Great job this week on power outages! We had been without electricity for several hours, multiple times over multiple days. When had everything using propane running trying to keep house warm. We had pipes freeze and break. Last thing we needed was to run out of propane, but it happen. I did not expect to have a truck out for a couple days. The service man showed up within 2 hours and got us going again! Then a truck showed up about 4 hours later and filled our tank! Excellent service on a bad weather day! Thanks for your speedy service.

Douglas Distributing is an excellent company. They always go above and beyond for their customers and today was no different. Sean Candy came out in this crazy weather to make sure we had a full propane tank. We can’t think him enough. We appreciate all they do. The Douglas family should be proud to have him on their team.

Terrible customer service. Twice now they made my family wait up to two weeks for our propane. This last time, my mother called to confirm their delivery and ensure them that we had all the money and still.. no show. Then when she called to complain, my mom got a PERSONAL PHONE CALL from Rebecca Conrad in the propane department, trying to start an altercation with her. Very unprofessional and no sympathy for the fact that we have a 3 year old girl at home in this weather. And for the record, it cost us less to go with Trenton Propane, get a new tank and fill, than compared to Douglass giving us a refill. We had been a customer with DD for over 9 years and this is how they chose to treat their customers. Once I called to make a formal complaint about the inapproprite phone call, BRAD DOUGLASS told me not to call again and that he does not want our business. Therefore this company obviously condones, teaches, and encourages this kind of customer service. We will gladly take our money where we are treated with respect, this company should be ashamed.

Solid customer service. Barry went out of his way fill and empty tank after hours. Went out of his way when he didn’t have to.
