Great store to go to normally, but clearly not enforcing any mask mandate. Multiple families not wearing masks and no employees doing anything about it.

Clean store. Friendly staff. This is my go to store over Freddys, Walmart, or Safeway. Been shopping here since they opened, many years. Great prices on most items.

The Target in Sherwood, OR is my preferred store. They always have what I need in stock and everyone that works there is an absolute delight!

Customer service and products. Today while stopping in for some basic items and a table cloth I was near the curtains not finding what I needed and asked a nearby associate, Joshua, where table cloths could be found. Not only did he know just where to find them he actually walked me down to that aisle when he could have just pointed me in the right direction. Either way would have worked for me, but having worked in retail before this is always a step I consider as great customer service, especially these days. Once I found what I was looking for I ended up back in the area Joshua was working and because he had been so helpful before asked him the best way to get a 7x10 rug to the front if I wanted to purchase it. He automatically walked me back to where the rug was and said it would be no problem for him to get it to the front for me. He then waited until I was finished checking out and then loaded it in to my car. While Im fully physically capable of executing all of the loading and unloading and I have no doubt Joshua knew that as well, it was nice to have it all taken care of so efficiently. His attention and assurance that it was no problem at all coupled with his great attitude on an early Friday morning was a stand out experience in customer service and probably the reason I spent about $250 more than planned :) Joshua is the kind of employee you want representing your store.

Good target store but parking lot needs cleanup

The young man who checked us out was delightful!! We had a great time with him. While I was waiting for my daughter to get her merchandise another young man, on his way to work with giving out shopping carts, stopped and complemented me on the mask I was wearing. We had a hilarious exchange, his mask was adorable also. These two young men made my day!! Still making me smile 3 days later!

My friends and i used to always come here to hangout before we could drive. It’s always so clean and very welcoming :)))

SO easy, so convenient and safe! I ordered last minute gifts and treats in the morning and I was quickly notified that the order was ready for pick-up. I love that I just had to arrive sometime in the next few days! No time window, no stress. Easy peasy!!!

They dont pick up their phone. I called guest service three times, it rang for 3 minutes before their system automatically disconnected the calls.

My order came specifically with gift cards. Target cancel my items and charged me the gift cards.

The team member who helped me out was so courteous and very helpful. This is not the first time I encountered this sweet lady. The last time I was in a few months ago, I thought I had lost my phone in the store. She suggested calling it and was so accomodating in letting me use her phone to do so. Turns out it was in the restroom, and someone heard my (awesome Wonder Woman) ringtone and brought it out. Such a wonderful representation of customer service. I find the Sherwood Target to be a pleasant place to shop.

When I heard they have the collectible Pusheen stuffies in stock I rushed there as fast as I could. So happy I picked it up :)

Target is a clean, well-stocked place to shop. The employees are generally helpful and friendly. I might find better prices in another store. But, the overall experience at Target is worth it.

This week I came into target searching for a Keyboard and Mouse in preparation for this COVID online school year. I was instantly helped by a nice handsome young man by the name of Hunter. He seemed to knwo exaclty what I was looking for instantly. Its the employees like these that assure confidence in the shopper. Here at the Sherwood target you are guarenteed to be helped by a wonderful staff member such as Hunter.

I have a strange emotional bond to this Target store. I moved here 4 years ago from St. Petersburg, FL and in Pinellas Park, FL there is a Target store that is set up IDENTICAL to this one. The first time I walked in I was feeling very homesick for FL and I cried because it was like deja vu! Strange thing about this store is that 4 years later it still has that effect on me. I havent cried except for that first time, but it makes me feel like home, even though OR is so clearly home for me now.THAT said yall, it is SO clean here, the staff is incredibly friendly AND they seem to have better stock than the other 2 stores that are nearby to me. I LOVE this Target.The last time I was here, I dropped in for a quick return and the customer service guy that helped me had such a funny, witty, sense of humor and it was unexpected and refreshing. I believe his name was Justin.However, this is my new store. 100%. I LOVE the Dollar Spot and for whatever reason, the stock they have is always FAR better than my former store.Anywho, thanks for being my Target home away from home, but now in my new home.

Had a little trouble with the service center upon initial arrival, being treated poorly and not having our needs met, but Logan stepped in and completely took care of us. He was on duty watching the front register area, and was multi tasking extremely well while helping us out. Definitely a great worker with top notch customer service skills.

