The bathrooms were marked as cleaned and checked that day and they clearly were not. no toilet paper in either stall and the paper towels were out as well. not expecting 5 star but I know it can be better.

I took a defective plastic bead box back to this store 10 minutes ago. The box had a cardboard label around it when l purchased it.l had to remove the packaging to use the box so there was no scu number. I handed Tiffany the box and the receipt. Instead of saying, l have to call someone to get a scu number she said, l have to make sure this is our product. I was insulted by that comment and said so. No apology. All l got from her was attitude! Thats when l got livid. She as much said that l was lying and trying to cheat them over a $20 item. (On top of it l had the wrong receipt.) The manger, Ronald, was no help. He just wanted me to bring back the correct receipt. I dont care about the xxxx box. Do they not get how insulting Tiffany was?

The store clerk Matthew was attentive and patient with me. I am a new Cricut user and he walked me through the basic tools to help me get started. Ive been going to Michaels for years but this is the first time Ive had exceptional customer service

This Michaels has moved across the lot to a new location. It was bright and open, very well stocked. I was looking for a last minute craft for church kids. Since it was the last day of the season, I didnt get the seasonal item, but another really great item at a great price.

Staff was friendly and was able to get a discount by using coupons from snip it there. Extra discount are always nice so check it out they had 20% & 25% discount even on single item.

Id love to give .I has a higher score, but the stock has been so picked over and scarce. I rarely can find what I need in stock. I own a bakery, and even though I order many things in bulk, occasionally I am in need of something last minute, and I cant really rely on them anymore. However, the employees are always friendly and helpful. No issues there.

I would eagerly give this store and its employees negative stars if google would allow for it. Second time in a two week period in which I have had issues with the customer service. If you plan on having items on sale, then you should honor your signs when certain items are explicitly listed as being included. Just because you cannot figure out how to get it to ring up correctly does not mean that the customer should be responsible for paying full price?!?!? And if a customer ask to speak to a manager, this is not an opportunity for you to respond that your manager is currently busy. I will be taking my business to JoAnns where they seem to hire employees with basic human decency

I sometimes forget how awesome Michaels is. Especially in the picture frame department. The fact that I can match frames in pretty much every size is a win unto itself. Just wish there in-store stock was a bit deeper.

Clean location. Easy to find items I wanted. No floor sales staff available when I had a question. Check out line was long for a Saturday with only 2 clerks on registers.

Had to return some yarn because I over bought for a project. The return process was super easy and seamless. The store associates that helped me with the return and finding the yarn section were very nice and helpful. Will be returning to this store for future crafting needs.

I like the layout of the new Michaels in Shiloh, IL. The store is clean and bright too.

I picked up a dozen or so items from an aisle that had numerous 40% off tags hanging about every 3-6 feet. There were only 2 different collections in that aisle and lots of 40% signs. They refused to honor the sales even though they are marked. I worked retail for 12 years and we always honored the sale price if a tag was misplaced because that was our screw up. Poor customer service!

I just needed to get a picture holder. I was in and out within 3 minutes. This was 10 minutes before they closed. The store was clean and even though they were about to close the staff was friendly.

Michaels has moved into this smaller place, which means there is less space for stock, and they sell out of things so quickly, you wonder if they really ever had them. Its irksome.

The service was good. Cashier didnt listen well as I was talking. Other than she was very helpful. The manager was great and helppful.

They have a nice variety of things, but cant find some of the things Im shopping for majority of the time I visit. The employees dont appear friendly enough to be working with the public nor come across as really willing to assist you when you have questions. They always seem like theyre to busy to be bothered.

I pretty much just go for the yarn selection, which is nice. I dont ever see sales associates on the floor, so if you have a question, its frustrating, cause you have to walk all the way up front to the registers. But, anyway, when they have a good sale, I go and buy some yarn. Makes me happy. 😊

Customer service was Great. I picked a few items. When I went 2 ✔ out about 15 people n line, so I put my items down and left. Didnt have 25 more minutes 2 give up.

Went in about an hour before closing time tonight. Usually when its that close, I expect to be greeted by tired faces and standoffish attitudes. However, the service was excellent. My questions were answered. I left with everything I needed (6 canvas boards, a stencil, and a 40-pack of paintbrushes) for less than 40$. I will definitely go back--maybe even next week.

Large craft store for all your craft needs. The workers were really nice and helped me with what I needed. There was water (or some fluid) dripping from the ceiling, interesting. Other than that, clean place, well organized and stocked.

I usually love to be in Michaels stores. But the setup is becoming so confusing. Theyre so overcrowded in inventory you feel like youre always in the way. There was a gentleman who greeted us and was very helpful. When I went to checkout theres two lanes open two people checking out with two more in front of me. Fifteen minutes later they still hadnt finished checking out the original people. I put my stuff down and left unfortunately.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ORDER!- there is no option for all shipment. In my case it forces local delivery and ship. I want only all ship.- Once order is placed there is no possible way to contact them. Their corporate phone line has no hold music and both phones have yet to be picked up (2HRs & 45min. When they picked up it disconnected after waiting that long.- Local store is not reachable-There is no way to schedule a local pickup time window. (So... what happens if I have to leave?... What happens when we all leave work today?These are absolutely HUGE holes in store management. You are lost in limbo without any help. I get that we all have a lot to change due to COVID.*IDEAS*- Local store gets order and confirms with you via the number you left. One employee gets your order, talks to you, and grabs your supplys.- Actually have a number that you can reach- Have a way to cancel an order- Have a way to make an order fully shipped

Various Holiday accessories throughout the year are kitschy, but thats to be expected.Restrooms are usually clean, and kids club and make n take weekend events are generally well-planned and led by an enthusiastic employee. Would like to see more variety of young adult, as well as adult level art/creative classes, in-store.In-store WiFi is slow as heck, though; Have some trouble loading the store website coupons for use at the registers.Nice customer service experience, and checkout clerks are usually fast and accurate.

As much as I love Michaels, the check out is always very slow. Even more so during the holiday season. They always have great coupons to help make the trip more affordable. They dont have a fabric section which would make the store the perfect crafters destination.

I love Michaels stores. I usually visit the one closest to my house but on occasion they have been out of stock of something I needed asap. Three times in the past 6 months I have called this store to see if they have what I am looking for in stock. Each time I have been told yes they did. This store is 39 miles from me and on all 3 occasions I have driven there to find they do not have what I just called and asked about and was told yes! Frustrating to drive a total of an hour for absolutely no reason. 3 times equals 3 hours...insane and surely not good customer service.

Im a crocheter. They have a nice yarn section, you can buy in bulk. Also love their kids crafting section and their beading/jewelry section. All the crafting needs in one store. Not the place to go for fabric though.

Michaels is also a good place to purchase craft needs. Its much smaller in size compared to Hobby Lobby. Yet it usually carries items that the other craft store doesnt. Download their app for discounts.
