Generally, the product is good. However, it would be nice if insulated containers could be used on delivery order so that the ice cream does not arrive melted, even on a 5 minute drive time.

Love it!! Cotton candy flavor with choco chip, roasted almonds and hot fudge. Flavor is just right.

Ice cream is good but the women took my order while she was on the phone and got the signature recipe completely wrong. Only two of the items were actually included in the cup she gave me. If i’m going to pay $8 for ice cream please get it right.

Came in with my wife to get ice cream in the evening, there were 2 ladies in there and they were very rude. They were making snickering comments to each other right in front of us the whole time. We almost decided to just leave but we were craving ice cream so bad. Safe to say we will never be going back here again. Sad because we have always loved cold stone ice cream.

Customer service was not good, the lady working had an attitude/uptight. I did not tip her because she could have been more friendly.

Terrible employees. My girlfriend dropped her ice cream while we were checking out. They just stared. When we asked where the napkins were... not a word. Ignored us. No one was in line other than us. I went back to the beginning and ordered her another one. They acted like they didnt see anything. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Neither employee working washed their hands, one was wearing gloves but did not change them between making food and cashing someone out. The other woman working did not wear any gloves at all or wash her hands even after handling cash.

Ive always enjoyed good ice cream, but today the horrible customer service just made my visit lousy. The lady (not young) behind the counter was on her Air buds having a phone call when we walked. The entire time she waited on is and checked us out the call never ended. I never was sure if she was talking to my wife and I or her caller. Was not about ordering something, it was personal. What has happened to good customer service?

Love how the mix the ice cream toppings on the stone slab! Friendly service. Pretty quick getting the orders made for you. Parking is not the greatest but that is to be expected at a busy shopping center.

Ice cream is exceptional but way overpriced. The staff was courteous and helpful, environment is good, clean, cute . I bought 2 ice cream bowls and spent almost $20! Be prepared.

Went in with family but my stomach was upset so I just wanted water. Nope dont sell/give away water on ice--only in the bottle. Son asked for a shake. Nope blender is down. Only one out of 4 that went in and got what they wanted was the 2 1/2 year old.

The website offers an allergen chart. Have a serious allergy to wheat/gluten. The older lady who works here did not have 3 of the GF soy free options I requested. And then suggested a flaver that has both soy and wheat according to nutritional chart!Incompetence. Re-training is necessary at this store.

Went into the cold stone near Buffalo Wild Wings off the 75. Unfortunately I️t is not listed online but my fiancé and I️ went in and both got the same ice cream. We got back home and she had found a hair in her ice cream so we drive back and the two girls behind the counter were very unwilling to give us a refund. They did not offer an apology and the manager on the phone sounded like she was unwilling to give us a refund back. Very bad customer service and will definitely not go back.

My husband and I went to dinner and wanted to swing by to get ice cream after. We stopped in and as soon as I walked in I was told they couldn’t mix anything in the ice cream. The slab was defrosted so i could only buy regular ice cream. They still had 35 mins left before they closed. The whole reason for going to Coldstone is to get mix-ins. When i mentioned something about having 35 mins left the girl behind the counter was rude and told me the slab was on a timer. Why put it on a timer for before you close!?!? Not worth it!

Great ice cream and great people. Mixed one wrong, but immediately and happily made another. We will be back.

They have the most delicious ice cream and freshly made cones and so many different toppings to choose from!! OMG its always soooo good when I go there!! It is a little bit expensive for ice cream, but oh man its so good and worth every penny once u try their ice cream!!! I just love going there every now and then with my kids and having some ice cream. Its always fun and tastes amazingly good! Lol I recommend it to anyone that likes ice cream and sweets lol its usually always easy to get in and order what u want and then sit down or go outside and enjoy ur self. They have fast and great service and the employees are all very nice. Its just a fun little place to take ur kiddos or family for a little sweet treat :)

Waited up front for like 15 mins, till someone came up. After making noises and yelling torwards the back. After calling someone cane from the back. After taking my order 3 more people came up front. Slow service, dont pay attention to the costumers
