First installation was in wrong location, that cost about $300, relocation also incorrect even though photos were provided, then the height was too low for my vehicle, so they added a newspaper bin to raise the mailbox, final cost for this mailbox was $1,000…..at no point did the owner attempt to own his mistakes. $1000 mailbox. Two stars because they were otherwise very polite nice folks…

Outstanding customer service! Took my very old (same brand) mailbox and attached paperbox since it had been slightly smashed and I had broken the key off in the lock and couldnt get in.They took care of me right away. He had to drill out the door in order to open the box and remove the paperbox. Let me tell you it took quite a bit to open the mailbox - a real testament to its security!We decided to keep the paper box so he straightened it out and it mounted right on a new mail box. They put some real quality house numbers on it, a extra set of key blanks and I was on my way.Very friendly and helpful people.Plus, the new mailbox fit perfectly onto my metal post and bracket and it had an updated, even more secure mail drop. Highly recommended.

Would suggest anyone to use Mailbox Solutions, they have been very informative in letting us know what to expect. We had kind of a complicated problem replacing a mailbox with peculiar sizing and needs, and finally found Mailbox Solutions after a few months of reviewing options. Im so glad we did. The ordering was easy, delivery very quick, and the customer service part of it was flawless from the first discussion to the follow up after we installed. Having the push button lock is also very secure and makes it all easier to manage. No more keys to give out (and lose). Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again.

Mailbox Solutions made it so easy to arrange our new, locking mailbox! Id been procrastinating getting this done because I was worried about the time and materials to install a more sturdy post.
