Due to the situation of our nation with da virus I was asked to work remotely from my company. I had to ship some items out (over 40 to be precise) and the team was incredibly helpful!! They helped me get envelopes labeled appropriately, and helped me literally put the stickers on, and close up my packages. I greatly appreciate it, and she had constantly mentioned how I seemed less stressed, and that was her goal. Wow. Great service at this spot. Highest recommendation. Appreciate the support in a crazy time.

A Wonderful employee at this location in Sherwood named Liz Yelp I believe. She helped me design a flyer for a very important project Im involved with called Luggage of Love. Helping women out of domestic violence. I was unsure of how to proceed but she came to my rescue and designed a beautiful well thought out professional flyer for me. She put her heart into this project . Because of Liz this project will be a success. She is very talented and will use her and her talents in future projects. Thankyou Liz for all your thoughtful and generous care in this important project. I know it was very time consuming for you besides doing your other work duties you found the time to help me. Very much appreciated, we need more caring employees like you....

UPS Store Sherwood is absolutely outstanding customer service. I do all my shipping through them locally. They are very good at juggling the transnational velocity they face there, and balancing that out with setting proper expectations. I highly recommend them.

They are severely under staffed. Their owner should be aware of this and hire the appropriate number of staff. One or two people almost every time Im in. Extremely long wait times (20-30 minutes) even when there were multiple people here. Seems like the computers are extra ordinarily show because the staff are always starting at them for excessive lengths of time. I feel bad for the staff. Its not their fault.

I had an unexpected experience where important documents were not picked up and I was anxious to get them back. I called the store and they were very attentive and put me at ease. I had the documents back in my hands within a week. Great customer service and efficiency!

Fantastic service. Especially with the woman who helped with my printing project ( Lisa? She always say “darlin”I’m sorry I forgot her name. She went above and beyond. Just had a very rude girl answer the phone and tell me that even though I paid extra for my package to be held at the location since I am out of town it has to be picked up before next Monday which I cannot do since Im out of town. Instead of trying to find a solution or help me in any way, she told me I would have to deal with the corporate office. The quality of service at UPS has gone way down and I dont see myself using them unless Im forced to.

Always wondered why the cost was more at the store then the online calculator said. Found out today, they add 2 to each dimension taken of your package.The manager argued that they are trained by UPS to do this as your package could expand if they put something heavy on it.I called two other locations and they said they do not add to the package dimensions.I called UPS corporate and they are filling a complaint against the store on my behalf. They said they do not allow them to add to the dimensions of a package.Very unethical and possibly unlawful.

Youll be treated professionally as long as the owner doesnt get involved...The staff knows what theyre doing. The owner on the other hand....Not so much. I brought in print prototypes for a $10,000 rebranding project Im doing for a client in Portland.Knowing the importance of my project, the staff used the best printer in the shop to give me a color accurate prototype.I returned a couple of days later to get an additional prototype printed. The owner insisted I they use a cheaper in shop printer which produced less than desirable results.When I explained the loss in print quality, he said he didnt want to take the time to make adjustments because printing off $75.00 worth of envelopes was far more important than accommodating a professional customer who HAD been using his business for years.Ive been willing to overlook the custom pricing model ALL of Sherwood knows he uses when personally dealing with customers, but to be so short-sided as to blow off a long-term customer just shows the new low this man stoops to make a buck.Thanks again...Mark is your name? For blowing off another customer, so they can take their business elsewhere.

I used to love this UPS store, but lately I have had repeated issues with them taking my Amazon returns either without correctly labeling them or not actually sending them to Amazon. Ive been charged twice by Amazon for not returning items that I did in fact return to this UPS store. Im really disappointed with the lack of competence.

I LOVE the Sherwood UPS Store!!! Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with a warm friendly smile. This store is my location for my home office needs. It can be hard running a business from your home and its nice to know I can always count on the friendly and knowledgeable staff to help me with my business needs! Even during the holiday season when they are super busy shipping everyones Christmas gifts, they always help get the job done. Thank you guys for being my one stop shop and your kindness throughout the years!