The only reason I am giving such a low star rating is based on my online experience. I am a very dedicated in-store purchaser. I love the store and staff at the location on SW Hall Blvd in Portland, OR. I recently made a purchase of some mens sandals I saw in store and bought a tank top to bring my total up to the Free 2 day UPS shipping option. My order was split in two packages. The first part, the tank top, arrived on time and the other item, which was the item I shopped for originally, was attempted for delivery by a local UPS driver. The driver knocked so quietly and not who a human being should knock at a door, I didnt even hear it. But by the time I got to the balcony, they had driven away. So the package went to a local UPS Access Point. So, based on the hours, who knows when I will get it. I called Target and nothing could be done except to resend my order UPS 2 day for free and give me a $5 gift card. First and only time I will be ordering online.Since my review went up, someone responded and I was assured that my experience made an impact and that my opinions mattered. I just might start ordering online after all....#oldschoolshopper

Tyler needs to work on his customer service skills and do his job instead of telling me he didnt have time to wipe the puddles of liquid off the belt before I put the clothing on it. That was absolutely the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. I would have liked to have wiped it up with Tylers face.

Very disappointed! I waited over a week to get my pick up and I use public transportation. I purchased a kiss nail kit and was excited as I had been waiting. By the time I get home and open the package the glue was dried up! I was so unhappy. And the powder container lid was loose luckily it has a cover inside! Now I have to make another trip 4 buses thank you just to make an in store purchase for something I bought online. Thanks target and kiss.

Im giving Target a low rating because they dont value their employees there. Tony was the cashier who assisted me with checking out and shared that he has been standing for a long time with no break. Target, value your employees more and give them the breaks they need and earned. They are human beings and not robots. I asked where the manager was and Tony had no idea where.

Great atmosphere. Nice and bright and employees take a lot of time to keep it organized and clean. I always spend more than I intended. 😂

The selection here is different than available near my home so a favorite stop when Im in the area. Polite, helpful staff in a sparkling clean store.

Target had what I needed and the service was very prompt and pleasant

This is a review about the drive-up pick-up service specifically. It took 18 minutes and three attempts for the employee to bring me the correct brand and box size of the diapers I ordered. I could have taken my 5 month old out of the car and done the shopping myself in less time! The whole reason I tried the pick-up service was to avoid having to take my baby out of the car. In the end, I went into the store to speak to the manager, but the manager never came out to speak to me and I finally left because you can’t just wait around when you have a baby with you! I’m so disappointed in this service.

This team of people are the most dedicated focused individuals so kind they work so hard to keep a clean safe store God bless all of you🌹🌹🌹🌹

Target is supreme. I love that they have everything I need and want. Our local Target has a some older adults who work checkout, and I think they provide superior customer service.

A group of maybe college aged people came in while I was shopping, and they seemed not to be causing any issues as far as I could tell. While I was shopping nearby them, an employee went out of their way to ask them loudly and angrily what there business was in the store. She then continued to follow them around. It was super confrontational for no reason, and I could tell it was unwarranted because the kids in the group seemed hurt. If this location will profile students that are my kids’ age because they think they don’t have money or are disruptive just for shopping, I don’t want to shop here anymore.

Friendliness of Team Members is why Sherwood Target is my fav. Always clean and well organized with a knowledgeable staff.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Target has been a leader in health and safety standards for their customers. I have been able to find everything I need and have felt safe while shopping at Target.

Tried online order w/drive up pickup for the 1st time today. I was notified 16 min after placing the order that it was ready for pickup, even though the site had said it could take up to 2 hrs. The notice also had a button to click when I was on my way, & asked what style / color of car Id be in so they could watch for me. My phone notified them when I pulled in, & my order was brought out within 2-3 minutes! A quick scan of a code on my phone (to confirm it was my order), & it was loaded up. Then we were done. This was really cool, especially since I was picking up a heavy piece of furniture. Thanks Target!

It is very clean and smells nice. It has good lighting and is well stocked. You can find unique items here that arent in other stores. It also has a large parking lot.

Love Target, and especially the dollar section at the front of the store! Such cute stuff!I had to return a Christmas tree for the 2nd time in 3 days. Brenda was so amazing! She went above and beyond!! She made sure I got to take home an even better tree than Id paid for so I wouldnt have to wait for one to ship and arrive next week; and so we could get home and get it decorated. The first 2 trees had been faulty. A++ for service for Brenda at the Sherwood Target on 12/3-12/4. She took great care of me, and I really appreciated her patience, helpfulness and goodwill!!

This is my local Target, a very nice one indeed. They just added a grocery section, so now its even more of a one-stop spot. Good prices, decent location. The clientele is your usual suburbanites, but theyre not too bad.

This is my go-to Target store. One of my favorite things about it is that everything looks organized and clean. This store has a Starbucks in it, but like most Targets, this one smells like popcorn, especially toward the front of the store. However, I never see anyone eating popcorn. One of the best times to go to Target is just after Christmas, when all the cards and other holiday items are 90 percent off.

