Always a smooth visit.

It took over 20 mins to pump my fuel all 10.5gallons. But the station is so poorly maintained the pump dispensed an additional 1.5gallons onto the ground. So pumps run super slow. The bathroom wreaked of urine and then would barely flush my deposit.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This is another poorly operated gas station that hasnt been maintained since it was purchased by the new foreign owners.

Every time I come here I get told my Kroger points arent on my card which is kind of hard to believe since its the only grocery store I use, I get told every time I have no points only to drive to another shell and use them. The cashier Dhital is rude and acts like she does not want to help. Their debit card thing doesnt work properly and she refuses to assist in any forms to help other than asking if you have cash.

I gave it a 1 because I had to in order for me to be able to rate it....I wish NO stars were an option!I stopped here for gas and a quick car wash while on my way to my mothers neurologist follow-up, she was seriously injured in a car accident 2 months ago. While pumping gas, it gave me the option to pay for my car was and receive $.10 a gallon. After i finished pumping gas, I drove over to the entrance of the car wash only to discover the trash dumpster overflowing with what appeared to be months worth of trash, completely blocking the entrance of the car wash. When I went inside to explain the situation, the cashier went to the back to get another man to assist my needs. Again, I explain that Ive already waisted 10 minutes trying to maneuver into the car wash, that it was impossible due to the trash & that Id gladly pay the difference for car wash discount. The man asked me for my receipt & also asked me to show him what I was talking about pertaining to trash blocking me from getting in. Once we walked over to the car wash entrance, I didnt even have to say anything, he immediately started moving trash bags.....and continued to do so for at least 20 minutes....all while I observe in disbelief... Once again, I try to explain that I had somewhere to be and would be running late if I didnt get on the road soon.. I asked for my receipt & he told me I could have it when he finished & told me to just run over the trash if I didnt want to wait on him to finish.Realizing he wasnt the person I wanted handling this situation, I went back inside and told the cashier that I seriously no longer wanted the car wash & that Id be happy with a refund...and after 10 minutes of explaining that THEIR neglecte was the reason I couldnt use the car wash that Id paid for and that the right thing to do was refund my money, since Id clearly stated Id gladly pay the difference in gas.. This, also got me nowhere.Shortly, 15 minutes or so, into this conversation with the cashier, the man that was outside moving trash around came back inside. Again, I repeated that I hadnt just changed my mind on the car wash and reminded them that theyd blocked the entrance with bags of garbage.....and much to my surprise, the man whod spent nearly 30 minutes moving trash and ignoring my refund request starts yelling at me...calling me a liar and saying the entrance to the car wash was never blocked...As if that wasnt enough, he followed me to the parking lot with his camera..as Id I were the one in the wrong...things escalated quickly. Needless to say, being a 30 year old female... I didnt feel comfortable alone with this man in my face and the way he come at me in the parking lot made me feel threatened.. So, I was on the phone with the police before I ever made it back to my truck.Apparently, this isnt anything new at this particular Shell business and Im not the first woman (or person) whod felt threatened in such a hostile environment.Never again will I give my business to a Shell store, this store has ruined it for all of them!

Seriously teach the idiots how to do the gas points every time I go here the female who is a cashier today April 5th 2019 acted like she had never done it. Whats the point of having Kroger points when I cant use them.

Filthy place. The entire store smells like a toilet., there are no paper towels or soap in the ladies room and they serve food here. I was appalled.

Terrible service let me start with my first visit, i had just given a guy a ride home his car was broke down, i dropped him off at his house and he shook my hand (Im a germaphobe) i had to wash my hands and this was the first place i seen so i pulled in btw they had no soap :/, i got out of my truck and there was a lady with a busted eye and the clerk wouldnt help so i called the cops and tried to help. my visit there today was even less appealing... i had pulled in because my tuck was smoking i got out and it was on fire i went in and asked for a fire extinguisher the guy behind the counter was as useless as teats on a bore hog... he wasnt even at the counter and the store had 3 people shopping, i yelled for him and asked for a fire extinguisher he proceeds to tell me I dont think its to code and he says i dont think it will work (NOR DID HE SHUT OFF THE PUMPS, HE COULD HAVE GOT SOME ONE KILLED) so i leave and sprint to Walmart, couldnt get any help there, by the time i got back there was a passer by putting my truck out... the fire department and police showed up and looked at it and left, my sister was just getting off work so i got her to come wait with me, she goes in the store and comes back, about ten minutes later the dummy comes out side and gets in my sisters face, i tell him i dont like how hes talking to my sister so he gets in my face and Im not one for confrontation so him and her are arguing when he proceeds to touch my sister, i tried to get between them because he had made me mad long story short he leaves and calls the cops and now Im not allowed back on the property (i just dont know what ill do XD) I WOULD ADVISE EVERY ONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP

Tried to get gas at this station. Wouldnt take the card. Had to go inside and tell me go use the pump to pay and the pump said see cashier. Bad customer service.

During our long family road trip we stopped here to air up a tire. My husband got change for a dollar from the cashier for the air machine only to discover it doesnt work. When he told the cashier the cashier said he couldnt help him because the manager wasnt there. He asked if he could get his dollar back and the cashier called him a liar, accused him of trying to get a free dollar, cussed him out, and even went as far as to threaten to punch my husband. All of this madness over one dollar. Bottom line we paid for a service and didnt receive the service we paid for. This place is terrible for stealing our money and we definitely wont be stopping here anymore.

Was just in there using the restroom and the cashier comes banging on the door saying its a public restroom and not everyone can 💩 in 10 min or less I come out told me he just lost a sale and he told me to never come back which if fine by me

$6 for basic carwash and the car is still filthy

Dirty. Disgusting. Never once do they have paper towels filled by the pumps. They dont even try.

Gas station. Dirtiest, stinkiest, nastiest bathrooms!! Ugh! So gross! You can smell the mens room when you walk thru the front door :[

My family and I purchased gas, and 1 energy drink. 2 employees assaulted me in the parking lot for allegedly stealing sunglasses that my wife wore inside. They stole my drink, shut off the pump after $8 of the $30 I purchased. So I called the cops and maybe Trump can finally get rid of some worthless foreigners.

Nothing the guy running the store was fondeling himself in the bathroom. Place was gross