They were most helpful in leading me through the process of remote printing mailing labels to the store, since my printer is not working right now. I really appreciated the service received. We like the staff and often have print work done here. They are really good about supporting the community too. Service can be slow and while sometimes they have to reprint our orders they do make it right and standing by your work is a good quality!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE.This is supposed to be a safe place to have packages delivered instead of your porch.I went in here 3 times to get my packages. They say not there and play stupid. What they dont tell you is they return the packages the same day they sign for them. They have ruined a large part of my Cyber purchases. BTW you can file a complaint with UPS. STAY AWAY AND DELIVER TO.YOUR WORK.

I have been going to the UPS Sherwood store for 15+ years. I sent a color print job, 8 1/2 x 11, 106 pages and was charged $44.52. That’s 42-cents a page! Under the new ownership the copies are obscenely expensive. Never again. I’ll be taking my copying needs elsewhere.

Check the website rate before you get robbed!!!!!! Worst store ever, and worst customer service. This store charges more that the standard rate for shipping, I put my shipment details on the website and the charge was $153, then went to that store and price was $203, I told them it must be something wrong, after checking with the manager I was told there is something wrong with the system and will fix it tomorrow, came back next day and the manager was there and he gave me same wrong price claiming its correct even after he verified my price through the website. I filed a complain about him after i verify with the company there is no such thing about the different in price.

Absolute nightmare! Never use this UPS Store - use FedEx, USPS, Postal Connection, anyone but this business! They need -stars.On Wednesday, I delivered a package to their store, in a brand new box, labeled correctly and with FRAGILE-HANDLE CAREFULLY stickers on it. It contained a control box that was being sent to Georgia for repairs so we could finish a $10,000 job before the end of the following week.I paid $167 for 2nd day air with a delivery that Friday. For two days I did not receive any tracking updates. Today, Saturday, the UPS Tracking website said it was returned to sender (UPS Store) because of a Hazardous Materials Issue!I called Sherwood UPS Store and was told I had put a Hazmat Sticker on the box! That was categorically UNTRUE and I told them that. I was then told it contained Lithium Ion Batteries. . . another untruth. I was then told, well, it was electronics so we assumed it had Lithium Batteries.So, if there was a Hazmat Sticker on the box, it was put on after I delivered it to them, which begs the question. . . why did they try and ship it not only the first time, but again on Friday after the UPS Hub rejected it!! But now its OKAY?!! UNBELIEVABLE!!I challenged them as to why they never asked if it contained any Lithium Batteries. . . which Dan and Brent at the Post Office ALWAYS ask on EVERY package. I also reminded them that they had shipped the same identical control box to the same address several years ago with no issues.Now the box is going to arrive at the repair facility, 7 days from the date it was shipped. . . on the date it was supposed to be overnighted back to me! No one wants to admit what they did and have worked harder at trying to put the mistake on me than on admitting their errors and untruths and fixing the problem.To make matters worse, We now risk losing the job because of a delivery date violation and not only lose the revenue, but eat the cost of materials and labor and suffer damage to our company reputation with our clients.Go anywhere but the Sherwood UPS Store.

Dropped off a important overnight package at 5:10 pm for a WEST coast delivery, the storedid not scan in the package until 6:02 pm thus missing the overnight cutoff time. Totally unacceptable, especially when the distribution center is right down the road and I would have dropped it their if I would have even thought this was possible.

Wondering why the owner will not allow customer to print things out from their computers! Every other ups store I have gone to allow customers to do it! I asked why and the girl said she didnt know why, only that she would get fired. What is up with that? Wont be going back!

I was shipped a package via 2 day delivery on the 20th, a very heavy package 37 lbs and was very expensive to ship, i was suppose to recieve the package no later than the 23, the package still hasnt arrived. I looked up my status online through tracking and was upset to see that 23rd through the 28th the package did not move what so ever! DUE to adverse weather. Finally the 29th the package says that it was loaded onto the truck but only later that night does the update say that the package was missed during loading and left at the warehouse. then agian the 30th the package says its due to be delievered and by 9pm the update says due to adverse weather its back at the warehouse and not moving. the weather has been fine today! im so fed up nobody will give me answers... I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH UPS AGIAN!!!!

No sense of urgency, waited at least 10 minutes before even being talked to. One gal working on printing pictures and did not talk to a single person that walked in the door. Waited at least another 10 minutes to get helped, this is even slower than the post office. Still no acknowledgement or even greeting from the employee or the UPS driver walking in and out of the building.
