so he could purchase a GTA V Mega Shark Cash which comes to a total of $108.24 Rebecca asked what gaming system we needed, my brother and my mother proceeded to tell her we need Xbox 360 she was instructed several times on the gaming system needed and somehow still managed to give us the wrong gaming system and thats fine everyone makes mistakes but what is not fine is the fact that she blatantly lied about her mistake!! we spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft game stop and rockstar trying to figure why the card would work for our Xbox 360 my brother was devestated he had waited all year to get this shark card finally after speaking with rockstar they instructed me that it was game stops mistake and that actually they these make these mistakes on a regular basis we were informed by rockstar to call game stop customer service because they are the only ones who could help us. so we did and surprisingly after four hours we thought all had been fixed we were told they would return our money because it was Rebecca mistake. we call back later in the week to the game stop store and we are informed by the DM Camp Murphy informed us (HE WAS THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER TALKED ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE) that there was nothing he could do and nothing he would do accusing us of lying when our whole family was present for the purchase. I never in my life have ever been treated poorly in my life and I will never go back to this game stop or any game stop. I Hope no one else ever has to go through this again !!!!! BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU MAKE PURCHASE FOR ANYTHING AT GAME STOP
