Good overall, your man knew his job well. I had an unusual battery, but he knew without looking it up what I needed. Lucky I had enough cash on me though, found out after purchase began that you dont take checks. Also, need a sign a little easier to see from the frontage road, while driving traffic, hard to see your place from there without slowing down and looking.

Ive had good luck the past 10 year or so but the quality has gone down as much as the prices have gone up. They just tested a battery for me last week and said it was bad; charged me a little over $100 to replace a less than 2 year old battery that had a 6 year warranty (so much for warranty). Battery was fine, it was the starter.On another vehicle they had to order the battery (group 34, pretty standard). It took a month to get it in and Im having issues with it 3 months later. 2 stars because at least most of the people/service are decent.

Had more things than I needed if you know what I mean. Left with more items than I was going for...

This place was great. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately. I had a bad battery and brought it in to replace it. Instead of letting me pay full price the gentleman helping me offered me a blemished battery; it had a scuff on the casing. This battery ended up cutting my cost in half and came with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend this place to anyone over going somewhere like Auto Zone or OReillys for car battery needs.

Bought battery in Nov, worked fine as long as weather is above freezing. Since temp dropped below freezing now, got to a jump to start. Take battery back 2 morning later, they tested and battery was good and they want replace. Im trying to explain to the guy that yeah is good now because its been driven and running for past here. They want replace or buy battery back so I can get another one.

Sold me a bad battery I wrongfully assumed was tested and working . This resulted in me being stranded twice over the next week and spending $200 on a starter I didnt need. Spend a little more money and go to someone reliable. Maybe someone who bothers to test their blemished box batteries before pushing them out the door

Yesterday iset up a online purchase of a mega tron plus MTP 65 for $119.99 plus a $15.00 install fee total of $ 134.99. I get to Fire Stone this am and Im told the battery is now $154.99 plus 15.00 install few. Im a widowed senior who lives on a fixed income. I count my pennys real seriously. I feel like I was just totally ripped off. This is just all wrong to take advantage of a old woman like me!

If I could give that establishment no stars, I would. I bout an interstate battery in Sept. and the battery went dead in Dec. I took the battery to get tested, tested alternator, & pulled check on battery while vehicle was turn off. @ autozone and they informed me it was bad, so I take the battery back to interstate they tell me it’s good just needs to charged, so after the third time the of these Bozos lying saying that battery was good I took the battery to Firestone & they tested the battery with a interstate battery tester, & and printed out a slip saying the battery needs to be replaced, the guy at interstate is still trying to tell me it’s something wrong with my vehicle. So after a fourth time of dealing with these guys I got a free replacement, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESES GUYS....!

Bought a used car and several months later the battery wouldnt hold a charge. Noticed it was an Interstate Battery about 1-1/2yrs old. Took it to this place and without question they replaced it with a brand new battery. With warranty service like that, Ill buy Interstate Batteries from them from now on.
