Took F350 in for Tx DOT inspection, they said we needed back breaks. My hubby asked service Gal how much, she said 85.00, with us getting our own brake pads. We have a receipt time stamped @ 1.28, and they were done by 3, but yet charged us 125.00 per hr for 3hrs, the math don’t add up and neither does the cost of repair, we felt like we were robbed today by Graham

STAY AWAY. THEY JUST WANT TO DRAIN YOUR WALLET!!! Truck brakes locked up twice today. After tapping on the break paddle they release. I told the shop this. They come back with need break adjusters. I talk to my mechanic along with posting on face book everyone said it’s the quick release valve or the foot valve. So I go tell the mechanic he didn’t want to hear any of that. So I explained what it did again he looked confused and said “I’m lost then”. But he didn’t want to take any advise. He said let’s put this on see what happens after that. He puts them on goes for a test drive wich by then I almost said let me pay and get out of here wasting my time. But anyway let him go. He comes back shop says truck is fixed. Not even 25 miles down to nearest truck stop breaks lock up again. I wasn’t surprised at all tho. Hope I can limp to a real shop in the morning.

For the last 2.5 years Graham International has been great, but that ended today. I have 2 Ford F350 trucks both have Federal DOT Inspections and other work. Today I needed a TEXAS DOT Inspection and was told that I needed brakes on the dually wheels. I said I would take it home and replace the pads myself. Then ask what the charge would be to replace the pads ( just two wheels no rotors just pads) $85.00 is what I heard. I went to OReilys to get the pads ( $61.93). Graham International spent only two hours on the job and then charge me $378.00 3 hours of labor. I call the service manager Mike and question the charge. I was told this was the book rate. I said yes but not on a one ton pickup. I then call Bob Utter Ford and was told $190.00 for pads and rotors. I then called Mike and related this information. Mike said he talked to Holiday Ford in Whitesbore, Tx. I called Holiday Ford and ask the question. I was told just for rear pads labor was $178.00. Now who is the cheat and liar. They have lost my business for now on.

WHERE IS THE MINUS STARS? 10-12-18 TOOK A 4300 INTERNATIONAL FOR SOME OVER HEATING ISSUES. 1.5 HOURS INTO THE JOB THE TECH HAD LOOKED AT IT & GONE FOR A 30 MILE DRIVE. I SPOKE TO HIM DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM & HE HAD NOT EVEN PRESSURE TESTED THE CAP. HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING EXCEPT FOR MILKING THE CLOCK SO I STOPPED HIM. I WENT TO LEAVE & SAW THE MGR. I STOPPED HIM & EXPLAINED MY CONCERNS. HE GOT HIS MGMT CREW TOGETHER. THEY WERE MAKING PRIVATE JOKES TO EACH OTHER & SNICKERING. THE SERVICE MGR TOLD ME YOU DONT UNDERSTAND YOU ARE JUST RUNNING WARM, YOU ARE NOT OVER HEATING ITS RUNNING AS EXPECTED YOUR THERMOSTAT DOES NOT EVE OPEN UP TILL 230- WE IN THE SUMMER IT BOILS OUT THROUGH THE OVER FLO. MY THERMOSTAT OPENS AT 180+ & THE AUXILIARY FAN KICKS IN AT 213 SO I AM OVER HEATING . FROM HIS LOGIC THE THERMOSTAT OPENS AT 230 THE IF MY FAN COMES ON AT 213 THEN THE FAN WOULD NEVER LET THE SYSTEM REACH TEMP IF IT COOLS IT DOWN BEFORE THE THERMOSTAT OPENS UP. COOLANT LEAKING FROM THE RESERVOIR IS IN FACT THE VERY DEFINITION OF OVER HEATING. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ATTEMPT TO DIAGNOSE A SYSTEM WHERE MGMT DOES NOT KNOW THE MACHINE THE TECH NEVER PRESSURE TESTED THE SYSTEM OR EVEN THE CAP. IT WAS UP TO TEMP WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN SO WHY ARE WE DRIVING AROUND FOR 40+ MINUTES? @ 126.00 PER HOUR YOU NEED TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE NOT JUT RUN UP A TAB. I WAS GUARANTEED IT WOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN AN HOUR. IT TOOK 1.5 TO GET NO WHERE. I WOULD HAVE STOPPED IT BUT THE TECH WAS OFF RUNNING ERRANDS OR SOMETHING. SAID HE NEVER MADE IT HALF WAY TO BELLS WELL GRAHAM TO BELLS IS 14 MILES BUT THERE WAS 28+ MILES ON THE TRUCK SO WHAT WAS THIS GUY DOING FOR 40 MINUTES? AT THE END OF THE DAY I WAS TOLD IT COULD BE THE RADIATOR OR THE TRANSMISSION. OR SOMETHING IN BETWEEN. HELL I CAN GUESS FOR FREE BUT TO PAY 126.00 HR TO HAVE THEM GUESS WAS A JOKE. THE GM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & I WILL ADMIT I WAS NOT. THEIR SERVICE MGMT TEAM SNICKERING & TELLING ME I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WAS BOLD. IF YOU ARE GONNA BE COCKY & DISMISSIVE AT LEAST BE RIGHT ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. TELLING ME I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT OVERHEATING & RUNNING WARM ARE WAS WHEN I REALIZED I WAS TALKING TO IGNORANCE. 5 GUYS IN A ROOM TELLING ME I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN THE TEMP FACTS PRESENTED EARLIER PROVE MY POINT, WELL THAT WAS AGGRAVATING TO SAY THE LEAST. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ALLOW THEM THAT OPPORTUNITY. RE- RESPONSE : NOTICE HE NEVER ADDRESSES THE TEMP ISSUE OF THE THERMOSTAT. ACCORDING TO THEIR LOGIC THE THERMOSTAT WOULD NEVER OPEN UP. NOW IF YOUR MACHINE LEAKS COOLANT FROM THE OVERFLOW RESERVOIR, YOU IN FACT ARE OVER HEATING & IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED! AS TO 80 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, PEOPLE SAY IT ALL THE TIME WE HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR X# OF YEARS. YEARS OF DOING SOMETHING DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO BE THERE & IN THIS CASE ALL IT MEANS IS YOU HAVE LEARNED TO TAKE THE MONEY WITH OUT DOING THE JOB.45 MINUTES OF TELLING ME I DONT UNDERSTAND & I ENDED THE LITTLE MEETING. THERE WAS IN FACT SNICKERING. THE GOOD OLE BOYS WERE ACTING LIKE TEENAGERS.THE CONCEPT OF A THERMOSTAT OPENING UP WAS BEYOND THEIR ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND.

Had a great experience with this group. I have a 2013 Prostar that had real problems with the EGR cooler. Had it fixed in St Joesph, MO and it got me about 500 miles down the road before it blew up, Again.... and thats how I ended up in Sherman TX. Tim the service manager worked with me and got my truck into the shop, and not only fixed what the other shop could not fix but they also replaced my instrument cluster and fixed my braking problem. Recommend Graham International in Sherman TX to anyone that has problems with their Semi Truck. Want to send out a special Thanks to Joey = he is the mechanic that worked on my truck. Tim