We always seem to be there too late in the evening to get treated with common courtesy. With the exception of Saturday night we had a seasoned cashier that was a target vet. The electronics department is not knowledgeable in the products at all. Other than that great selections and better prices than Fred Meyer.

I love this target, its choose enough to be convenient but its never crowded and theres always plenty of parking. Almost feel like I shouldnt advertise it or people might start crowding it. As for usual target store attributes it is exactly as it should be. 5 stars for being an easy shopping experience in a big box environment.

Its Target...Theyre all just about the same wherever you go. Im giving this one 5 stars because check-out is a breeze with the new self check-out option. Some can be more visually appealing than others. This is one of those.

Guest services went above and beyond. Wanted to exchange nonfunctional item but same item was out of stock so they gave the next model up.

Cleanest, most organized and kindest (and knowledgeable) staff from all the Target stores Ive been in. They also have a lot of promotions and price reductions not seen in other stores.So long as they keep it like this, Ill continue to go.I just want them to have more promotions on their video game sections, and itd me perfect for a gamer geek like me!

I just love Target, and they have great employees who are actually able to answer my questions. It also seems like thier employee turn around rate is very low. Some of them have worked there since the store first opened.

They refused to price match because walmarts price was too low for them. It goes against what their price match policy says online. If you cant trust them to do something simple like that, good luck trying to return something. It seems to me that they just pick and choose which policies to follow and which ones not to. Shop elsewhere and buy from a company that you know will have integrity and you can trust.

This Target is just ok. The employees are not helpful, friendly, or even polite. But stuff is usually in stock. There is a new make up specific employee who was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

You have to love this store because it is typical of other Target stores. There is nothing special about the store, but if you are a fan then you will be satisfied. Lots of parking available with plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

I enjoy the wide spacious isles and the bright attractive displays. The workers are always nice. I like getting 5% off with my red card and using the carwheel app.

Always a quick in and out at this target location. There is a lot of parking and it is all located very near the entrance. There are always plenty of associates on hand to help you find what you need and to get you through checkout promptly.

Its easy to do and you can have your product within a few hours...even better then a few days.

Employee was being disrespectful, me and my girlfriend and her sister went into target because they were looking for lipstick they found what they were looking for and they both got three lipsticks because the sign said 2.50 let lipstick so they took advantage of it. Once we were checking out they rung out to be 4.99 instead of the 2.50. We asked a worker by the name of Debbie that they were ringing up at 4.99 but the sign said they were 2.50 instead of price matching it and then going to change the sign she told us well they have never been under 4.99 so yeah my girlfriends sister told her she better go change the sign because its false advertisement and the lady just stood there. We werent the only ones having problems other customers were too and they were leaving things because they were ringing up more than they were marked as. Overall the employee Debbie was rude and they other employees were good. Shout outs to Whitney for doing the price match for us.

Every time I have come to a Target, I have always had wonderful service and help no matter what I was looking for, just like Sat. eve.the 13th of October. I found was I was looking for a single burner hot plate by Oster. I had been to Costco a few days before and couldnt find a single burner, so asked a lady doing a demo. She said she got hers at Target for $19.99, so couple days later I found one. So happy. I have a very small living quarters and have no stove or oven, so this well be perfect. Thanks Target. :)

Small selection of baby clothes. I just wanted a cute dress for easter and there were only 4 to choose from. It was clean and kept up tho.

Long time in line and finally a second person showed up. Nice to have the option to pick up without spending time going through the whole store to look for the item.

Really great people, and compared to other Targets~It is super clean. You dont have to worry about running over all the clothes/shoes on the floor (like other Targets). Target in general, however, should really consider how their racks are spaced. Its a pain to tryíng to push the cart thru the clothes sections!

I have been going to this Target for years. The store is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to find help in the technology departments.

Jessie- he was working and found my daughters iPad. Somehow like an idiot she left it sitting in the playhouse there- by the time I realized it we were frantically running around the store. Jessie saw us and overheard me yelling about the iPad. He said he’d placed it in customer service for us. I can’t thanks him enough and he’s an amazing trustworthy employee. He could have just stolen it!!! Can’t thank Jessie enough. I should have asked for his last name. Also- mikey (female) at the service counter was great help. My daughter also lost her jacket in the store that day (bad day) but Mikey took my number. Then when she found it the next day, actually called me and held it for me. So happy and grateful for Sherwood Target team members!!

This target is pretty far out for people who live in Beaverton or Portland, but I have found the best selection of products is at this target. If something was being launched, i had called everywhere near town. This would be the only one that has it. So, try it sometime! Just call first.

Knocked off one star just because it seems to always be really busy! So parking lot feels a bit cramped. But it is otherwise a fine Target.
